Taiju Senju Lvl. 20 Hp: 460/460 Cp: 150/150 MHp: 300/300 DB: 19 Taiju looked back at Zephyr with suspicion. He may have been the Hokage, but he hadn't been in the village for almost ten years. Not that he had ever cared to figure out why. "The world may be ruled by false opinions, but it is those same opinions that have made me who I am. Hokage-sama, my duty is to the village and only the village. I was forbidden to return to the estate about four years ago, and I have no interest in returning."Zephyr didn't seem to know the score, not like it mattered. Not only was he Hokage, but he was also the head of the Senju. Not that it was important. "One man cannot be a nation. Therefore, I do whatever the village requires of me. And only what the village requires of me. Whatever the clan does doesn't concern me, and I will not sacrifice my village duties for the sake of the clan. The people of Konoha are more of a family than the Senju ever were or are. And I swore to protect the people when I was given these headbands, however opposed the rest of the Senju were."Of course, he was preaching to the choir. They didn't care, and he didn't want to waste his breath with them. "You may not agree with my methods, but I’m the one who's been looking out for the people on the bottom that the people on the top forget. I train the way I teach, and I don't think anyone can say that I haven't made progress. I respect you Hokage-sama, and all that you've done. But I meant no harm in trying to protect you. It wasn't as though I was going to kill him."Taiju couldn't wait to be rid of these people. As far as he was concerned, they could kill him or send him to jail where he could kill himself. Or they could relieve him so he could go and drown himself in liquor. Regardless, he was tired of this day, and just wanted it to end with a straight up street fight in some back alley. That would be the only good thing that had happened to him today, not like it could get worse. "Only Tenma is left to finish the exam, but I’m sure she'll pass. If you declare the exam over, I’ll be more than happy to leave immediately. I assure you that you won't see me again for a while, unless you wander the shadier neighborhoods."

Rhaim tried to feign interest in the conversations between the higher level shinobi. However with a sideways glance to Tenma, it was clear that he was definately not near as excited about the whole course of events as she was. If nothing else it was keeping him from taking what he believed to be a well deserved nap under a nice shaded tree. Not wanting to seem rude but not wanting to pretend that he cared when he wasn't even listening to the conversation, he got up and walk over to where his discarded kunai from his fight with Taiju were laying. Once he had them replaced in his pouch he gave a quick stretch and stare at the sky, which was getting increasingly darker as the day progressed. Though it would likely be night fall before anything actually came tumbling to the earth.
The boy turned back around to see if the events had ceased, only to find that Taiju was now on a soap box and Tenma was absolutely captivated by it all. He sighed and hung his head while placing his hands into their place in his pockets. His feet carried him back to the spot beside the girl and he flopped down cross legged in a most unartistic manner. His hands were still in his pockets and he leaned slightly forward with his squinting eyes trying to see whatever it was that this girl was so interested in.

Hp: 1210 | Cp: 3133/3250 | MHp: 1200 Theme Song: Echoing a Voice, from a Past Left Behind [Higurashi - Dear You, version from Thanks]Smiling softly, he pressed his palm, glowing with pale emerald light, against the injuries Yokou have made, thus to neutralize the pain, and to soothe the nerves for swifter recovery. His smile became a little twinged with sadness - to his sharp ears, the whispered apologies did not go amiss - hmn, to his mother...? Did something terrible happen to this child's mother, for him to cling to the desperation so, even while unconscious...?
He neutralized the medical analyzation and the pale light vanished from his hand, the color fading until becoming violet. As he was checking up on the boy, he answered to Taiju:
"...because it had been told 'do not hope', since it is foolish...?"
And then, unexpectedly, Zephyr laughed. A truly honest laugh, and he replied, the twinkle glowing in his emerald-golden eyes. "If that's true..." He began.
"Then I'll gladly rather remain a fool."
"One man is not a nation, but it is only a people together, whom is a nation." The gentle chastisement was there, refuting Taiju: there was a difference between doing what is 'required' and what is 'freely given'. Then a shrug, and laughter again, a clear indication he didn't care Taiju's opinion of the clan. To the children, he addressed:
"You three are worthy to become Genin. Haru, no protests, right?"
"Hai sir."
"Good, good. You three will receive the letter concerning your Sensei soon enough. Keep an eye out on the mail."
And then, to Taiju:
"I never fought for Senju."
If he did, he would have never left the village in the first place.
He had long straightened to his full, proud height, and gently carried the sleeping child in his arms. Senju Kannon's blessing, those whom were able to physically manifest their clan's ability to control life further have the power to influence the tormented spirit. He gave the child enough of his chakra to at least soothe the mind and grant a good dream, and then the violet glow faded from his hand.
"Hyuuga Rasen had been a father to me. And, as with him...my children are right here." Appearances were deceptive now...the burning wisdom in the darkly emerald eyes, tinted just with specks of gold, certainly belonged to no teenager. Only of one who had lived through more years than he would have preferred...and enough certainly to learn enough of the world and her cruelties.
"My sons, my daughters-..." He looked to Yokou here. "And all of my family." His calm gaze surveyed then the children upon the field, for a long moment, before he spoke to Yokou again.
"Come, Yuuko. We should take the boy to the hospital..." He looked to Kiyoshi then. "Hmn...come along too, Uchiha-san. Those may not be endangering wounds, but you wouldn't want to risk infection." However, perhaps it was his final words to Taiju that surprises most, and a small smile, that spoke of knowing far more, that he knew very well Taiju would not have killed Judas. Beaten the boy up, yes, but not kill.
"You know. You are always welcome."
What?
And then it became clear. Zephyr had no problems with Taiju, and even Haru, who fidgeted and glared aside, spoke up then, with a soft huff:
"Maybe..." The child said almost grudgingly, stubborn. "...it's just a little tad quiet."
Ah, he meant home.
Taiju might not realize...but. Family was still family.
And then, his smile mischievous again, Zephyr happily strode off in the direction of the village, carefree, as if a capital crime hadn't happened and-...
"YOU ARE IN LOTS OF TROUBLE, YOUNG MAN!"
Zephyr instantly froze, and paled.
Oh no no no no...
This. Wasn't. Happening!
Holding Judas close with one hand, muttering a prayer that Haru had the good sense to get away, and swiftly, he grabbed the offending statue with the free hand and readied the Shunshin.
"Ehhhh...haveagreatafternoongramps,bye!"
And like that, in a blur of motion, Zephyr disappeared.

