What does it say about me when I'm more upset about bombings in London than I am about the ones on my own Home Turf?
Maybe it's because the numbers are a little easier to swallow...but why?
Why do Thirty Seven people have to lose their lives just because some other group of equally important people feel the need to instill fear?
When has it ever been okay to use someone's LIFE as some sick political ploy?
What could ever justify 37 of those lives?
...And why should 37 sound important one minute, and insignificant the next?
Gah...I would suck in the military. Unless I was a chef or something. wink

You're not a bad person if you feel worse about the London bombings....
London's probably my second favorite city, and I used to take the Edgeware road station every day while I was there. (My aunt's house was nearby). I'm sad too! crying
9-11 was much worse for me though.....I actually cried.

between london, madrid, 9/11, & countless other attacks these past years, ive had enough of the bad news... but so long as there are fanatics n psychos out there who can find no other way to hold onto their control, these things are gonna keep happening.
..but yea, theres a lot of craziness out in the real world... thank goodness there arent any tragic acts of terrorism here on gaia.

Im in Scotland. Im not a big fan of England, but it has set me off. Im gettin a bit ******** sick of these terrorists. It's not that they are actualy puttin terror or fear in my head, but they are just pissin me off with allt hese freakin bombs. I dont have any relitives in London, but I know a few who do. I was at the dentist when I heard bout it, and my dentist had to stop what he was doin and wipe away a tear cause his family stay there. 2 cusins and a friend all get the bus and tube to work in the morning.
Are these people deliberatly tryin to make us hate eastern Muslims? gonk

It's not like they want us to all be one world or anything - they hate anyone who doesn't follow their own beliefs. To not be one of them is to be marked for death. They could care less about what we think. We're nothing.
Death and violence. That's all it is... all they care about when it comes down to it.
ok... this made me cry... I can't write about this sh** anymore.

i used to dragon, but i dont venture there too much these days... but haha what do u mean by that? my last comment was just a jab at the easter incident involving the two richest families in gaia. stare
the recent terrorist attacks are definitely heartbreaking, but im mostly concerned with my cousin who's currently stationed over in the middle east. im sure im not the only one with a loved one in the military, but from his emails, he's seen some scary things during his current stay there. im just glad he gets to come home by the end of this month.. if just for a few weeks.
