Lorelei's breathing came easier, but her eyes remained closed. For the first time since getting her back she actually moved, her head turning in Ren's direction as if she knew he was there.
Clarissa glanced at Jaisyn before turning her attention back to Lorelei. She closed her eyes, her hand hovering over Lorelei's chest. "It's back and in place, but something is still keeping her from waking." She said softly as her eyes opened up once again. She looked up at Cassandra suddenly appeared next to her.
"Here, let me look," Cassandra said as she moved to Lorelei's side. She knelt down on the other side of Lorelei's bed, one hand on her forehead and the other above her chest. She took a deep breath as something shimmered around her and then found it's way into Lorelei's body. She sat there, completely still for several minutes before taking a deep breath, coming to herself. "I don't know what is blocking her, but something is keeping her from waking up." She looked across the bed to Ren. "She can hear us. She tried to talk to me, but it was like static. Talk to her Ren. Out of all of us...you are the one she holds closest to her heart. Perhaps you can help her find her way out."
Liliana hurried over to Hisuki, wrapping her arms around him. She could tell that he was exhausted, tired and she took a deep breath, lending him some of her strength. "Thank you...for helping them," she said softly. "I don't know what would had happened...if we had lost her."

Hisuki shivered slightly. "She's... family... to you... that's all... I needed," he said, panting as he swayed a bit on his feet. "I'm tempted to finish... what we started before... and not for a short time or a single time," he said softly.

Clarissa moved to Jaisyn's side, slipping her hand into his. "I wish..my mother would have told me about who and what I am. Maybe then...I would know how to help her," she said softly.
"Ren....lost....cant....find....way." When Lorelei spoke to him it sounded as if it was coming through a static radio. "Tried....Aunt...Cass....couldn't....hear..." Her hand moved in his and her body moved slightly indicating that she was fighting hard to get back.
Liliana held onto him tightly, running her hand through his hair. "She's family...she's my best friend." She took Hisuki's face in her hands and kissed him gently. Her eyes sparkled with complete love. "We will continue later and go as long as you wish. "

Alede Lorelei = Merrick/Constance, Arianna = Amelia/Kyos, Aelina =Cassandra/Lorcan, Liliana = Carolyn/Kasumi. OOC|Jaisyn shrugged slightly. "We all have our strengths and weaknesses. Sometimes, it tends to be those we hold dearest that help the most," Ren's eyes narrowed slightly as he felt a tugging deep in his body, unaware that his extended time with his family had changed him... transforming him from the same sort of Kryptonian that Kal-El had been to something more similar to Kara... a natural Kryptonian mage. A pulse of powerful magic surged through the air as his eyes slid closed; he could sense a path guiding him to Lorelei's spirit and followed it. "I'll guide you back, one way or another."

Hisuki tilted his head slightly. "I wish I knew what that was like," he said softly, his tone uncertain. He jumped, startled, as he heard a voice behind him. He groaned softly, his muscles protesting vehemently at the movement as his entire body stiffened quite painfully.

"Maybe you should get some rest," Kyos said wryly. He saw Liliana's friend glance Lorelei's direction before he was miildly surprised as his hand rose to the circlet on his forehead before a soft silvery glow grew. "Qiú Línchún," {Moon Spirit Purification} Hisuki whispered as his hand flicked towards Lorelei, a surge of soft silver fire flaring towards Lorelei and bathing her in an aura that would strengthen her and her connection to Ren. He half slumped, his transformation dissolving into silvery dust as he almost fell, feeling extremely drained as he'd unknowingly used his own energy to power the technique.

"Perhaps...we should leave them be. They don't need all of us standing over them. No doubt when he brings her back they will want to be alone." She blinked, shaking her head as a wave of dizziness wen through her.
Liliana looked over at Kyos, ready to respond when she felt Hisuki stumble. She caught him, keeping him from falling to the ground. "Kyos is right. You need to lay down and get some rest. You used a lot of your energy to help with finding Lorelei and getting her back safely." She ran her hand up and down his arm gently.
As Ren got closer the brightness of Lorelei's soul seemed to grow. She sat there, trapped in the darkness of her own mind, unable to find the strength or the will to move. "Ren...I can feel you getting closer. I"m...so tired."

OOC|Jaisyn cocked an eyebrow as he fluidly lifted Rissa in his arms, amused as she gasped, startled. "Let's get some rest. If you like I'll run a bath or shower for you... whether you want me to join you or not is your choice," Ren's eyes fluttered open, unaware a soft silver radiance filled them. He cocked his head slightly, noticing how, in the depths of Lorelei's soul, it grew darker. "Why do I get the funny feeling that this seems like that weird Disney... game that your cousin likes?" he whispered, trying to remember what game it was... something about keys as 'blades'. He had never actually played the games, but had remembered hearing them being played. "Well, I'm tired too... of seeing you lying there like you're already dead.... someone left me for dead after grabbing you... and you know as well as I do that they'll try again... I feel... lost without you."

