Hp: 1210 | Cp: 3127/3250 | MHp: 1200 Theme Song: Jeff Victor - Dance of the Dumfrieshire Dwarves-70 Cp from earlier shield Jutsu
Taiju waste his words: those blessed with the kekkai had absolute command of it. And the dangerous kick never struck the offending boy [Judas]: Haru saw the Uchiha move to intercept, and so before the wood rose too tall, he dismissed his Mokouton, so the Uchiha would not be hindered.
The burning look Haru returned with equal intensity, indignant, and by no manner did the Chuunin's words hinder what he was going to say. "Save your words, Taiju." Said the boy, scornful. It was no mystery that among the Senju clan, Haru had been trained for defense, and his style was more for delaying or detaining, due to his youth and frail body. However...that did not change the boy's courage, or his indignant anger. Fear did not run in his veins: a Senju nurtured by Konoha's ancient Will, through and through.
"All you do, is seek to fight. It wouldn't hurt to remember we shinobi are still human beings, not barbarians." He snapped in return. "Also, I'm not stupid, you know. I know very well it was you who sent the Genin candidates to our estate. They would not have dared otherwise - but how dare you, with Senju Amerikatsugi's decree!" He accused with just as burning words, seething, the rest had come out almost as a soft hiss. "The head of family...how he treats the cadet branch is enough proof! (A/N: Insinuating that Zephyr's grandfather dislikes/condescending of the lowly people of Konoha with the other nobles, it was mere toleration.) These three might've lost their lives - and you very well know that!"
-3 Cp for Byakugan
However, it was not just Kiyoshi: Yokou too, in a swift motion, while Kiyoshi stood there, arm extended diagonally up from having taken the force of the blow, Yokou with deadly speed had appeared beside Judas: darkly midnight-blue hair flying in the wind and the flowing sleeves of her dark yukata following the crouching motion as she landed gently and what Judas would notice was delicate fingers at one particular point on his arm. When the sleeve of the boy would be slid back - Yokou doing so - revealed blackened dots and when she looked up, her eyes no longer veiled by the shadows of her bangs, it became certain.
Byakugan beated powerfully around her eyes. The gentle prods she had given Judas on the arm which held the knife - too swift for the boy's own eyes to catch - though they did not physically hurt at all, the boy would realize the effect soon enough. True, she dulled the chakra needles enough so she did not destroy his system without intending it, however he would realize his arm trembled with weakness when he attempted to move it.
It would heal in time, but for now, he would be incapable of wielding the dagger. And then, her other hand - her free right - slapped the dagger out of the child's hands, sending the gleaming weapon flying into the air, and seized the boy's opposing wrist [the arm she did not attack] with that same hand. The expression in her eyes was cold, Byakugan never fading, as she glared. "Look. I do not prefer to threaten children. However, if you do not understand what it really means to wield a weapon, to kill, or the reason so, don't you dare hold someone I care about at dagger point [threaten] again."
Her grip tightened, but before loosening, she had a few more words.
"You think you have seen death? If what you believe you saw was hell - do you even know the meaning of true hell? Seeing nothing like such...no, boy, the fact is not that you raised your arm against Konoha [the Hokage]. No...I will not forgive just so next time, and even if you are a child, for raising your weapon against someone I care for, I will cut you down. And that, boy-..." Her voice was a soft hiss now. "...is no threat, but a promise."
She let go, but her black hair framing her face ominously in the wind.
"I hope we are at an understanding."
"Excuse me." Spoke up Zephyr. "Case you were wondering, I ordered Haru to allow the "robbery". See, Genin Exam requisite or not, Tairu-kun was doing a wonderful favor." He looked at Taiju with disinterested eyes, deadpanning. "Though times really did change, for Academy teachers to be proving their intrinsic value over Students, candidates or not. See, in my day, it was the Jounin instructor who received the such honor [of beating the crap out of the kids during the bell test/variation]."
Sighing, Zephyr looked to Yokou. "Really...where is Tou's chicken when you need her..." It was a rude way to refer to the phoenix Kousei but still. "Yokou, drop it. Why are you so angry anyways?" He raised an eyebrow, unconcerned. "Besides. Shouldn't you be used to such things now?" He was referring to the political play and assassination attempts...there was a reason why Senju Zephyr carried a silver spoon in his pocket and claims he needed it to drink any liquid offered by suspicious persons.
Zephyr huffed. "Though it's a shame he doesn't appreciate TRUE art~"
Cheerful as always and going on about his wooden image again.Rank: Hokage | Position: Head of Clan, Senju Royal Family Title: White Tiger of KonohaThe old man is dead now...why do I still live his promise...? Saito's beautiful emerald green eyes widened. Goodness. The Uchiha's speed was remarkable. He was smaller than Taiju, but he was easily able to stop him and push him back. He was able to intercept the senju before even the prison was able to! Truly, Kiyoshi was a genius of his craft. No wonder-- he was an ANBU captain at 15.
His father told him such things. That's what ninja fathers did. They spoke about their experiences. He loved that. He had gained so much knowledge through his father's career. The Uchiha were very versatile. His father would often joke about he wants a Sharingan to learn how his wife would cook so well. Ah~ Father alas was corny, but he was wise and loving. Saito winced, his attention suddenly turning to Judas. That boy just attacked his sensei-- nay, the Hokage.
Saito closed his eyes, thinking. He was pretty sure that was bracketed under treason and attempted assassination. The boy didn't seem to be some sort of advanced ninja. He seemed rather disturbed. Saito walked closer to Yokou. She was the guardian~ Not looking good for the boy.
With a blink, Saito walked closer.

