Remake Rebirth Process Being of the Kagerou clan, certain aspects of their abilities have been made clear. This ability is to that of being able to change their form. Now since this is almost an insectile prospect. Zaman had managed to create a technique to this aspect. Whenever Zaman is killed, his body will lay there for the series of one of the Opponent's posts. Once that post is finished, the chest cavity of Zaman's chest will crack and soon break open to reveal the literal arrival of a second Zaman to which rises much like an insect from a cocoon out of the chest. Unfolding the chakra based wings in the process. This technique also enables any wounds once received in the battle that could be only moments before to be gone since they were given to the previous body. Now that Zaman has risen from his cocoon, the previous body will then be cast into a small flash of instant Grand Death Fire until the body is only ash. Thus preventing the theft of the body. This technique grants no real effects aside from the prevention of anyone who may try to steal the body. Though this is counted as a resurrection, when killed the first time, it still counts as a death. This technique also raises the risks for the technique known as Dragonfly Technique: Ephemeral Vengeance. Raising the technique from taking half of the total, to all and killing Zaman almost as soon as the technique is launched. Though thankfully for this technique, he may resurrect but he may not use the Dragonfly Technique: Ephemeral Vengeance technique again in that same battle. Basically, I took out the stuff about his other clan. 3nodding New Techniques Zaman [Death Eater] Hidden Soul Dark Fire This brand of fire, is actually an advancement off of the Grand Death Fire techniques that he has created. With this, he can cause shadow itself to actually become flames, although at this stage, it is only the shadow in an area of thirty feet around Zaman, causing all the shadow to be cast instantly into black flames. This technique basically allows for him to turn shadow into flames in an instant. Thanks to his natural affinity with fire, and his clan's affinity to darkness, this technique was created with those thoughts in mind. Dark Fire: Flash Using the Dark Fire technique, Zaman causes the fire to actually leap from the shadows and strike out at the opponent like a flash of flame. This flash causes a spray of fire in all directions, but it does not seem to actually affect Zaman. This attack, costs 500 chakra per flash in order to use. Shadow to Smoke This technique, successfully managing to break some laws of physics. Is yet another use of the Dark Fire technique, with this, he can cause shadows that are around him to actually catch fire and then burn into smoke in the area. This smoke, oddly enough, does not seem to cast a shadow, and is actually pure darkness. This darkness spreads out into the air, causing everything around them to be shadowless, but oddly enough a darker color all around the area after the smoke as gone away. any shadow other then a shadow created by a character who's clan is used to manipulate or use shadow, can not be recreated under any means.This lasts for 1 post for every 5k chakra Zaman has. | All approved. |

