Though I guess I could be completely off if you joined this guild with no intention of RPing. But then again, you wouldn't be the first.

Well if you don't join a village then you can't RP. But you did say that you just weren't looking, a fair enough way to avoid the question. If you do decide on one let me know.
Leveling up is simple. For the old system: long posts. For the new system: lots of posts that require you to roll a natural twenty.

Don't feel bad Bel. I just think that there must be a more original concept that a guy like yourself could come up with. Plus we've got enough over powered clans here that we don't need to throw all of that mess into the mix.
Kills, you have to roll to conduct an action. You have to actually do things to level up. Having two characters talk doesn't gain any experience. Unless of course you're rolling to improve you charisma by impressing or lying to the other character.

Oh... I'm sorry Kills. Did someone give off the impression that this is one of those "I hit you" "No you didn't" types of guilds? One must earn their rewards around these parts. No one automatically does something because they think that they can.
