After HOW MANY TIMES I tried to find one in Viridian Forest, and I even had a Modest Kecleon in my party that Tentae lent me...
At least, I think it was Tentae.

Anyway, my DS is utterly devoid of juice, so you might have to hold onto her for a little bit.

But then I'd have to make my way to Goldenrod again. So I couldn't breed right away.
BUT if I didn't, I wouldn't be the OT of my own team, and that would piss me off. I don't want ANY traded pokemon in my Gym team, including Sai's feckin' impossibly awesome Jolteon.

If I were you, I'll probably start over. But that's my opinion, maybe if it's possible that I breed your Pikachu with my ditto and while Pikachu is holding the everstone and I'll be able to trade you the egg. Will that work?

That'd a really nice offer, Met - and I'm seriously tempted to take it - but my stubborn side refuses. Even if it takes me a MONTH, a YEAR, A COUPLE OF MILENNIA, I will create this entire team myself from scratch.
And my fingers will be numb from hopping around on the bike hatching so many eggs T.T
You're right though, about the game. I think what I'll do is trade you my babies, restart the game and take only my essential pokemon back; I'll use them to fight my way to Goldenrod and then trade the rest from you. That sound okay? ^.^

lol. Rol, that level isn't that hard. Just get someone who can take a hit or two, like Ogma or Draug, hell...Abel would work too. Just have them go and solo a couple ballisticians, and the red zone will go down.
Also, bring along Midia if you have her, so she can recruit Astram.
And if you have Marth talk to the Village (Best way is to Warp Staff him there) so you can recruit Beck, another ballistacian, who is packing Thunderbolts.
After that, the level is easy.
Just remember that they can't attack when you're 3 spaces in front of them, so any high movement unit should be able to solo the ballistacians.