Reina Rose Heudini of the Huedini Clan Approved Moves To Be Added To Compendium Moves Being Resubmitted After Editing - Elemental Clone - costs the same as a regular clone per time using this jutsu rather than per clone | ninjutsu | range: general area | requires hand signs as well as the presence of said element | continuous until clones are destroyed by opposing elementWith this technique a ninja can create element based clones. Unlike the regular water, magma, or ice clone, these take the shape of the user and the colors of its element. Not only do these clones have regenerative properties unless attacked by its opposing element, they inflict damage based on their element. Elemental Fire Clones are literally made of fire and can burn when coming into contact with them. Basically, these clones are normal clones just without the cover. They resemble the owner and the color of their element but they are the same as open elements. There are as many Elemental Clone types as there are clone types in the guild. Old Elemental Clone JutsuNaomi can create clones made from the elements. Unlike normal clones they cannot be destroyed unless attacked by their opposing element. Otherwise, they just regenerate. - Elemental Clone: Trait Stealing - 250 chakra points per trait | ninjutsu | range: near area + self | requires hand signs as well as the presence of said elemental clone | continuous until ended by userThe ninja performs the necessary hand signs when in close range of an elemental clone then inhale deeply to suck in the aura of a clone. This may only work on Elemental Clones. Upon doing so a select trait of the clone can be used by each clone. To change the trait the ninja does not require hand signs or to inhale. They simply must pay another 250 chakra points to change traits. Some traits include the defense of a rock clone and the ability to fit the body to places like a water clone (become thin enough to slip beneath a door, fit into small spaces, etc.) upon other things. Old Elemental Clone Jutsu: Trait Stealing JutsuUsing this Naomi can acquire one trait of her elemental clones after touching them. For example, her water clones underwater breathing ability or her rock clones strength. I must get, after playing random number, an odd number for this jutsu to work. Magic World - 2,000 chakra points | genjutsu | range: from a select individual to anyone in Reina’s plain view | requires hand signs as well as a dice roll | continuous until ended by user or opponent rolls an odd numberAfter performing the necessary hand signs and rolling a 20 sided die and getting an even number, a ninja can be transported to a world known as Magic World. Reina may decide to go as well or stay behind. In the world Reina controls any and everything she has the power to. She cannot change the location to another planet, affect the oxygen level, cannot have it where the enemy automatically dies… How about this? Reina can manipulate the weather, the elements in the area, the look of the area, and the time of day. In the beginning there is either Reina there with an opponent or she isn’t there. While in the world a person can roll the same die they used to enter the world to get out. If they roll an odd number then they are released. If they roll an even number then a Genjutsu Clone of Reina appears. With each failed attempt at escape more and more Genjutsu Clones are summoned. A ninja can choose to dice roll every five posts or not to. It is up to them whether they wish to escape or not. The world cannot be changed as far as location and time of day until ten posts have passed. After every ten posts she can change it. The maximum amount of Genjutsu clones is around twelve no matter how long the opponent is trapped in the world. Old Magic World - Adv. Magic WorldThis jutsu is an advanced version of Magic World. After having training longer and harder the jutsu is now longer lasting and changes the real landscape but has a few more limitations. Reina can make eye contact or perform a number of hand signs to summon this jutsu (must also generate a random number that is even). Once in the Magic World Reina may have limited time or she may not (Three posts after opponents first post in the world user generates a random number. Five or nine lets one out. One or ten makes Reina's genjutsu attacks in the world more effective. Two or eight makes Reina's genjutsu Techniques less affected and unable to be used for one full post. ) Whatever happens in the world manifests in real life before the terrain has actually changed rather than ninja being transported elsehwere. Like in Magic World, in Adv. Magic World Reina controls everything. She controls the terrain, the weather, the plant life, the animals, everything but the atmosphere, the location of the planet, and the planet in which they're on. All those who weren't in the near area when the jutsu was performed cannot enter the Magic World at this point. To outsiders it seems as though both ninja have vanished though they are actually there. costs 2,500 sp to use........... Genjutsu - Cold Front - from 1000 to 5000 chakra points | large scale ninjutsu | range: an entire village | continuous until ended by user | can be used up to five times per battle but if it gets up to the final stage then it can no longer be usable | must be a Jounin Level Kage if not a Sannin to use1,000 - Blizzard | In one post wind picks up as a violent blizzard begins and the area grows slightly colder. 2,000 - Hail | If the technique has yet to be stopped then hail the size of golf balls fall from the sky like projectiles. The hail shrinks and fades if the technique is stopped. 3,000 – Small Water Freeze | Small bodies of water such as ponds, puddles, fancy water fountains, etc. are frozen. If stopped then the frozen water with flow as if nothing had happened. 4,000 – Large Water Freeze | Large bodies of water such as lakes, streams, pools, small portions of the shoreline, etc. are frozen solid. If stopped the water begins flowing as if nothing had happened. 5,000 – Liquid Nitrogen Nuke | This is the final and most deadly of all the levels of Cold Front. Any human or creature that isn’t properly protected will freeze instantly due to the cold being so powerful as to mimic the effects of Liquid Nitrogen. Only those naturally unaffected by the freezing color or that use the Ward Melody can survive such a large scale and powerful attack. Technique can be Jutsu Shou’d. –rolls eyes at last part- Old Cold Front~ (Field Change) @1,000 but increases with posts amounts – only goes up to 5,000@ -{Blizzard}In one post the gusts of wind come in as a blizzard then fade if the ninja stops the jutsu. - {Hail}If unstopped then hail begins to rain from the sky for one post. Striking anyone in it’s path. - {Freeze Water} If still unstopped then small portions of water are frozen solid. - {Freeze Large Bodies of Water}If STILL unstopped then large bodies of water can be frozen. - {Freeze People And Creatures}If the ninja has yet to stop the jutsu in the fifth post then cold front turns vicious and will turn on both the foe and Naomi. It will turn people as well as any creature into ice. If the person/creature is fire based, ice based, or anything unaffected by freezing then it is unaffected by this. - Elemental Healing Jutsu - 1,000 chakra points per limb | large scale healing jutsu | range: entire body and any element in the area | continuous until ended by user, lost all chakra, or the battle ends | must be a Jounin Level Ninja if not a Kage or higher to useA ninja can regenerate a lost body part using elements in nature as well as block bleeding. They may either reattach the lost limb with an element temporarily or they can create an entirely new limb made out of said element. The limb lasts for however long the ninja can retain chakra throughout the battle but ends as soon as the battle is over. Old Elemental Healing Jutsu - Naomi can regenerate a lost body part using elements in nature to a certain extent. She can also merely heal a wound to keep from bleeding to death. Elemental Healing cannot replenish chakra or place Naomi's limb back onto her body. - Magic Assisstant - 500 cp for a dead body and 1,500 for a living person | genjutsu | requires eye contact three times or hand contact to the persons body after performing a number of hand signs | no elementOn A Dead Body: The body will lift off of the ground for a moment then stand upright on its own. David Wesker- PG67 A/W- a virus that Wesker contains within his own body. this virus is a maintenance virus, it regulates the flow of his blood, and can even make him move faster, hit harder, and can even make a cut into a scratch. Wesker must inject himself with a syringe filled with the virus every week(unless inactive) or else he becomes completely frail. if he gets too much into his system he will od and begin to crash. the sign that it is well balanced is that Wesker's eyes will glow a bright red in the dark, although it is usually covered by his sunglasses. injections are rped, but use the dice roll. if 2-5 injection is successful, 1 under injected, 6 over injected. the boosts given by it are doubling his physical strength, and doubling the strength his skin holds(for cuts and stuff), his speed barely increases. Restrictions, restrictions. How about a dice roll, or something, so you can figure out a way to have him be given the correct dosage, or not, depending on the outcome? And I want to know how much faster, and stronger, he becomes. Its more of a can you steal one of the syringes from him, he'd have to carry a set amount with him at all times, but if its needed, i could roll a die once a week if i'm actively using him.
Faded Steps- a technique that requires the maintenance virus PG67 A/W. this is a simple movement, although it is very tiring, especially if the dosage of PG67 A/W isn't correct. this technique simply allows Wesker to move from one spot to another in an instant. he simply moves, giving himself a push off, and he can move off to the side. the faded steps are basically as it says, in between each of his steps while using this he fades from sight. it is instant, leaving an afterimage where he stood before. this technique is for use in short range bursts. five feet would be the max distance that could be covered in one burst. Pending on the other.