 Kiýøshî Uchiha
"The Crimson Wolf of Konoha" CP: 770 HP: 638 MHp: 1000 Rank: Jounin Sensei Profile: Here
__________
The Uchiha Heir smiled, looking down once more, his Sharingan turning black. He pulled a single hand out of his pocket to rub away his dried blood and followed, walking beside Yokou. "Ah~", he acknowledged in his usual calming tone. The Jounin moved his hand inside his pockets and looked at Zephyr. The Hokage was quite Senju, even though he never had that Senju pride.
He respected something about the Senju. The Will of Fire. It was the Shodaime Hokage's belief and his ideals. Kiyoshi liked to believe, even if he was Uchiha, he had that compassionate will so many, even Senju, forgot. Zephyr took after Hyuuga Rasen-- a great Hokage, whom he loved spending time with as a child. He'd catch glances while at the Hyuuga compound with Hitoki Hyuuga, his own master and the man he inherited his own will from. Zephyr had that love of Konoha every great kage before him had--
The Jounin hung his head, sighing, the muscles were sore. He'd feel this tomorrow. Maybe it wasn't the best of ideas to go all out. His eyes moved to Lady Yokou. "How is little Elruda, Yokou?", Kiyoshi asked, his eyes still half-open, his expression stoic. He wondered, truly. He hadn't had the time to speak with his sensei's family in such a long time. Yokou-- Zephyr. They were a tragic team. His predecessor, the man he proved to exceed. It was Museifu that drove his clan to push him to become who he was. Their great genius-- killing his family and leaving the queen Hyuuga with a brutal scar on her back. He resented that man and what he did to them, that is why he exceeded Museifu in his age, that is why he loved his village and malevolently condemned hatred that could consume his bloodline. He chose to love his village. He looked down at the ground. but if the man showed himself today, he knew, he couldn't defeat him....
BUT. He would make sure the Senju and Uchiha wouldn't clash again....

Taiju Senju Lvl. 20 Hp: 220/460 Cp: 150/150 MHp: 300/300 DB: 19 Taiju spat on the ground, and looked at the group. Empty words. Zephyr may have meant it, but none of the others did. Taiju knew their feelings and he wouldn't live a lie. And then Taiju moved, going to where he was most at home, the slums of Konoha. Plus he didn't want to deal with the old man, once he figured out it was Taiju who had scheduled the exams. If Zephyr was going to the hospital, then the old man would surely follow. Perhaps Taiju would go cause some trouble over at the Hyuuga estate... Or the Uchiha one. No, it was far better to escape into the under city and get into a few street fights to fix his mood. With any luck there wouldn't be too many problems, even if trouble loved to follow him today. And so, with a not-so-heavy heart, he shot one last look over at the group, and another glare at Haru. Taiju wasn't one to just take one's words at face value. He hadn't forgiven Haru, nor had he forgiven the other Senju. One day, he'd show them that they needed him, even if they had to crawl on their bloody hands and knees. Until then, Taiju would return to his neck of the woods. It wasn't like the Senju didn't know where to find him. Today just got a lot more interesting. ((Exit))

