Dude, that was pretty cool. So who is this new shinobi we are getting? It better not be one of those saanins that we accept and in the end the betray us. I am starting to like the idea of tatooing every one with bombs and if they betray us, it would take Luo and Zane to active the bomb.

ooh and your cant remove it too. But i was thinking we need to update all of that stuff for who is in the village or not. I think Teddy is a traitor so can we remove him and the other people who dont get on at all. Then tattoo every one in the village

.....actually if you're serious about this and Zane approves of it, I could try and make a sealing jutsu specific for the Mizukage and one chosen saanin to use in war times, or as a way to have people in the mist under certain restrictions. But I'd have to make the seal removable as well so that if you're deemed trustworthy, we can remove it.

you can make a jutsu like on a paperbomb but do it where is stays there so it does not wash off or fade away

i dont know if one should be able to remove it, because then the traitor would just find some one powerful around to remove it.

Well I'd have to make it so that only those who know the sealing jutsu could remove it. And that would only be the Mizukage and whoever else.
