"That's the least she could have done before she went to the great fish tank in the sky."
Akemi's eye began to twitch as he reached into his bag and pulled out his Kusarigama. "You ..." He quickly threw the weighted chain, which passed by Batsu's face, then when he pulled it to the left the chain fastened securly to Batsu's throat and wrapped around once, causing the weighted chain to smack the kid in the head. Akemi pulled the chain towards him with a hard yank and said. "I don't give a s**t what you say about me you little brat, but the second you bring my family into this its personal, and when you bring my mother into it, let alone my real mother, then we have a major issue, but then it becomes worse. You dishonor the dead and you dishonor my mother. Apologize or next time you get the blade of my kusari and not the chain." He really didn't care what Taka, or anybody else thought about his actions, Batsu had just hit a nerve and now he would pay the consequences.
----------ATTACK!------------ Initial Attack = Roll= 18 (+7) = 25 vs Dodge (11) Grapple DC = Roll= 4 (+1 +0) = DC 5 Escape Artist Check to escape.

Batsu broke free from the chain's weak hold and threw it to the ground. The boy then retreated back to a safe distance... about 15 feet away from the other. He reached in his bag and pulled out a kunai knife. "How DARE you speak of disrespect! You have disrespected me from the second I stepped into the god damn academy but yet you want me to give a damn about you or your mom. ******** you and her with a rusty fish hook.!" Batsu gripped a kunai tight and launches it at Akemi. He wasn't at 100% but was gonna fight like he was. The teasing, harassment, and bullshit remarks were gonna end one way or another.
Grapple DC 5 vs. 1d20 (18 )+ Escape artist (4) = 22 Kunai throw: 1d20 (13) + Kunai skill (7) vs. dodge bonus (11)

The kid broke out of the chains and threw a kunai at him. Akemi took a defensive fighting stance (THANK YOU QYP) and removed one of the extra tags from his training he had just done (2 left) then the kunai Batsu had thrown hit him in the shoulder. The pain set in, but revenge quickly took priority as the kid began to speak about his mother more. "I attacked you by a non-lethal means and you choose to throw a kunai at me? You have drawn my blood and sealed your fate." Akemi tied the tag to the kunai in his shoulder and ripped it out, throwing it with his other hand at batsu. If this kid wanted a fight he would get it, but it would end with him being in the hospital.
---- Hp: 40-4=36 Cp: 13/16
Kunai = Roll (19)+10 - 5 (Defensive stance) = 24 vs 11 = hit Exploding tag escape dc = 13 reflex save.
I sacrifice my +5 to attack to gain+5 dodge next round.