JudasHp:49/50 | Cp:15/15 | Mhp:50/50 | DB10 Theme Dear You
Judas was confused… He Was scared, He could feel the world around him changing as if it was a huge river that he was forced to go under. The people constantly shifting, each demon forming a different appearance and yelling back and forth at one another. Maybe these demons had personalities.. Or maybe he was in some sort of trap. These.. These could not be demons if they were helping him out, trying to protect him.. But they could also be trying to trick him.. They could be luring him into a false hope..
His eyes quickly looking down at his wrist as he felt something numb, his arm was now missing from him. He couldn’t move it, he couldn’t see it. It was gone.. His arm was GONE!! The knife upon the ground as he quickly looked up searching for the object. But it was all hallucinations brought on through trauma.
“What the… You damn… Why… Why…”
He then heard the females voice speak to him.. His eyes widening as he turned to watch her slowly glide away.. His voice rising in insult to her words.. And his left hand still free..
“I may be slow and I may be weak.. The diamond never ever has to speak.. I know the truth of fire and blood.. Feeling ashes spread across my face with lust..”
He slowly turned away.. Looking down softly whispering..
“I’m sorry…. I’m sorry…. I’m sorry.. I’m sorry…”
His body slowly moving toward the shadows of the meadows, only to collapse upon the gorund in mental confusion.. Unable to comprehend anything feeling himself lose conciousness.

Taiju Senju Lvl. 20 Hp: 460/460 Cp: 150/150 MHp: 300/300 DB: 19 Of course the Uchiha had to get involved. Just like always he was an annoying thorn in Taiju's side. But he was also glaring daggers at the moment, and Yokou seemed to have the psycho under control. "Haru, the fact that people can't see the estate without the fear of being killed is sign enough of the times. A man could be killed walking down the streets these days. I would know, since until yesterday I was in charge of keeping the peace. I don't see a 'noble' such as you doing anything to help the people. I don't give a damm what anyone's decree says, I only listen to the people of Konoha. But you don't seem to either, because otherwise you would have followed it to the letter, but instead you let them go. Two of the three were tested by me already, and they both passed. Don't tell me how to live my life, and I won't bother your precious existence."He looked over at Yokou, admiring her grace and beauty. She was definitely strong, and definitely a person to look up to in Taiju's eyes. But she was in love with her father, the infamous Zephyr. Damm him, for adopting every child he took a liking too. "Well Hokage, I am aware of the destroying the statue part, the fake one that was made out of stone is around your feet. I fought Tairu because he wanted to make up a mistake, and Rhaim because I wanted to teach him that he is indeed strong. It's not like I asked for this job. It was given to me by the elders of Konoha for some strange reason. I apologize for any chaos I have caused, but if you wish the gold statue destroyed, I will more than willingly do it."Taiju walked a few steps away and looked over his shoulder back at the group. "It's not like I asked for any of this you know. I never wanted to be part of these exams, it was chosen for me after I was fired. If I was slightly more irrational, I’d say the Senju had something to do with it. I didn't ask for trouble, but you seem to love bringing it to me like always Haru."As usual, people looked down on Taiju. Not like anyone cared why he did what he did. To everyone else he was nothing more than a piece of dirt to be swept away by their self-proclaimed superiority. Taiju wouldn't have any of that. If they wanted to be superior, they could kill him and say they were.