Rhaim was finally able to focus in on what the group were saying when Zephyr and Haru made some sort of mention about them graduating. The boy turned his head to Tenma with a clearly puzzled look on what little of his face was exposed. Somehow he had imagined the whole event of graduating from the Acadmey to be somehow different than getting beat to within an inch of his life and then watching a half dozen ninja perform a circus act before him. He scratched the back of his head and then pulled his right hand out of his pocket and extended it out to the girl.
"Um... Congratulations?"
There was no way that his sisters were ever going to believe the reports that they would get later from whatever spies they had watching the situation. The Nara was now even more confused as to why he had to fight the instructor at all. The main reason that the Hyuuga had been fought was because he couldn't manage his temper and Tenma hadn't fought anyone at all. He was going to have a whole lot of questions for his sisters later that night about how their exams had gone.

Hyuuga TairuHp: 60/60 l Cp: 45/45 l MHp: 55/55 l DB: 16 Theme: Main Theme Tairu sighed with relief, it was final over and his task was accomplished. This was perhaps one record that may never go down in the history books but Tairu knew that his father would have to be proud now. The failure of the Hyuuga had become a shinobi, perhaps now they would train him seriously. Tairu nervously reached up and felt the scar on his for head. Of course it was still there, Tairu could not escape the physical reminder of his status. That was when he realized just how hard it was going to be in order to prove that he had actually trained for and passed the Genin Exams. To-san will never believe me unless I have proof. Looks like I will have to wait for that letter to come before I tell anyone.Tairu walked over to Rhaim and Tenma, he really wasn't sure what to say to them. "Well, um, I guess we will be seeing each other more often huh?" was all he could manage to say. Genin Exams

Hp: 1650 | Cp: 2738 | MHp: 1650Yokou heaved a sigh as a quite literal storm graced the open meadows (expression: -.-). She didn't have to wait long: with the terrific explosion, the proud form of the seventy-six year old man posed in the center of the fields, very ironically in the same position the golden statue was before Zephyr had so swiftly snatched the real thing in his hasty exit with the boy [Judas] in hand. She drew Saito instinctively close to her...like his grandson, Senju Amerikasugi was not known for being predictable. And soon enough, Senju Amerikasugi stomped over her way, and demanded:
"Where is my boy?"
She mumbled a prayer for her Sensei. Maybe she can distract Senju Amerikasugi from noticing the destroyed fake statue, whose head was conveniently not lying very far from where she and Saito was. A cold bead of sweat appeared on her cheek at this, she looked away - away from the direction of the ruined statue head, of course - and finally mumbled.
"Hospital..."
The elderly Senju scowled. "What! I hear that boy is-is-has gotten me another heir." But then he notice her shift uncomfortably, and her guilty look aside, in...the little boy hiding behind her's direction. And then, conclusions immediately formed. He would've chuckled, noticing the Hyuuga princess wince when she saw fire erupt in his eyes, but Senju Amerikasugi did not burst out in anger.
Instead, his face was so delighted (refer to posting pic here) it was almost scary (in the opinion of others). There was a happy gasp, as, too swift for Yokou to see, he was right in front of poor Saito and took the boy's hands in his own aged palms.
"Ahhh~ I am a great grand-father of two now...?!" There was happy, content look on the old man's face, before thrusting a fist into the air, he exclaimed to Yokou: "But ahem...I shall have to speak to my dear grandson of...procuring "procedures". Thank you, chibi-hime (midget)~"
And with that, Senju Amerikasugi disappeared.
Yokou groaned.
"Let's go, Saito, to the Hospital." Maybe they can prohibit disaster...no. Disaster was going to occur. However, when Kiyoshi stepped up, and spoke of Elruda, she gave him a rather nervous smile. Well, what was she to say? That little Elruda had a certain Tsuchikage to murder? So instead, she settled for-...
"As healthy and lively as ever." She laughed.
But then it turned hollow.
"...let's go. Though I'm not certain if Sensei...if he'll be in exactly...good health." And with that, she too used the Shunshin.