Daimyo, Perseus Hidden Katana
Shards A technique given to his Corentin sword, thanks to the cause of the teeth of the saw blade being broken off in battle. Every time a tooth of the sword is broken off, it is replaced by an almost invisible tooth of wind, the more the sword breaks, once the sword is fully broken, all the shards will rise up and be able to be shot forward at the opponent like razor sharp projectiles. The interesting thing about this, is once shot, they may soon cause the blade to actually reform, with a tight amount of wind manipulation thanks to the Wind Based Emitter.
Twin Flames By grabbing the twin bladed katana in both hands, he may then appear to snap them in half, in order to wield two blades instead of one. This allowing for him to fight at a faster pace, using the flame like abilities of his blade. Instead of fire coming off these blades, pure heat emerges, heat strong enough to cause most things to catch aflame on contact with the blades. With the Fire Emitter, Perseus can have a smooth operation of the heat and flames, in order to cause the heat and flames to arc from the blade almost like a whip, giving a longer range of attack with each slash.
Shield Buster This technique, given to his sword, Avdimi, is thanks to the Heavy Hilt and Heavy Blade, as well as the Chakra Emitter that is within the blade. With this, Avdimi is given the ability to be able to smash into, and break almost any, if all barriers that it connects with, with the ease of one swing. Using the Chakra Emitter, to power up a negative field of chakra around the blade, Perseus can slash with the blade, and the negative field of chakra will connect with the positives of the barrier, and basically allow them to be cut through with ease. This only works with any kind of wall or barrier that has been created with the result of a jutsu.
Shield Absorption This technique, given to his sword, Avidimi allows for the slash of the blade to actually absorb and draw in barriers into itself, in order to make it's attack stronger. From there, he can use the blade, to slash with one well powered slash, causing the blade to release a wave of pure chakra energy, equal to that of the technique's cost that the blade absorbed. And send it in which ever direction this blade is slashed.
Change Swords A technique, that allows Perseus to both hide his blades, and choose which he wants to be revealed in a moments notice. Each sword is hidden, unable to be seen by any means, and lacking in a weight or even giving off a sound, not even a shadow is cast by them when hidden. In order to use the technique, Perseus is able to actually switch which blade he wants to use on the fly, meaning that if he wanted to use one katana for one attack, all he would need to do is attack, and then sheath it. Once sheathed, he can switch to another blade instantly and draw it from it's sheath. Almost as if that blade was there, in the exact spot the entire time. This does not take up an action, to draw the blade.