There was a quiet concern in the Fujiko's eyes as she looked over Rhiam. He seemed as confused as she was but he had actually been present. She needed to know what was going on, it was quite difficult following the actions of higher level ninja in apparently political situations that she had no hope of comprehending. Perhaps if she was a native to the country she might understand what in the name of the spirits was happening. Though Tenma came to the obvious conclusion that this was a conflict far above her head she was determined to follow the action as best she could.
Letting go of Rhiam's arm, though still staying low to the ground with him, her eyes scanned the scene all the more. It was diffiuclt to trace the quick actions and the sharp tongues. Then there was the swift attacks, blocks, dehabilitatings - all of the action in such a brief flash of pure physical prowess. It caught the child's breath in her chest as she realized this was what she was working to become. A new sense of motivation and drive built inside of her as she tried without success to follow the raging beauty of a true shinobi.

( the following post takes place in a different time frame. While arzya is doing the henge training ) ( oops forgot i couldnt roll. will use it in the next post ) Kuroi after failing felt the world around him spin for a while. His eyers were heavy and his body felt weak once again. Slowly, well not really, he plopped onto the floor. He tried staying awake but couldn't. Every time he blinked his eyelids stayed closed a bit longer. After a while the world finally faded away being replaced by a calm darkness. His breathing got slower and quieter. If one didn't look close enough they wouldn't have been able to see his rib cage move up and down with each breath. What did this young wolf dream of? Well nothing much really. Many things ran through his mind as he slept. Food was one thing a probably what popped up most often. But Aryza's face appeared every so often. Everything else would be too confusing and/or weird for a human to understand. Henge no Jutsu: The Students will each obtain a small pebble. Roll 1d20. ( the following post takes place in a different time frame. While arzya is doing the henge training ) 11-2= 9 failure The cubs ears twitched. He was wakign up and the first sign of it was the fact that the sounds around him were now louder. he hadn't heard anything while sleeping but now it was all coming back. Slowly he opened one eye then closed it again. Afterwards he opened both. Calmly he got back on his paws and yawned. Then he stretched as well. Putting his front paws further in front of him he bent down in a manner that the front of his body was closer to the ground while the back was up in the air. It was the perfect way of stretching his little back. Now that he had gotten that over with the little cub decided to try and give the Henge or as he called it, trick, another got. Staring at the pebble he concentrated with all his might in turnign into it. The stirring sensation happened again but this time it didn't scare him. He could feel something else happen but just before the feelign finished something shinny caught his attention. OhhhhhTurning his head the cub looked to see what it was. Has he did so. The sensation left him and he once again had failed. Henge no Jutsu: The Students will each obtain a small pebble. Roll 1d20. Hyuuga TairuHp: 60/60 l Cp: 45/45 l MHp: 55/55 l DB: 16 Theme: Main Theme The antics of the adults was growing quite tiresome. Tairu already knew that Taiju was stubborn like a mountain and listened about as well as a deaf rabbit, apparently Yokou was quick to anger, and apparently the Hokage had a flair for the dramatic. All of these personalities were then thrown into a pot, stirred with a big spoon and thrown onto the situation like those weirdos who participant in that cult trend known as abstract art. (Note: Tairu has begun to receive lessons in art and has a biased view) Even with his extreme level of patience it was wearing thin, especially because of the other child who screamed on and on about demons, what the heck was he talking about? The loon. This whole situation was crazy and when it really came down to it, the issue was a difference in ideas. Everyone liked to Teach in their own way and now it was causing an unpleasant situation for the young academy student who really just wanted to rest since he had essentially been training to become a ninja and participating in the Genin Exams for nearly twelve hours straight. It was then, out of the darkness, that Tairu heard something that confirmed an earlier suspicion. Two of the three were tested by me already, and they both passed.Wait, two were tested .... two fought Taiju .... two have passed..... wait... that means.... I passed, I really passed!Tairu thought happily though he held inside for fear of an irrational attack on his being. Genin Exams