Hisuki shivered, unaware his body was releasing intense pheromones. He did, however, notice that Rosalyn glanced his way, while Kyos looked amused. He shivered slightly, feeling that odd tingling he unconsciously remembered every time he'd found himself somewhere... else... not knowing how he'd gotten there. "Not again," he said softly, his tone fearful.

Kyos frowned slightly as he glanced around, sensing malice as his eyes narrowed fractionally. He felt the malice recede before he blinked, frowning slightly.

(( This whole thing is going to disrupt Lorelei's powers. She's not going to be able to use them so that's another obstacle they will have to overcome. ))
Clarissa's cheeks flushed as she looked up at Jaisyn shyly. She had been trying to ignore the intense attraction she had to this young man. She had felt it as soon as she had seen him for the first time. "A bath...sounds nice. If you wish to join me....I think I would like that." Her cheeks flushed a little more.
Liliana wrapped her arms around Hisuki, holding onto him tightly. She ran her hand lightly through his hair, whispering into his ear. "It's okay Hisuki. I'm here. I'm not letting you go anywhere." She looked to Rosalyn and Kyos before nodding and disappearing with Hisuki. They reappeared in her room, on the bed so that he could lay down. "You must rest," she murmured softly.
Cassandra watched Ren and Lorelei carefully. She could feel the communication between the two of them. At least Ren had been able to get through in that way. She clasped her hands together, praying to the goddess underneath her breath as she felt Lorelei's soul growing stronger, coming closer to the surface.
"I'm sorry Ren...I don't mean to...worry you." Lorelei sighed as she tried to break through the void again. She could feel them all. The concern and fear for her well being. She even heard Cassandra's praying, begging the goddess to bring her back. She could feel whatever was trapping her start to break away in chips. She felt lighter as if she may finally be able to break free. Suddenly light began to come in. Lorelei took a deep, shuddering breath as she sat up quickly in the bed, right into Ren's arms.

OOC| So basically, she's going to have one heck of a mental wall blocking her natural powers. Jaisyn blinked as Rissa spoke before he blushed softly as he took her hand and stood slowly, walking out of the room. They soon reached a bathroom that wasn't in use. He knew it would mildly surprise Clarissa that a bath had already been run for her, complete with bubbles and various soap supplies. "Here it is, then," he said softly, half turning his back to give her privacy. Ren gasped as Lorelei sat up, hugging him tightly as his shirt became wet before he realized she was crying.

Hisuki blinked, only slightly disoriented as he felt himself landing on her bed on his chest before he realized he was already wearing the same pajamas from the previous evening. "I don't know if I can," he said softly, his tone still a bit fearful. His eyes slid closed as he felt himself relaxing with her running her hands through his hair and over his back; he didn't realize that his hair had lengthened again and was currently at the middle of his back in messy waves.

"It appears Lucifer is trying to escape his confines again," Kyos glanced towards Rosalyn, knowing she'd sensed the malice as well. There was a lesser known immortal by the name of Thorn -- who was Lucifer's son, not that he liked anyone knowing that fact.

Clarissa was surprised that the bath was already read. As if he had been anticipating that she would want one. As he set her down and turned his back, Clarissa slowly took off the clothes she was wearing. She slid into the warm water, sighing softly as the bubble rose up over her. "Alright, I am done," she said softly. ~~ Rosalyn sighed with relief as Lorelei suddenly sat up. The tension in the room ceased as everyone let out the breath that they had been holding. Her gaze went to Kyos as she nodded slowly. "I feel it. And I have a feeling that this has something to do with it." She cleared her throat and spoke up. "Everyone how about we give Lorelei and Ren some space? They have both been through a lot." She waved her hand, the door to the room opening. Lorelei kept her face pressed to Ren's chest as the tears flowed. She barely heard her grandmother's suggestion nor did she notice that the others quietly left the room. That had been the most frightening experience in her life. And still she felt so...off. ~~~ Liliana shook her head slightly. "You can Hisuki. I swear that I will not let you go anywhere." She began to hum a lullaby. It was one that both her parents had often hummed to her when she had trouble sleeping when she was younger.

"O-okay," he said softly, knowing Liliana and Arianna would tease him endlessly if they heard him stuttering... around a girl. He concentrated, his clothes dematerializing into tendrils of bluish sparks that faded away, though he didn't realize they left his body quite bare to Rissa's sight. Ren hugged her tight, lying down next to her.

Hisuki exhaled softly, hearing the soft lullaby, though it didn't help his tense body much. "I'm scared... hoping that... memory doesn't return," he said softly, turning his head a bit to see her.