Faded Steps As long as it's a movement, and not a teleportation sort of thing. Just give it a max amount of times it can be used in one battle.

Saigo Orimara
Shi No Tsuki- The techinque that give Saigo his nick name. first he draw a circle around him, While drawing the circle he put a little bit of his chakra to act as a beacon to make a sensor, The circle can be of any material as long its a circle and with a max of 1 meter, when its bigger then a meter it wont have any affect. In the circle Saigo uses his sensor to detect any thing with in the circle with a lighting fast reflex as an ultimate defence, But Saigo needs to be full concentration and canot move until some thing passes the circle, Also Saigo cant see hear or sens in any way outside the circle and when hes out of the circle or the circle is ruptured he need to start over

Rain down from the sky in all direction, or form and shoot forwards or at an angle, from like behind you?

Perhaps we can numb it down or limit it a little more? What if he can be as fast as someone about 30,000 chakra points greater than him? And for the blood, how long can he go without needing blood? And how about he can only drink the blood of other peoples rpc? How's that? | The idea was. He could drink from them, or he'd have the 10 vials. One vial = One use. Due to this, a vampire needs to drink blood, in order to re-kindle that energy and make it so they can heal their wounds with ease.
Since at times, blood is hard to come by, a vampire in most anime/stories. Can be seen with flasks, or other objects that contain spare blood, so that they can heal themselves, when in dire need, and not strong enough to attack an enemy, or human in general in order to heal themselves. Get it? Basically all I did, was write down known facts, and place it into one made up. otherwise, when I do something, someone's going to complain about it not being an attack. Restrictions, restrictions. How about a dice roll, or something, so you can figure out a way to have him be given the correct dosage, or not, depending on the outcome? Is the cost, the combined costs of all those techniques? Yeah. They are used only for kill shots, so they use up a s**t load of chakra.
Well, give them the amount of chakra for a cost, and it's good. :]