Hp: 1210 | Cp: 3127/3250 | MHp: 1200 Theme Song: Echoing a Voice, from a Past Left Behind [Higurashi - Dear You, version from Thanks]Tell me your story, boy.
It was a commanding voice from a world long ago, a man with the proud eyes of Hyuuga, eyes he wanted to flee from. A voice that would have normally been forgotten now, or been lost to time...but he remembered, every nuance in that tone, the Juudaime's carefree demeanor, back when they had first met, in the village of Oto. If he could've helped it...he would have preferred that he had not faced the man again, the second time, on opposite lines... But can it be helped? Fate worked in strange ways.
Don't just complain of pain, or your injustice...
He didn't believe in such things as Senju Kannon, or gods and goddesses, but he did believe there was a greater force, something, that always led the way and wove the red strings connecting all people. Some a bit stained darker, mockingly like blood, and blood indeed in a way, the prize paid for a treasured bond, that could destroy the very soul and fling one from the gates of the highest heavens into flames and darkness.
Talk.
The others did not see him move, as he had done so swiftly, dark hair flowing with the gentle, dying spring breeze...dying? No, it was giving away to summer, a different kind of life, but also a life to be treasured. Bare feet gently touched the ground as appearing before the falling boy, crouched like Yokou was, but no hostility, he caught the boy. The little body of a child, small, frail and cold, but his own warm hands placed a palm against the boy's cool forehead.
...and Rasen approached, taking small steps through the destroyed halls of the laboratory, calm, confident, despite deadly Mokuton roots threatening to kill him if he stepped any closer. And to the mad child who watched the Hyuuga with wild eyes, tears pouring down his cheeks - why, why, why...for the intruder to be that same kindly man! The afternoon of that day remained strongly in his mind...alone, told to wait by the scientist he accompanied...but he hadn't cared. His first time to see the world beyond the lab...nor did the passing shades of Oto care.
But that man, he stopped, and asked the child where was his mother. The boy was confused: mother? What's that? Knowing not how to answer, he had merely shaken his head. And yet, instead of leaving, Rasen simply stayed with him. Two on the wooden bench in the village park, and then, Rasen took him by the arm, and led him to a stand.
"Did you ever try popsicles...?"
...
And now...
And now...
It became hard to press his limit, cursed thing it was, against that person. Small shoulders trembled, the laboratory staff member behind him yelling for him to kill the intruder. And, instead...the puppet struggled against his chains.
"No..." He had whispered. "YOU die!"
Rasen had comforted him afterwards, pitying the child. Barely old enough to know of the world, yet already had his innocence stained...
The world is death to those who do not speak. That man had said. If you would sit there rather and cry, there is no one to pity you. A gentle palm placed against his forehead, brushing damp dark locks away from the boy's forehead, and then, and then... But if you go on...
...you will catch the sky in your arms, and comrades, dearest ones, to pull you up when you fall.
Catch...
Falling...
But because you can cry...that, too, is a kindness.
To be caught.
Who then, to catch this child, when he falls?
They didn't give you a name, right? What of Zephyr, then? For the living breeze that wanders through frozen fields, and awakens the sleeping Earth from her slumber...
Rasen had taken the child up, in his arms, as if the boy really, truly, was his own.
...it's all right. Just a nightmare, this...like the west wind of spring, these, too, will come to pass...and one day...
"I will call you Zephyr, and you will be as free as the wind."
The promise the Hyuuga lord had made to a broken child. Even fallen angels can be forgiven...right?
...
"It's all right." He said, as a soft, gentle smile crossed his lips...not the mocking smiles, or annoyingly petulant childish moments...but a tender kindness...because he knew what it was like to be broken.
Haru never had a chance to speak, because, Zephyr answered to Taiju himself. Brushing aside the statue's topic, because it was not the important thing at hand...no, rather, what was-...
"Change does not come in the cycle of a generation. There are those who live clinging to their opinions, as you too pride in, for the very same reason that 'no other command their life', so they too assume the same. To change the roots, so...it is at the seed which it begins. ...it starts with each and every person." He looked evenly, in Haru's way. "Each to what they can do...and each to contribute what they can. True..." Continued on Zephyr, quietly.
"No one tells you what to do with your life. That is all gratuitous. However, it comes not to looking on just one's own opinions of the ways of the world. It becomes too depressing, a lonely existence, like the pebble in the vast ocean...why so anyways? We share the earth. So what you choose, is your own decision, yes. But we too learn from each other." He looked at Taiju evenly.
"A one man nation, is no nation."
Taiju's feelings were certainly not pertaining just to him alone.
"The people of Konoha are all my family."
He looked to Yokou here. "I will not watch those inflict harm."
To this, he closed his eyes here, and a cold bead of sweat - not from fear, but it was greatly troubling to convey his feelings into words - and he said too to her: "You, Yokou, are still one of my dearest people. However..."
And he cradled the boy [Judas] in his arm closer.
"This child, is precious, too..."Rank: Hokage | Position: Head of Clan, Senju Royal Family Title: White Tiger of KonohaThe old man is dead now...why do I still live his promise...? But he loved this village. I think I do, too. Senju Shinrei & ▬ ▬ ▬ ▬ ▬ ▬ ▬ K o n o h a g a k u r e : ▬ ▬ ▬ ▬ ▬ ▬ ▬ §

