Genesis wondered why they were staring at her. She noticed they were looking at her cut. She sighed and sat down wagging her tail. She looked at him and smiled. " Yeah im fine " She said kissing his cheek sweetly. She was kinda tired now. She curled up and watched the cage sway.

Leogun kept a lookout while she slept and while she did after a while he snuck out to find dinner

Kagu was asleep, with no idea leogun had even left
~~skip to when Leogun comes back~~
Until he came back, her eyes slowly opened as she saw leogun climbing back up to the treehouse, "when did you leave?" she yawned, lifting herself up from the soft furs underneath her.
Zagi saw genesis curl up, she was going to sleep...sleep? no, she cant leave him by himself...with these..things... leaning forward Zagi took a quick n** at the back of her neck, pulling back her skin for just a moment before letting go, and repeating a couple more times. "Genesis" he muttered, panicked as the humans reached ever closer to their destination "wa-wake up" and started to shake her. Though he probably should have just let her sleep, the humans thought he was attacked her and zapped him with a the pole thing. "ow-!" he keeled backwards and simply called to her instead "Genesis... Genesis..." he whispered, until the cage swiftly dropped to the floor, several more humans crowded around them both.

Leogun looked at her and pulled a few plump turkeys off his back"not very long...about an hour ago"he said as he set the birds down and started cleaning them as neatly as possible

Genesis ignored his calls until she felt a thud. She opened her eyes and abruptly sat up, Hitting her head on the roof of the cage. She looked at the human's and poked her snout out of the cage. She was trying to get a better smell on these things. " Zagi... Just be a brave puppy for me will ya'?" She asked still having her snout out.

"your catch isn't too impressive this time, guys" one of the humans spoke, smaller humans, children, gathered around the cage as well, but stood further back wanting to get close, but parents stopping them. "the female is injured and the male is a runt"
"no, but if we heal up the female we can sell her or keep to breed, depending on speed of health. but the male, yeah I guess he wont go for much, dunno bout that one." they continued speaking to eachother.
Zagi was still panicked, Genesis words weren't too comforting, and a little insulting, not that he was going to argue with her. "G-genesis" he spoke again "dont stick you nose out, they might do something..." he whined with concern.
"and your going to cook them...in a treehouse...made of wood...." she spoke sarcastically. "I dont really wanna burnt to death cus your an idiot." she didn't get up, instead she rolled on her back and spoke to him upside down.

Leogun smiled and then nodded behind him where a small smoked stack came up"no i got the fire goin already...i just dont have like cleaning poultry on the ground"he said as he finished the birds and then scured them both, and then his face quickly changed as he remembered something, he reached into his side bag and pulled out a small wooden sculpture of a small wolf curled up on its side about the size of a golf ball, he set the turkeys down for a moment and then closed it in her hands

again, Kagu didn't move from her position and just took it in her hand opening her hand to look at it once he let go. she blushed, and immediately turned over so he didn't see her face. "I-it's..." she stared at it for a moment. she was going to compliment him, but she figured he'd know already what she really thought... "if this is suppose to be me at least try and give me a sexy pose or something." and smiled

Leogun looked at her an laughed for a moment and then picked up the turkeys"youll figure it out"he said as he jumped down and put the birds over the fire, from looking at the wooden figure it obviously looked to young to be either of them

after watching him jump down she looked to the figure. "I know already" she whispered quietly. "I said no, didn't I?" she couldn't help but smile to herself, the smell of the fire hindered by the height decided to look down after gently placing the wooden figure by the side of her furs to take a look down at leogun on the ground, staring at him...without speaking.

Leogun continued tending the birds, turning and adding seasoning when need, he could feel Kagu watching him but he didnt turn to look at her, he didnt want to ruin her moment, he sat down in a position that was comfortable for him and appeasing for her to look at and sighed content even though they would have to get walking tomorrow

Kagu smiled a little seeing him re-position, not really knowing he was doing it on purpose... a few moments of staring went by and she too was getting a little uncomfortable on the edge, so she shuffled back over to her fur-bed "are they done yettt" she whined assuming he could hear her. she turned over so she was upside down again and layed the wooden figure on her chest closing her eyes.

Leogun laughed and after another couple of minutes he came up with both the turkeys on there sticks and set them on other perches to keep them off the floor, he snuck over while she had her eyes closed and kissed her"food is done"he said ripping a leg off and waved it over her nose

sitting up to the smell of food she almost headbutted him, knocking the wooden figure to the floor she stared at it fall a little away before picking it up and placing it upright again. "finally" she murmured, taking the leg from him and eating it herself. "I want the breast bit y'know. no breasts for you". she laughed a little to herself taking a bite from the leg she'd stole.

Leogun laughed"thats alright i like the thighs a little better anyway"he said as he pulled the other leg off and then puled a large chunk of breast meat of and handed it to her