Nine Part Seal - Zephyr Bow After completing the family heirloom Shirokarasu's Odachi, the blood seal that had been transmuted into it before it was broken released a soul fragment of the late fuhrer in the form of a small white crow. Now for the most part Shiro can't do much as the seal placed onto his child is still incomplete and for the most part dormant, but when unconscious, the bird can activate the seal on Kuro's back restoring the power hungry mad man to a body if for a short time. At this stage, Kuro only seems to be possessed, moving as if a puppet with an unseen master pulling his strings. The first weapon unlocked by the Nine Part Seal is the Zephyr Bow, each section unlocks a different weapon created by the genius alchemist Shirokarasu. This weapon is the Zeyphr bow, a weapon forged of ice, but gives off a cloudy appearance smoking to the point that it can be used to give off a thickly dense cloud of smoke much like the hidden mist jutsu. That of course isn't even the worst bit of this handy little weapon. The Zeyphr Bow is obviously designed for a much larger man, a long bow that due to it's alchemical nature can be drawn by someone with a small musculature like Kuro. It's arrows are forged purely from the water and air fused into a solid form, when fired they lock on to the targets heat signature almost like a magnet. When they strike like the ice bombs of snow they burst sending icicles spreading everywhere around the impact in a five foot radius.
Nine Part Seal - Grizzly Fang The seal begins to be broken, or in this case open. The second part of the seal has been forced open and released another weapon. The Grizzly Fang is a weapon classified under the group of weapons known as phantom weapons. The only corporeal form of this weapon a grizzly bear tooth on a string that appears around his neck. When active it glows a ghostly white and those gifted with vision that can see chakra can see the ghostly outline of the true weapons. Large phantom bear paws with exaggerated claws that seem to hover above the arms of the user. Other then that these weapons give off no sense of awareness, giving off no identifiable sense of chakra. The long claws more like blades can extend to some extent, but it won't work as a long distance impalement. Even though they seem ghostly they prove to be quite solid and can even be used for defensive purposes. They work quite well as melee weapons smashing, slashing and generally mauling everything in their path.
| In order for for the first to be accepted you must provide a different drawback to your technique other than you can use it when you become unconscious. Once providing a suitable one then your technique is approved.

Yamai Majora Hidden Mask/Federation
War Mastery- When Yamai is in the form of War his user eyes will glow a bright red. They will often cause anger in different people even the calmest of the calm. But now after mastering the use of the form Yamai has went above the standard abilities of the form. Instead of causing anger in those who may be calm he can now draw the evil out of someone making it resurface into their personality from eye contact. If they don't have evil in them but wield evil items the same thing can be done. Once they have been brought back to the darkside or become evil they can be easily manipulated or influenced by War. The darkness brought out is willing to cause destruction making them easy to influence. Once influenced they can be used to carry single tasks at a time. But it only stays in effect while the person remains within 100 yards of War. Once out of range the person will return back to normal with no recollection of the darkness resurfacing. This works on the strongest of minds as long as they've had evil in them and it can only be used on two people at a time.

| War is very powerful as is and with the added move you are making it is very powerful. You're coming close to manipulating people in a darker and less limited way than the Yamanaka. The Yamanaka's techniques is sluggish and requires certain things that make fighting difficult. While, when War, you simply have to be in someone's presence in order to affect them. So I was thinking you would be required to make eye contact or something--maybe have a time limit or area limit other than the village-- because you're basically manipulating people on a very high level. And what all can you make them do? Injure them self in some way; surrender a Special Weapon to you; etc? |
I'll use eye contact then, and I would just make them carry out task involving destroying stuff and attempting to killing people I wouldn't take stuff or harm them myself. If they get harmed it would be from fighting for me. 100 yard diameter, you need a lot of space to fight... Hows that before I add it in

For the most part, this technique can only heal flesh wounds, and burns. Anything from small scratches to chunks of flesh are healed a turn after they are given to him. Meanings if enough damage is done, he could very well bleed out before being able to have his body heal the damage. This technique costs 25,000 chakra in order to start this technique, upon the first injury he receives. | Approved. |

My made up technique is called grass cave. It makes a cave of grass around the user and protects them. It only blocks the attacks though. When Bloodnight gets more experience the grass wont only protect her it will hurt enemies that get close to her.
Try to format it a little next time. So it'd look like this