Arzya felt a bit relieved knowing that the Uchiha was letting her go. There were many things she wanted to get done. Smiling at him she grabbed Kuroi and made her way out of the training grounds. Where would she head to know? She wanted to stay in the meadows but there were so many people nearby that if she tried training there it would distract her a lot. She didn't want to go back to the academy just yet. She didn't want to face Yarotai's wrath though somehow she doubted it couldn't be worse then what she had seen Taiju do to Tairu and Rhaim. Yarotai was a bit more calm, at least it seemed like it.
Going to the Inuzuki compound was out of the question. The girl would only get scolded for not being at the Academy. Where was there a quiet place near by?
"Ahhh I know Kuroi! We can go to the forest!"
That was the perfect place and it was nearby. Well it did surround all of Konoha so of course it was nearby nearly everything. Having made her decision the girl began to ran. The sooner she made it to the forest the sooner she could resume her training.

 Kiýøshî Uchiha
"The Crimson Wolf of Konoha" CP: 770 HP: 638 MHp: 1000 Rank: Jounin Sensei Profile: Here
__________
Kiyoshi's hands slowly moved to his pockets, as Zephyr began to speak. He slowly turned, walking a bit closer. He now stood beside Yokou as the man truly speaked with appeal. He could see why the council made such a man Hokage.
He'd heard stories about Zephyr never aging, they were side conversations to pass the time time during his ANBU days. He'd never given it any thought, but he could see such a curse. Zephyr seemed to handle it well, but he was truly speaking from experience at the moment. Kiyoshi closed his eyes, looking down.
There was a reason he chose to defend the child. Zephyr wouldn't condone Taiju's method. Yes, the boy attacked the kage, but honestly, the boy wasn't going to do anything serious. By his words, he was mentally unstable.
From his words.. Zephyr must've suffered something similar.
He'd never seen the boy before, but he had long hair, and erratic facial expression. He seemed to be stuck in a shocked state. He had suffered in the last few days? Meaningless assumptions. Kiyoshi shifted his weight to one foot, his eyes opening half-way, the Sharingan still turning...

JudasHp:49/50 | Cp:15/15 | Mhp:50/50 | DB10 Theme Dear You
The voices that were around him were filling his head slowly, he couldn’t possibly comprehend what was going on but he knew people were moving around him. IT was causing his heart to throb faster, he was going to die here.. And now… The demons were going to feast upon his flesh as he laid there weak and helpless. His eyes slowly opened as he watched a single blade of grass… Rise and grow taller. A small face coming across the emerald blade before it brought it’s head down upon him and began feasting upon him.
His mind leaving the grasp of his body, and his eyes watching down upon himself like an out of body experience. The crimson flow of rivers soon spreading across the plain of his body, before creating a lake of blood beneath his body. The pool of blood soon erupting into a great spear right through his chest, in which termites began spreading from the tip, moving down to his body and digging small tunnels through his body.
precious…
He heard the words spoke softly, slowly feeling the world he was dissolved in dissipate into the nothingness of his mind. His eyes splitting open as he regained consciousness within the arms of someone… Who had long beautiful flowing hair, that seemed to be almost angelic. It must be…
”mom…..” He spoke softly wrapping his arms around the neck of Zephyr. His head pressing softly against his shoulder, nuzzling his cheek against it attempting to catch the scent of his mother.. But she was an angel, she wouldn’t have one but instead he smelled trees.. And sugar… ”I’m sorry…. I’m sorry… I’m sorry… It’s my fault…. I deserve to burn…. I’m sorry..” The words ‘I’m sorry…’ repeating over and over like a soft background noise. His eyes drifting away as he fell asleep within the arms of the angel.

cp +1 [enter forest] Aryza Inuzuka Cp:1/4 Aryza sighed as she entered the meadows again. She didn't want to go back to the Academy but she had to now. The girl had tried understanding the last lesson but she just couldn't figure it out. As much as she didn't want to she knew she had to so she got her things grabbed Kuroi and walked back to the meadows. Once reaching the meadows she wondered down the paths enjoying the view and scenery. After a while she can across the clearing she had been at just moments before. She went around it though not wanting to disturb the amount of people there. There were so many of them it looked like some sort of reunion but she knew better. The girl believed it had to do with the genin exams. After all the three students there were taking them. What other reason would the adults be there for? Normally she would've stayed to observe and feed her curiosity but she really wanted to finish the lessons. Maybe if she finished them quickly she could come back and they would still all be here.[exit senju temple (estate ) ]
