Sorrow about disappearing, guys, overslept yesterday and then was out most of the rest of the day. Writing the openning right now, should be up within the hour. I think your characters are all mostly set, after putting the post up I'll go over any last character details, but I think everything should be set to start RPing.

Oh, i took two skill points out of some of my skills and trained in Heal and Sense motive, is that allowed?

You can make all the changes you like to your character before the game actually starts . . . once it starts (well, I'll allow a few days after we start, because you guys are still learning) you won't be able to make changes.

Also, you don't have to use them in the order that you roll them, you can place them wherever you like.

Also, I will be giving a small amount of bonus experience points (things that make you more powerful when you get enough!) to people who have good backstories and discriptions. The more detailed, the better!
Also, you may get some if your character sheet just plain amuses me with fun to read discriptions of items and such.

darkxraevyn HI! wow i never even thought about playing D&D on Gaia! thats awesome! Can i make a char with you? My fiance plays and i have tried to learn but i keep getting a little intimidated playing with him and his friends because they have been doing it for years. I know alot about D&D i just need to get the hang of making my char. Sorry I didn't see this before! Hmm, we're just starting now, but if you can have your character finished in the next couple days, I think you could join. If not, I'm hoping to run another game before long.

Alright, I think the last thing to tell you about is gods. Some of you have been filling the space on your character sheet in, which is great that you're getting into it, however, the particular world that this takes place in has different deities than the ones listed with the other resources I've provided. Briefly, the deities of this world are:
The Sovereign Host, a pantheon of nine deities usually worshiped together. It includes:
Arawai, NG Goddess of Agriculture
Aureon, LN God of Law and Knowlege
Balinor, N God of Beasts and the Hunt
Boldrei, LG Goddess of Community and Hearth
Dol Arrah, LG Goddess of Honor and Sacrifice
Dol Dorn, CG God of Strength at Arms
Kol Korran, N God of Trade and Wealth
Olladra, NG Goddess of Feast and Good Fortune
Onatar, NG God of Artifice and the Forge
The Dark Six, who are the enemies of the Soveriegn Host in mythology. They include:
The Devourer. NE, male, represents the dark side of nature.
The Fury. CE, female, represents anger and madness.
The Keeper. NE, male, represents greed and death.
The Mockery. NE, male.
The Shadow. CE, traditionally has no gender, as the stories say it is literally the shadow of Aureon.
The Traveler. CN, traditionally both male and female.
The Blood of Vol. A creepy cult.
The Cults of the Dragon Below. More creepy cults.
The Path of Light. A LN religion without a god, they seek perfection through meditation.
The Undying Court. A bunch of undead elves that serve as living gods for their people. A lot of elves worship them, but not all -- some elves worship the spirits of dead ancestors instead, and others have started to worship the gods of the other races.
The Silver Flame. A LG religion worshiping a supernatural flame that is said to be the spirit of a long dead paladin.
In addition, there are various druid faiths, and assorted minor faiths here and there worshipped people who haven't heard the good news of one of these wonderful other faiths.
