I didn't realise you were sick. I'd recommend some honey and lemon like I said to Fishie earlier, but I really hate that stuff, it's awful.
ANYWAY! These push-ups - listen, my MMA instructor used to have this apprentice. Right little cocky thing he was. Only fourteen. When he first started, he was really shy, but then he got into his stride and it was three minutes of push-ups.
USING ONLY TWO FINGERS.
