Oh, but I do know this grade 11 = Senior 3 = S3.

Oh, but I do know this grade 11 = Senior 3 = S3. XD For us... we have Grade 9 = freshies, 10 = sophs, 11 = juniors, 12 = seniors. At least for everywhere I've heard at least in CA. XD

Nope, because then senior would come before soph. Jeese, learn to count Cres. rolleyes I just think Sophmore sounds like a term that would be used for somebody higher than a "Junior". Freshman is fine the way it is, because those are the people you make fun of. They're the fresh meat (Just in case you didn't catch onto that). Junior sounds like the second term in the line because the kiddies finally learned how to walk. Sophmore seems like the generic title for that grade, because these are the people who are stuck in the middle. They're no longer the kids you make fun of all the time, but they have no real power to do anything. You think they're important, but they're really not. They're all just kind of there. Senior is the simple way to say "I'm older, bigger, better, and have more money than you. Get the hell out of my way!!"
