First off how can you call a war between humans and powered people a "civil war?"

Civil war involves a dispute within the same ideology/side/whatever.

Marvel's civil war was about heroes vs heroes. Which was what made it a Civil war.

Now if you are talking about Marvel and it's humans vs. mutants theme in X-men.. then you'd be more accurate.

but yours is just about "hay let's fight the other side cuz they're different."

Mine.. is not. There is no underlying moral debate involved.

There are also no "sides" to choose from.
