Monty looked at Kalore. "At least not all of them are going to go out." He said and looked away from the male. As soon as he said that, the lights went out, leaving both males drapped in darkness. "I'm never coming into this blasted thing again." He growled. He was seriously hating himself right now.
Gambler nodded and didn't press him on it. It wasn't her place to make him see what she and everyone who respected, saw. He was all those things and it wasn't his fault that he didn't believe the true worth of someone like him. She wished she could show him though. 'That stupid no touchie sign...But then again, he might not like rough-around-the-edges seraphs who constantly have wild antics. I would bring him a heart attack or something.' She thought.
Looking at the orbs she let it grow slightly bigger. When it grew, it got a bit brighter and more colorful. "Touch it. It's warm." She said, playing with the wisp of light that was coming off the orb, with her fingers.

Smiling to her, Rave nodded and touched it. The warmth was surprising. "I don't want to make it dark though..." So he took his hand off pretty quickly. "It's beautiful...How often do you make these, Miss Gambler?" At the moment, Rave was willing to talk about grass. Anything other than how annoying his life was being at the moment. Gambler was off limits to him, both being his superior and in looks and talent. It was annoying...
"Thanks for jinxing us, Monty..." Kalore twitched. He hated the dark, absolutely hated it. Thankfully there were emergency lights under the railings. They were dim, but he could see. Even if it was just the outline of Monty. "Oh well..."

Gambler sat up and faced him, with her leg's over to the side. She reached over to take his hand and placed it on the orb. "You won't make it dark. If you did then that would be a sight to see." She thought about his question. "I don't make them often. I usually don't show anyone this. Your the first." Only because everyone else who has seen it where powerful enemies who were eliminated by these orbs. They can be harmful as they were seemingly harmless.
Monty growled but didn't move. "Silence you insolent elf. Perhaps if you just left me in the streets this wouldn't have happened." Only because he blamed a certain someone who sits in the heavens and likes to pull crazy pranks like Gambler did.

Twitching, Kalore growled, "Are you serious? I was leaving you in the streets until you spoke or made a sound or whatever it was that you did. This would have happened one way or another. And you're the one who got me in here, remember?" Oh dear...It looked like they were going back to being enemies. And that wasn't a good thing. Not in the dark. Flashes of Kalore's past went before him. Monty almost has the same outline as his father...His eyes were wide as that scene went through him.
Head to the side, Rave had a soft smile on his face. "I see...Well thank you for showing me this..." He didn't move Gambler's hand but actually moved it to where it was in his hand. "If I do turn this dark...It would be by accident...But what would happen?"

Monty rolled his eyes in the dark. "As if I would drag you anywhere I go, elf. It was you who asked if I was going to either stay and get runned over or go up here. Well you should have let me deal with a semi than be stuck in this place. I can't even break through without hurting your ears." He said with a slight growl. This was ridiculous. They were both doing the blame game and that was just..... 'Grrrrrr!!!!'
Gambler looked up at Rave. "I have no idea. I've never met anyone who had control over shadows. Maybe it would mess both together and make grey or something." She looked down at the wisps of light, swirling around their hands all warm and soothing.

"Or maybe it'll make a big giant boom..." Shadows and light weren't things to experiment with. Magic in general wasn't something that you wanted to do that with. Bad things could happen, and seeing as neither one of them knew what would happen, Rave didn't want to risk it. But, at the moment, he was at peace with Gambler's hands in his and the night sky above him. A smile broke through his facade as the shadows pushed Gambler's chair near him. "So that's what they were doing..." Rave wasn't controlling them, but they were doing what they believed was best.
Kalore growled, "Oh come on! I'm getting growled at for trying to be considerate? Fine, the next time your sorry a** is on the ground, I'll remember to kick you so you don't get up." This was getting ridiculous. Neither of them had the patience for each other. Just kiss and make up. Eyes wide, Kalore groaned and slapped his forehead. "Damnitt." Speaking in elvish, he continued muttering to himself. "There's nothing to make up."

Gambler looked at him with a smile. "If it did that then we both would be walking rainbows and glitter." She teased. "I don't think it will do anything bad. I think that if it did, the whatever makes them what they are had to be at odds and right now they seem to be in some form of harmony. Then again, I'm not a chemist." She said looking at how nice their hands looked together.
Monty turned to look at the wall. "The next time you call me a p***k, I'll rip your tongue out in front of your brethren and the others." He growled and counted to a hundred.

Rave looked a little shocked, "If we leave it won't be because we can't tolerate someone. There has only been one person so far that I can't tolerate..." Lech. That man pissed Rave off with his lack of respect and lack of consideration. Plus, he was after Gambler and while doing that he flirted with Dusk. That was just disgusting... The only thing was, Rave wished that he could say that they wouldn't leave, but he didn't know yet. If they did leave it ould be because of him and him alone.
"Oh will you shut it! I wouldn't touch Gambler because Rave would kill me before you could get the chance. Second, she hasn't done s**t to me. Now, I know what respect is, but so far you've done s**t to get it, Demon." The elf's eyes were shining, the green becoming more vivid and scary. He was really starting to want to kill this guy, "And just because you know a little history doesn't mean s**t."

Monty sat up and braced his back against the wall to glare daggers at the barely visable Kalore. "It does mean a whole lot if me or anyone knows your history. It's your history and no matter how good or bad it was that honor and respect should be given. Even if I don't like you or vice versa, it's something that should never be repeated unless you want it to be." He crossed his arms over his chest and looked into the darkness. Instead of commenting about his boss he shutted up because he didn't have anything else to say until Kalore gave him reason too. The cell phone went off again and in the dim light he could see the name from the I.D caller. 'Lech.'
Gambler tilted her head to the side. "Who?" She couldn't think of anyone that she knew that he might not tolerate. Of course she wasn't thinking about her allies, only her little group and those that she knew threw Kyoshi. Maybe her? 'That would really suck.' She thought miserably but didn't show it or anything.
