Patience as well as self control.
You do well when dealing with me, but with other members, you tend to become... a brat sweatdrop
Like I said, you're young, but that is not an excuse to act as you feel. You say that you're joking whenever you offend someone, why not practice just not saying anything if you have a feeling that it may offend someone.
Also your ability to take criticism tends to disappear whenever someone else without a position tends to point something out to you that may help you grew as a person.
These are just a few things that I've noticed...

that's what I'm talking about... but it also depends on how you're going about criticizing him. If it's constructive critisism then sure he should listen, but if its coming off as a slightly new person to a completely new person (also known as Hazing) then he has the right to...

That's a good point, he listens when I try and help him because I am nice about how I speak to him. I would also suggest working on the yelling, it seems to either confuse people or get them angry. It's fine when it's a good time but not for random posts that just cause trouble. The only other thing I would work on is not posting places where you don't need to. Other than that you've come a long way in the last few months! biggrin

However, in Nights defence as a Mod you'd have to deal with people who aren't nice and still be civil and keep your cool. You also have to get to know the people around the guild and be a positive image for others...or so I'd guess.....remember all the trouble everyone went through with Toan if you'd have crossed the line I doubt you would have had good odds at becoming a mod. You also have to remember there are a lot of other people who want to be a mod as well as the fact you can be removed from being a mod if you mess up so I'll be there is pressure