Saito's face took on a rather scared expression. (O_O), as the man appeared. Goodness- he was scary. Not intimidating, but he smelled of pure creeper. Saito's feet slowly slid back, his head looking away, his body backing up into Yokou. 'Oh-- no! Sennin in mah path!', Saito was scared. For once in his life-- he was genuinely scared. A massive sweat drop appeared on the back of his head, lines appearing on his forehead as the man walked closer.
"Senju-sama~ I--I'm no", he started, his little body fidgeting. Before he could finish, he was interrupted, the old man took his hands. 'They're cold, and clammy.'
"Oh-- okay..", Saito replied, accepting the hand-notion. This statement was more-so him accepting-- nay, forcing himself to accept that the old man was holding his little pale hands.
As the man disappeared, he felt Yokou take a hold of him, he blushed, his eyes wincing as he smelled the beautiful woman. She was his saving grace.
Kiyoshi raised a brow, the man was getting increasingly senile. He simply smiled the entire time, the awkwardness taking over. This Saito boy had absolutely no Senju feature. He wasn't Senju~
As Yokou and Saito disappeared, he followed.

Tenma stood their frozen in confusion momentarily as she attempted to let the situation sink in. Had the Hokage just passed the three of them? Lucky for her Rhiam's voice snapped her back into reality as she took his hand with a smile. Sure enough Tairu was the next one over so Tenma decided it was time to sit before her knees gave out. "Yeah, I assume we will be on one squad together then." The girl patted the ground next to her, inviting Tairu to sit with them. "So...if you guys do not mind, I would like to get to know you better since we will be spending so much time together. If not I understand, especially with everything that has happened in the past...five minutes." She was hopeful that she would now get a grasp of who she would be working with. If not it was something she would get over, she had to wrap her head around the idea of being a genin at age seven anyways.

Seeing Tenma pat the ground and sit, Tairu took the cue and followed suit. He took a seat on the ground near Tenma, with his legs crossed and tuckedlike the monks did when they meditated. "Well I suppose I start by saying that this is really the first time that I have ever really succeeded at doing something." Tairu said to Tenma. It was hard tosay those words but they spoke volumes about who Tairu was. Tairu then followed up his first statement with some basic information. " Also I am 10 years old, soon to 11, I like the color white, and my favorite food is sesame chicken, although it could be wan ton soup. So how about you Tenma?" Tairu said quite happily with a big smile.

The child appreciated the boy's willingness, though she wasn't going to hold her breath that Rhiam would share the same enthusiasm. Anyways, they would soon be living together so she would have plenty of time to get to know him. "Well..." Tenma gave an almost thoughtful pause because she didn't want to give too much information. "I just turned 7 three months ago, my favorite color is blue, my favorite food is the autumn salad my nana used to make, and I have only lived in Konoha for six days." The girl felt that she gave the general information that Tairu had, but she also felt that her two companions deserved the knowledge of her being an immigrant of sorts. She didn't even know if she was legal.

Wow, and she has only been in Konoha for six days. The information was different but similar to Tairu. "I have lived on the Hyuuga Compound for almost all of my life, and I've never been able to leave much so I guess I haven't really lived in Konoha in a way either." Tairu told her, trying to say something like your not alone on some subconscious level. Tairu yawned, and his eyelids felt heavy, it was only noon but he felt so tired after getting only a few hours of sleep. I wonder what Rhaim likes, or if he will even say anything?

( the following post takes place in a different time frame. While arzya is doing the henge training ) Kuroi tilted his head in disappointment. It was just too hard to do. Every attempt was a failure. Feeling down the little cub laid once again one the ground. He didn't sleep this time but observed Aryza's movements. He tried figuring out how the girl was doing it. Yet he couldn't seem to manage. What she did was a bit confusing. She made the seals and then she would look like a pebble. Now what it the world did that hand stuff have to do with it? Could it be because of that he wasn't succeeding? Did he need hands? No that couldn't be it. After all why would she have given him a task if it was impossible for him to complete? It just didn't make sense. Chances were it was him that was doing it all wrong. Laying his head on top of his front paws he observed the meadows around him. People came and went going on with their daily lives and duties. Arzya was a bit too focused training to pay much attention to him. It was a pity he was a bit bored. Henge no Jutsu: The Students will each obtain a small pebble. Roll 1d20. You must get a 13 or higher to successfully transform into the image of the object. Each student is expected to complete this 5 times. Attach the following to each training post: Cp: +1 Formula: 1d20 + Chakra mod. There was a sort of alienation factor Tenma felt with her group, though Tairu had lived in the compound he had at least been in the city. Tenma, on the other hand, hadn't even seen the entire place; only the training fields and temporary housing. She gave him a sympathetic smile, however, as a sort of thanks for attempting to identify with her. It was a welcome feeling. "Well, I came here alone so I don't have a family, but Aruil has offered me a place to stay at his house - which I appreciate to the fullest extent." It was a fairly sudden strike but it sudden;y hit her that she would now be living with one of her two new friends plus a teammate. Things were interesting in this village, but maybe this was how the spirits were willing her life to be.
