I shake my head violently, somewhat panicked. I immediately start thinking of Jace. No... no... I WILL not forget!!! I furiously reject my character's memories.

"I know what you mean..." I say to Xiao, giving her a kiss on the cheek. "How about we go inside and raise an ale for him?"

11:45 AM Everyone:Willow takes Mazurn's body back to the guild hall and buries him there, on the island. She carves a beautiful headstone for him, using her knowledge as a Reaper to identify the character's birthday. She returns to town, where everyone takes a single round of booze before pressing on. No one's sure if it's the booze loosening her up or if she just couldn't hold it in anymore, but Xiao bursts in tears halfway through her drink. Lyriana stays close to Willow, holding her hand tightly. Mella leans on Apollo's shoulder. Lud and Tasson raise their glasses high and sing a mourning song for Mazurn, which most of the NPCs join in for their own dead. 3:40 PM Everyone:You all opt to take the surface route this time. You avoid all of the Red Army units on Willow's map and head straight for the Second Challenge. It takes you almost four hours. Here, below the floating island, you find an obelisk with a question written on it: "I am the fire in your heart, I am the rage in your eyes, and I am the blackness in your soul. What am I?"

(Sorry for no post, been busy, life and all that)
Reading it through a a second time Willow smiles and brushes her hair back, "Tell me this isn't the whole challenge, the answer is Jealousy. unless this world has other ideas."

"Sounds more like hatred to me. Hatred can give people conviction and drive to do something, it is usually the cause of rage you see in peoples' eyes, and if you let it consume you it turns your soul black. Besides, the color representing jealousy is green as in 'green with jealousy.'"

"I'm thinking either reply could work, though I'm leaning towards hatred. Blackening of the soul can simply refer to any form of corruption, though." I say, thinking about the riddle. This seemed to be a puzzle that's got an obvious answer, though easy to miss if you overthink it...

"It is something I have very little of! Hatred!" I say cheerfully. "Hatred makes you angery, and it can be seen in ones eyes, it fuels a burnning passion in your heart to defeat what you hate, and in corrupts ones soul, turnning it black so to speak. Ah, riddles are fun little games!"

11:46 AM Willow:The obelisk does not react. Nyx & Layla & Sand-Claw:The obelisk reacts to your answer, lighting up and providing a mystical gate to the island above.
