@Rockets "Yeah, you're right," Zinnia said, getting more cheerful. "And hey, we got the trainers to leave!" she smiled a little, though it was not quite her usual sunny grin. She would recover after a while, but the shock of it all was still fresh. How could things have changed so quickly?
Zyk relaxed against Zinnia's cheek, glad that the danger was over with. Shadow, on the other hand, looked disgusted. The only reason she was not teleporting away that instant was because there was still a good chance that Zinnia would need her. I'm too good to that human... the mew thought grouchily.

@kitty "Yeah, and it also seems like some butt-kicking will have to wait," Kaskia joked back. By now it seemed like she had pretty much recover from the tear gas, but it did give her even more reason to go after Team Rocket. They need to be taught a lesson. Once they reach the clean, Kaskia looked around to see how all the other trainers were doing. Her eyes even rested on the shine for a moment.

Sienna collapsed by the water, revealed to be in such a calm place, but still she felt so uneasy. They defiled a pokemon's corpse. They fired missiles at them! The bird-keeper cupped water in her hands and began splashing it on her face, tears spilling out from reasons she couldn't figure out at the moment. She continued splashing the water in her face to wash the tears away and avoid anyone having to see her cry. Then her pidgeot waddled over to her and all she could do was hug him and bury her wet face in his feathers.

Kiyo couldn't think of anything to say. This poor girl was so beat up about the dead pokemon, there just wasn't anything to say. But he understood her, her wanting to forget certain things...he shook his head, clearing some images that came to mind.
"But at least it's going to get a proper burial" he said, pointing to the devoted trainers who were busy making preparations for the Grumpig's burial. "It will be able to rest in peace. Don't cry anymore. And you're not weak, I think you're very strong. Not many people can say they were in a Rocket attack and made it out almost unscathed!" He chuckled and gave her a tight squeeze before letting her go.
He looked about him to see if he had anything on him that could prove useful. Thankfully, a magician is never too far from his bag of tricks! He pulled out a handkerchief and held it out to the girl. "Would you like to see a magic trick?"

Jenn and her rental followed after everyone else as they reached the clearing with the little Shrine in it. Jenn quickly dismounted to lighten Sir's load and began pulling the citizens they'd rescued off the flaming horse's back. Sir seemed to barely perk up at each weight removed from his back. Finally, when all of the people had been walked over to the softer grass and safety of the clear, only then did Sir stumble a bit. Jenn rushed to his side and propped him up with her shoulder, while fumbling her survival pack open and managing to get something to fix his eyes with. She tended to him first, before repairing her own eyes from the first rounds of the tear gas. Jenn helped her noble rental over to a tree at the edge of the clearing, and let him rest on the grass. "Thank you, my noble Sir." She whispered to him, patting his head gently. From there, after giving her weary pokemon, Jenn watched and listened to the people around her.

Jen stepped into the clearing after a group of trainers; as her pokemon dashed over to grab a long drink from the water, she went over to examine the shrine in the middle of the clearing. It was old, the stone covered in a thin layer of moss and damp from the water nearby.
Despite the latter, in the decoration on top, a small flame flickered gently against the darkness of the forest around them. "How odd..."
A memorial?
If that was so then she best not mess with it too much. She gave a small chuckle at the thought and moved away towards where Demyx was helping Abiba wash out the leftover effect of the Tear Gas. At her approach, the three pokemon instantly crowded around their trainer, she hugging them back.
"Its good to see all three of us together again, eh?"
A happy bark and Aura's thick fluff of a tail waved through the air.
Abiba and Demyx simply snuggled close to Jen before pulling away with a happy air about them.
'Alright, go get some rest, you guys. I need to see how everyone else is doing."
As their trainer left, Abiba happily bounced up a nearby tree and shuffled through the branches before letting out a loud squeal of delight. Hanging from the branches were wild apples, plump, ripe and a healthy shade of red. Needing no urging from her grumbling stomach, Abiba dove right in.
Below, Demyx was breeching and paddling around in the cool waters (away from anyone drinking it) like a small child.

Rasha. Shina lets the ponyta out of the pokeball. "Rasha, get me *cough* to the lake," she weakly commands the pokemon. Almost unconcious, Shina does not have the strength to get into the saddle.
Rasha nudges her trainer, and when that fails to get a response, nibbles at Shina's shirt. Worried, Rasha whinnies loudly, trying to attract the attention of one of the humans milling around.
She saw one of the girls from the jail nearly unconscious.
She ran up and threw her arm over her shoulder. "Hey now, I think we are almost there."

Rhia grinned at Oyumi despite the situation and stood slowly, her eyes finally not stinging as much. She wiped the water off of her face and shook her head.
"Hey, you said you wanted adventure!" She put a hand on her hip, in better spirits already. "Well you got it in spades!"
She nodded at Carter, grateful for his concern, and gave him a smile of his own. "I'm fine now that the burning has mostly stopped."
Rhia looked for Liam, knowing she would be able to spot the doctor in a crowd simply because it was so important she find him. He had known to come here. There was no way that could have happened unless someone had told him. Warned him.
"Help me find Liam?" She asked Oyumi, blue eyes still searching. There. Lumina and Liam. "Come on, I think I need to talk to him."
She moved carefully around other people at the lakeside and made her way to the pair, leaning over slightly to look at Liam's face. "Liam, how did you know to come here?" She didn't want to flash her hand if he hadn't seen anything, but her warning had already come and gone at this point. "Someone told you." That wasn't a question. "Someone told you it would be safe here. Away from Motterossa."

Jay heard someone approach, but couldn't get his eyes to open to see who. He was picked up and slung over the shoulder of the unknown person. Still coughing and having a hard time breathing they emerged from the gas. Though it was still difficult to breath the fresh air was welcome.

Lizzie looked up at the familiar face floating above her. Who was she again? Oh, it was Rachel.
"I'm... fine. Not injured or anything." She sat up. "Are you alright?"
Hearing a shout over the clearing from a healer, Lizzie shouted back. "Hey! Anise! Can you come over here? I think... something's wrong with Psywater."
Indeed, the Lugia remained slumped in a pile of white mass and was coughing continuously. She just noticed it now, while she herself was talking to Rachel.

@ anyone, really, by the shrine Opal sat down with Nerezza, Itzal, and Ursalyn by a tree near the shrine with the others. She was still feeling faint and was beginning to lose consciousness again. Nerezza groaned and floated out the to the crowd of people and Pokemon. "Gast gastly! Gastly gast-gast gastly?" "Hey everyone! Can someone help my trainer?"

 Looking around, Anise saw one person collapsed with a Ponyta nudging them. Oh no! "I'm coming!" she called to the downed trainer as she raced over. She tried to help the trainer sit up so she could find out what was wrong. "What happened?"

Tyg was finally breathing properly and her eyes were cleared if still red and stinging. She slid down and looked around the clearing. She smiled at Robin. "Thanks again. I guess we'll have to wait till all this gets sorted out to find out just what happened earlier today." She looked up at the shrine. "I wonder what this place is?"
