Well thinking in technicalities here.

Kage =/= trainer
Jonin = Trainer
Qyp's swordsman = Jonin
Rins ninja = Jonin
Shinzu = Gid
Taka = Gid
Take = Kage
Mizuiro = Qyp
---------------------------------

That said, Mizuiro mast be trained by Rin or Taka, but Mizukage is not a position that would normally have time for training a squad properly.

Meanwhile Shinzu must be on a team lead by either Qyp or Rin.

Besides, I want Akemi to become the Samehada swordsman, thats his end goal, and if it isn't allowed he may get killed off whilst trying to steal it.