"This is so I can jud..." Just as Taka responded to Batsu the fight broke out,and it took no more then a few seconds for Taka to respond, withing moments he was beside Batsu. "Suiton: Suijinheki!" He quickly peerformed the Suijinheki jutsu, creating a wall of water around both him and Batsu. The tagged kunai hit the wall and harmlessly exploded upon it, and once again mere moments after that he dropped the wall. 'These boys are at eachothers throats, I need to use some extreme measures.' He thought before saying "Suirō no Jutsu!" A sphere of water quickly formed around Batsu and a moment later Taka moved his other arm out and performed the jutsu again, this time putting Akemi in one of his own. "Ok now, you two need to learn to get along, in the ninja world you can't afford to be a loner. You have to rely upon your teamates to survive, and let me tell you when teamates can't count on one another people, Die." He said, not looking directly at either, but putting empahasis on the word die. "Batsu what you said was wrong, but on the other hand you, Akemi, have been disrespecting him since we began training. If you two can't learn to at least get along, Neither of you will ever become ninja! If I must I'll drop you from the program myself. Now tell me Akemi would your clan like you then? Or would your family be proud of you Batsu?" He asked of them, making sure to look at them as he said thier names.Escape Artist DC: 53 Quote: (Featured Jutsu: Suirō no Jutsu (Water Prison Technique) A move used to trap the victim inside a virtually inescapable prison of water. The only downside to this technique is that the user must keep one arm inside the water sphere at all times in order for the victim to remain imprisoned. Cp cost: 20 + 10 per turn held Dice Rolls: 3 Damage: n/a Reflex DC: 12 + chk mod + 2 per 10 ranks in Ninjutsu Escape Artist DC: 20 + user’s chakra mod + 2 per 10 ranks in Ninjutsu. Requirements: Water Affinity, Chakra Control 26, Ninjutsu 20 Training: 3 stages Stage I: Chakra Control DC 36 Forming a water sphere. Stage II: Ninjutsu DC 30 Maintaining an object inside the sphere. Stage III: Chakra Control + Ninjutsu DC 56 Preventing the trapped object from escaping. Special: If victim is underwater, increase Reflex DC to dodge by 25%. Victim is completely immobilized until he/she can break free.
Suiton: Suijinheki (Water Release: Water Encampment Wall) This defensive technique creates a wall of water around the user. Enemy attacks are completely intercepted by a fence of water blown out from the mouth, and is raised from below with tremendous might. The water is blown out is in the form of a circle around the user, and it makes for a defense without openings. It is also possible for the user to control the amount of water and duration at will. The wall's strength and resistance change following the quantity of chakra poured down into the water, so a skillful shinobi will be able to build a sturdy one. Cp cost: 90 Dice Rolls: 4 Damage: N/A Reflex DC: N/A Requirements: Water Affinity, Chakra Control 30, Ninjutsu 25, Chakra 32, Concentration 20 Training: 4 stages Stage I: Chakra Control DC 40 Raising water into a wall. Stage II: Ninjutsu DC 35 Spreading the wall in a circle around the user. Stage III: Chakra DC 21 Generating a strong current to block attacks. Stage IV: Concentration DC 30 Maintaining the barrier while fighting or doing other attention demanding activities. Special: Completely avoid area effects that strike the user head on. The wall remains in place for a number of rounds equal to the user’s chakra modifier + 10 (1 post = 1 round).)

Ikasu saw the fight right when it started, and he was awed as the two boys went from words to throwing kunai at each other. Strangely enough, it ended as quickly as it had started with Taka-sama using an extremely powerful water jutsu that drew a whole wall of water around the boy that was about to be attacked. Subsequently, he trapped both of the fighting teenagers in balls of water. Presumably trying to get them to work out their differences, Taka was talking to them to try and calm them down. Ikasu wanted to walk over to see what all the commotion was about, but he hoped he wasn't about to get in to a fight now, either. After all, he didn't even know the other two. In the end, Ikasu made the choice to pick Sukauto up and put her on his shoulders, then just scoffed and turned around, going back to his training. Sukauto was lounging comfortably(for her at least) on his shoulders, and he tried deciding what his next step should be in training.

Akemi scoffed, "I'd never feel safe with that shithead at my back anyways, thats what started all of this. He's useless in a fight and you want me to be on a team with him, meaning not only do I have to worry about myself and my other teammate, but then I have to worry about his opponent and him and the fact that I can't rely on him. Thats bullshit sensei and you know it. Just because I'm older than him doesn't mean I want to be his ******** mentor or some s**t, then he goes off and talks bad on my mom and freaking stabs me with a kunai? I should at least get one shot one him, an mean look at this!" He dug his finger into the wound and sent some blood swirling around the torrent of water. "Blood for blood, its only fair." He sat there with a sour look on his face until he saw the kid with a pet crocodile look at him, "You wanna start something too kid?" He really just wanted to pound on something right now. Punching bag would be good enough, but he really needed to get rid of this pent up aggression.

