omg same!!!!!! (well, i have a basic idea) but that's the problem><
i have like certain characteristics, like blond, snarky, douchebag, etc. but then i have to hunt for the perfect pic which is sooo hard!!!
I swear for my current pic of one of my RPCs Andou (in Kiri) i hunted like... omg the better part of my free time for a week for a stupid fanart. Eventually I went with one from Akagi not that i even read it. All i know is that it's a mahjong manga... lol... (had to recolor the fanart too rolleyes hope the artist doesn't see it LOL)
