Growly gave Mitsu a knowing, yet gentle look before settling back down to rest with his trainer. To him, a friend of Kassie's was a friend of his, and he didn't want to see anything bad happen.

Mitsu sighed, relived that neither of them had found out. It's not like I'm going to steal anything or actually commit a crime. She looked up again at the duo. "What do you guys plan to do now?" she asked curiously.

Kasiya grinned at her. "Well, first of all, we're gonna figure out a way to get Nightmare back from those Rocket jerks. Then, I know I'm headed off to Celadon City to win a badge from Erika. After that, I don't know what I'll do next," she admitted sheepishly.

"Umbreon...yeah."
"Hm? Oh. First I need to find out where that shadey Brelooms gone." Before he could complete his thought, Nurse Joy retuened with her normal smile and Nitro all better. "Thank you ma'am."
"After that, I'm pretty content with following one of you around." Mike said with a smile. "I'd like to catch up a bit."

Mitsu looked at the two of them. "That sounds nice," she said not really knowing what to say. "I wonder if they have some event or soemthing soon." Mitsu said. "Maybe a festival somewhere?" The idea sounded innocent enough, but she knew where a large gathering was Team Rocket would be there as well.

"Hey Kasiya," Mike walked over to the drowsy girl. "What would you say to a bit of training outside? Not an official battle, but just a way to keep up or Pokemon?" He gave her a smile, trying to hold back his anticipation.
Portabello lay still outside, not moving a muscle. His statuesque stance attracted a Butterfree or two. Also, the dirty groud beside him started to show some signs of green.

Kasiya blinked a few times before she realized Mike was speaking to her. "Oh? What? Hi," she said sheepishly, going a bit red. Growly glanced up at her, and rolled his eyes.
Humans, he thought.
"A training battle, you mean?" she asked, finally realizing what he'd said. "Hey, that sounds good. Maybe we can give Nitro a bit of help in becoming a Charizard," she said, trying to sit up. "Growly...come on, move!"
But I'm comfy... he thought irritably.
"Come on, you big palooka, get OFF!" she wailed, and tried with all her strength to push the Arcanine off of her. He didn't budge, instead, sat up and sent her sprawling on the floor by Mike's feet.
"Nice shoes," she muttered, trying to cover up her embarrasment with laughter.

Holding back his laughter, Mike helped his friend to her feet. "You're too cute." he said as he walked out of the Pokemon Center. "You get some rest Mistu!" The doors closed behind him.
Mike was met with his figurine like Pokemon outside, now covered in grass, leaves and bug Pokemon, lying still. "Hm. Are you quite comfertable Portabello?"
A little nod was all the answer he needed, a caterpie fell from his cap.
Mike's eyebrows raised, not sure what to make of his enveloped Pokemon. "Well I'll leave you to that, but Kasiya and I are going to have a training battle soon, so I'd just like to let you know in case you want to participate later."

"Let us know if you need us," Kasiya nodded at her friend, and followed Mike outside. Growly stopped, gave Mitsu one last look, and went out as well.
She stared at the Breloom for a mintue, but shook her head. "Why don't we use that field behind the Pokemon Center?" she asked. "It seemed big enough to use before." She showed the way, and took her place by the edge. I've never battled against Mike before... she thought. But it is mostly for training. Nevertheless, I hope he doesn't go easy on me because I'm a girl, her grin widened.
"Okay Growly, you're up first!" she cried, and the massive Arcanine stepped forward, and roared.

Following his soon to be combatant, Mike stood on the opposite side of the 'arena' and eyed Kasiya and her Arcanine. "Well, this will be fun. Let's have some fun right Nitro!" A Pokeball fired from his hand as his faithful charmeleon leapt out, kicking the ground in excitement. "Now I know you're alot smaller, but I think you can show this guy who's boss!"
Nitro's tail flame burned brightly as he awaited the fight.

(( Some updates done. xP ))
"All right, have fun you two," Mitsu said as they walked out. She slumped in her seat already bored. Training would have been nice, better than resting up. She twirled Karri ball and released her. The Psychic Pokemon didn't look too happy at her trainer. "C'mon. You don't seriouly tink I want to join do you?"
She was reluctant to answer, but eventually did. No.
Then why were you going to tell them? They don't need to know, I'll be in and out and we'll have Nightmare back.
She paused again, not sure if she should say it or not. What if you end up liking it. The power.
Power. It struck a chord in her somehwere. One deep down, one that she wasn't sure that she had had. She never had it, sure friends, but never power. She grinned at the thought. "We'll see Karri. We'll see."

((Aww, I got left out.. again. Parents are being strict about internet time again))
Ryka stood and watched the battle, silently hoping that Kasiya and Mike would win. Soon, the sinister looking Rocket disappeared, and Kassie, Mike, and Mitsu went inside. Ryka was about to follow them when a paper blew in her face.
"AH! What the?" Ryka yelled as she peeled the paper off. She silently read it to herself.
~ Cherry Blossom Festival ~
Next Week, 10 am through 11 pm!
The festival will be in town for one full week!
All are welcome! Come for food, fun, and Pokemon!
"Wow.. This sounds fun. Kinda vague though.." Ryka let her mind wander until she remembered what was going on. Mike and Kassie had come back outside and looked to be getting ready for a battle. Mag and Dante had wandered off somewhere. The boy in red was still sitting under the tree, his Vulpix seemingly looking for something. "she must still be inside.." Ryka muttered as she walked into the red-roofed building.
Ryka silently went up to the counter and gave Nurse Joy Vixen to heal, and then sat on the couch next to Mitsu.
"Mitsu! are you okay? Did he hurt you? I swear, if he did.." Ryka said with anger, still clutching the festival paper in her left hand.

Meowth looked somwhat suprised at the compliment and the boy's excitement over seeing him. "Eh, well thats because I am better then all those pokemon." He said crossing his arms over his cheast. Dante snikered a bit at this but not to loudly. "So kid, whats your name?"
"Its Dante. Do you have a name? Or should I just call you Meowth?" He asked in a teasing maner.
"Meowth is fine. So what are you doing out here kid?" Meowth asked standing by Dante's feet as Dante was leaning back against the tree again.
"I am waiting for my pokemon to heal actually, then, well then I think I am going to start off on my journey again." He said thoughtfully.
"A journey to become a Pokemon Master?"
Dante chuckled slightly at that. "No, I want to become the first legendary pokemon researcher." He smiled slightly and looked down at the cat pokemon. "What do you think of that?"

"Fire versus Fire," Kasiya said with a grin. "This ought to be good! Okay Growly! Get in there with your Take Down!" she cried, raising her hand in the air. At least I know this isn't an overly serious match, she thought, her grin growing wider. But I know how Mike can get in the the thick of battle. I'm not sure I can compete with his spirit though.
The Arcanine trotted forward, then broke into a dead run, his eyes set on the Charmeleon before him.

"Don't worry Ryka. I'm fine thanks to Mike and Kasiya." Mitsu said not mentioning that her Gyrados had been stolen. Seeign the paper in her hands Mitsu grew curious. "What's that?" she asked pointing to the paper.