Batsu heard everything that was said from Taka-sensei. He started to think about how much of a disgrace to his family he would be if he got kicked out of the academy. It wasn't a pleasent thought and it caused Batsu's head to drop and eyes dart to the floor. He felt bad for going off, but he was somewhat unrepentant about who he went off on. In his own mind, Akemi deserved it... if not that, he deserved more.
"My apologies Taka-sensei. I will try not to let my anger get the best of me again." Batsu cut a look to Akemi and he thought to himself. "If I was so weak then you wouldn't have been pierced with a kunai... dumbass."

The rough tone of voice called out after Ikasu after he had turned around, and it was the unmistakable voice of the Hoshigaki. Ikasu had heard of this boy before, but had never met him personally. The most hostile academy student, he had been allegedly accused of assault before, and now Ikasu was sure that he was a bit too aggressive for his liking. Standing his ground, he put his hand near his shuriken case on his chest in case the kid tried to start something. Sukauto let out a low growl as she understood that her master was preparing for the worst. She jumped to his feet and curled around the back of his right foot, watching everything unfold in front of her, tail swinging back and forth, anticipating trouble.
"I don't even know you, and you're trying to pick a fight with me? Careful with what you're proposing buddy."
Attempting to look unintimidated, Ikasu was more than a little nervous on the inside. He had just challenged someone that had just thrown an explosive tag at another student. If he got too angry, would Taka-san be able to protect him? Either way, he didn't really care, Akemi would feel the sharp sting of a shuriken thrown by a Fuma member if he didn't watch his mouth.

Taka released Batsu as he appologized, but he made sure to let the water from the prison fall upon Batsu as he was released. "Good, Batsu, you apologized and may return to training." He said to Batsu as he landed back on the ground before turning back to Akemi. "OK, now to you. I've worked with plenty of Hoshigaki, and I know being an arrogant jerk is just part of your genetic make up. However, that does not mean that you can generally be an a** to fellow ninja. Ever since you've entered these grounds you've been causing conflicts with your Human classmates. Now wether you like it or not they're going to be your teamates, there just simply aren't enough Hoshigakis to give you all your own teams. So now, you have two options: 1. Appologize for being an a** to Batsu and learn to get along with your fellow students, and eventually graduate. Or 2. You can not apologize and be immediately dropped from the program and face the rest of your family as a failure and a stain upon the honor of the Hoshigaki clan. You're choice." Taka laid out to Akemi in plain terms, the truth was he knew the kid could go far, but if he couldn't work with humans, his team could be wiped out. "In the Ninja world the 'Those who abandon the mission are scum but those who abandon thier teamates are worse then scum.'" He said quoting some ancient Jonin, who may be dead but his phrase lived on and continued.

Mizuiro waked over to the sphere of Akemi. He looked over him thoroughly. "Do not shame the clan Akemi-kun. Apologize." He wasn't joking, this was the most seriously face you would ever see Mizuiro have across his face. He then walked away expecting Akemi to know better.

Akemi crossed his arms and closed his eyes, "With all due respect Takasugi-sensei I will have to decline for now then. I can't apologize to him yet. You've given me a tough choice, dishonor my clan by being dropped from the academy, or dishonor my mother by choosing not to defend her. Did you notice that that kid didn't apologize to me? He didn't apologize to my mother? Instead he apologized to you and walked off like it was nothing, and I can't just let things end like that. My arm is bleeding and my mother is rolling in her grave right now, bless her soul, and your going to tell me that my clan would hate me? I know the Hoshigaki clan well enough to know that if I got kicked out of the academy for defending my mother's name that they wouldn't think a thing of it, sure they may be disappointed, but you kicking me out on those grounds won't mean a thing. I did things the Hoshigaki way, I defended the clans honor. I wasn't even looking for a fight until this kid drew blood, thats an open invitation for a fight right there, he brought it on himself, and yet you let him get off? You know what, I'll apologize for calling him weak, despite the fact I had to take out your clone on my own, and I will apologize for calling him Batshit, but thats the end of the list until I hear a proper apology from him."