"What if he tried to use Lorelei's magic to bolster his own... and break free? It is possible, though unlikely, as most of the demons in that realm do not like Lucifer at all," Kyos glanced towards Rosalyn as he slipped quietly from the room.

Clarissa's cheeks flushed as she looked at Jaisyn. To her he was absolutely perfect. She knew, in that moment, that he was the other half of her. They were meant to find each other at these point in their lives. She cleared her throat as she finally looked away from him, pushing her hair behind her ear. "Well are you going to get in or not?" She smiled softly.

Lorelei sobbed into Ren's chest, unashamed that she was unable to stop. She had came so close to dying. So close to losing him forever. All because someone wanted to play around with her soul. "I still feel....so weak," she whispered softly.

Liliana lay down next to Hisuki, pressing close to him. "If you have it...I will to." She brushed a strand of hair out of his face. "We will rest together." She smiled softly at him. "I'm right here for you. I will always be here for you." She continued to hum softly, wanting him to relax and feel better.

"It is very possible that is what he tried to do," Rosalyn sighed as she stopped in the hallway, looking at the others. "She comes from a very powerful bloodline. Two very powerful bloodlines. My father was...one of Lucifer's greatest warriors."

"Ah... yeah," he said softly, feeling a bit awkward as he got in, trying not to splash too much. He exhaled softly, his eyes half closing as a low sigh escaped him. "Sometimes, I wonder who comes up with those stupid myths models seem to embrace. You know they think that if they bathe with hot water, they'll get fat?" he murmured. Ren chuckled."I know the feeling... when someone tried to bash my head in.... I'm not quite sure what they used... but whatever they used made me feel... sick... and very, very weak," he whispered.

Hisuki shivered slightly, his eyes sliding closed, unaware of a rather obvious tent in the pajama pants. "I've always wondered... if it's possible for one to dream of the past... could they also dream of the future?" he said softly, purring softly at her touch.

"Makes you wonder why Lucifer's being such a b***h, then. It's no wonder if he's this desperate, that he's losing support in the demonic planes," Kyos sighed before he inhaled, feeling a sudden and very strong shift in the demonic energies, as if something large had taken over, or been destroyed. "What was that?" he muttered, confused for an instant. Unlike his brother, who was a god of fate, or his mother, who was a goddess of destruction, he was a god of balance and life.

She chuckled softly. "I enjoy me a nice, hot bath. It relaxes the muscles, soothes the soul." She sighed as she leaned back and closed her eyes. She opened her eyes to look at him, noticing that he had inched closer. What she really wanted to do was touch him, but she held herself back.

"No you don't understand," Lorelei said as she finally lifted her head to look at him. "Something is missing." She clutched her hand to her chest. "I feel as if a part of me is...still locked away. Gone."

Liliana smiled softly. "Anything is possible," she murmured. "Amelia...she dreams of the future." She tried to ignore the bulge in Hisuki's pants, but was finding it rather difficult. "Do you want to sleep or indulge in other...activities."

Rosalyn shivered as she felt the energy. She looked around, trying to figure out exactly where it was coming from. She licked her lips and sighed.

I... ah... caught.... a few of the female models.... bathing in the ocean... where everyone could see them," he said softly, a bit embarrassed at the fact, although he'd not done more than glance at them. "I'll admit... I do find the other sex... very attractive... but I haven't found... that one, yet," he murmured, trying hard to ignore the voice whispering in his mind that he had... in Rissa. Ren blinked, touching her hand where it rested on her chest before he frowned slightly. "Strange... I can sense your life energy... but it's... almost like your natural magic... your powers... are blocked... I can barely sense anything from them," he whispered.

Hisuki opened his eyes as she spoke softly, shivering slightly as Liliana's fingers kept running through his hair. "Honestly... I'm... tired... but not... that tired.... especially with how addictive you are," he said softly, chuckling a bit.

Kyos smirked slightly as he rested an arm across Rosalyn's shoulders. "Get some sleep. It's likely we may need it in time," he whispered gently.

"Oh, well you'll find that someone I am sure," Clarissa said as she looked away from him. Her fingers ran lightly over the edge of the tub. "There's no way you won't. You're very attractive and kind."

Lorelei sighed, shivering as Ren's hand rested over her own. She looked into his eyes, showing fear for one of the few times in her life. Normally she was able to hide it. "That's why I feel so empty," she whispered. "It's like...I can feel it....but it isn't there." She sighed, shaking her head. "I hate when people screw with our lives."

Liliana grinned widely at Hisuki. She nuzzled his neck, hearing his sharp intake of breath. "I would love for you to finish what we started. It was just getting good."

Rosalyn smiled at Kyos, nodding her head. She looked to Jin, holding out her hand. "Come my love. Let's get some rest."
