dont let it just sit or it will get stiff and hurt even more
if it continues to hurt use a warm rag but make sure you keep moving it
XD i went to go visit my cat and we did our oh so awsome trick in front of my grandmother
she climbs up my pants and shirt onto my shoulder and then walks off my back
3nodding it was hard teaching her what 'up' and 'down' meant

Nope! Not at all, only that my hand will feel numb for a few seconds(they only said that after I told them the pain numbed my hand)

keep moving you hand
instead of typing with both hands just type with that one.
the more you use it the faster it can spead
until it spead it will continue to hurt
it you dont use it though and let it sit there it will get stiff and hurt more and longer probably
