Natsumi realized she would be working with genin who seem to not get a long well. She instantly knew that if they didn't get along and get in line, they would fail this mission. She used the body flicker to appear behind the youngest, who seemed to be a little full of himself. She flicked him on the head quite hard.
"Stop that now, or this mission will have to be given to someone else."

Shunshin no Jutsu (Body Flicker Technique)
A high-speed movement technique. It is described as 'appearing with the wind and disappearing like the wind.' Using chakra to activate the body, the user is able to move from one point to another with extreme speeds. This super-fast movement is almost impossible to see with the naked eye. To a normal person, it would seem as if the user has teleported.
Cp cost: 15 or 1 per ft
Dice Rolls: 2 Rolls
Damage: N/A
Requirements: Dexterity 20, Chakra Control 10, Ninjutsu 8
Training: 2 stages
Stage I: Dexterity DC 15 {d20 + dex mod} First of all, a ninja much be able to run fast. Get your speed up to scratch rookie!
Stage II: Chakra Control DC 20 Now practice fielding your chakra towards your leg muscles to enhance their power. If done right, you should move at an accelerated pace with minimal side effects.
Special: When rolling initiation checks or racing, or anything that involves speed, add chk mod to the dice roll. Does not nullify Stealth checks.

Also I'd abandon the character if he got changed to age 87 unless he was like sannin or a chiyo/danzo of the village. ))
Gin rubbed the back of his head and sighed. "What mission are you talking about anyway?" Gin said. He was a member of the mission but all he knew was that the bird attacked him and Rugen had taken the letter off it so he was left with nothing but a pecking bird. "I'm Gin, I wasn't informed on any mission. But if there is a mission, I'm in for it." Gin informed her. "So I'm guessing the bird was your doing then?" Gin asked.

((Restricted isn't banned dude... Restricted = only certain people get to have it.
And your character would be genin... level 7... 87 years old...
Also, there was 3 papers for the 3 genin on this mission... ********... Also the hawk doesn't peck... it's just a messenger bird.. it would just do it's job... Why do you always have to ruin s**t? WHY?

(( Yawn, ban one of the 3 people who are truely active in this guild. The most active person on gaia in this guild, just I always have to wait for you guys to RP which is kinda slow for me to do it. Also by the fact that I stayed up till 3 in the morning last night RPing with you guys -.-
Umm, you banning me won't get rid of my existance so that made no sense. Also it's a RP, I could freely do what I want. Are you wanting to just write a book by yourself or are you wanting to RP with people? ))

As the younger boy passed him, Rugen fell behind just a bit and landed on the roof with the others just as the woman began to scorn their rough housing. He stayed quiet until Gin announced that he didn't know about the mission. " Man, for someone who claims to have such speed, you sure are slow in the head. " he said in a cocky tone of voice. He let that sentence settle for a moment, but then noticed that their captain wasn't in a very pleasant mood. He finally took a deep breath and said " Ok. Maybe you don't like me, and I sure as hell don't like your attitude, but we have a mission together. It's our duty to get along, and if you're willing to work with me, then I'm more than willing to work with you. Truce? " He said loud enough for everyone to hear. " Lets get down to business then, shall we? What's the mission Natsumi-Sensei? "
Apart from the younger boy, the one who calls himself Shinzu seemed to have a very focused mindset. Rugen wasn't one to cast judgment on first impressions, but this guy sure seemed like someone Rugen was willing to follow into battle. However, this was a high pressure situation, so there was no time for idle chit-chat. He decided that the best way to become friends with this one was to follow orders and get the job done. There would be time to become more acquainted later.

Gin ignored Rugen as his hands rest in his pockets waiting for the orders. He wasn't slow, in fact he was rather intellegent for his age and in general. He wasn't shikamaru or kakashi but he sure was smartre than quite a few people. He focused on charisma and speed though and not mathemetics. He was going to go into genjutsu but math wouldn't help him with that. He rubbed his eye as he turned to Rugen. "Did you say something?" Gin said acting confused, it wasn't like he was trying to make it subtle as it was more of the kinda thing you say just to piss someone off. This was especially clear when he turned his head away from him and turned back to the captain of the mission.

Shinzu sighed, if they guys couldn't work together someone could easily get seriously hurt or even killed. "Natsumi-Sensei may we get on with the mission? We're already late and theres a dangerous and heavily armed criminal on the loose in the village right now." He said in a serious tone, ignoring the other two for the moment. Whilst he awaited the answer of thier new sensei Shinzu's hand began to stroke the Fuma Shuriken tied to his hip, he'd been waiting for a long time to use it and it seemed like his chance had come.

Rugen sighed. He wondered how anyone could act the way that this boy was and think that it was an ok thing to do. He turned away from the boy and decided that his best bet was to just stick with Shinzu. He seemed to be the most reasonable person in the group so far. " I agree. " He said approaching his squad mate. " We need to get it together and catch this guy before he can bring any more harm to the village. What is he wanted for again? " he asked, hoping that if he started to take the mission more seriously, the younger lad would follow suit.

Natsumi looked around, then looked at the genin. She singled them to follow as he leaped suddenly across the roof tops in the general direction of the last sighting of the criminal.
"We got to catch a guy who has been stealing weaponry. This is a very dangerous mission. Stay alert at all times!"
She stopped suddenly. She took out a piece of paper. It had a small description of the man and a picture, she quickly handed it to the nearest genin behind her. She then carried on to their destination.

Shinzu took the paper and looked it over, he reconized the guy! "Hey I've seen this guy around the Bloody Blade a lot recently. Follow me!" He ran off hoping the others were behind him leading them towards the bloody blade. He didn't mention he'd fought this guy before and didn't expect him to go too far too quickly. Soon they had reached the Bloody Blade and soon enough there he was in all his Giant glory. Shinzu jumped down without thinking and yelled at the Giant "Hey you! Return those weapons to the bloody blade and accept your punishment!"
Intimidate: 1d20 + Intimidate skill points + Charisma modifier. Vs Opponent’s sense motive roll.
8 + 2 + 0 = 10

 Mike naturally stopped upon being told to stop and slowly turned around. "Woah calm down man, I'm not doing anything too wrong here." Mike said as finished turning around and set his bag of weapons down. "Look boy I don't want no trouble." He said as he slowly reached into the bag. 1d20 + Sense Motive skill points + Wisdom modifier 7 + 0 + 0 = 7 Fail

(When you control Mike again, you'll need to roll an extra dice for his Awareness check. The first dice you roll will count as his Awareness roll.)
Rugen followed behind Shinzu as closely as he could. Their uniformity could have easily had been mistaken for the Anbu black ops, from a good distance of course. However, upon closing in on the target, Rugen decided he might be more useful if he stayed hidden. When Shinzu jumped from the roof to the ground, Rugen turned and ran down the side of the building. He dove to the ground when Shinzu started yelling, and inched his way to look over the edge. The angle of the roof should've been enough to keep him out the vision of the target. Looking over the edge made him more visible, but it was a risk that Rugen was going to haft to take in order to back up Shinzu effectively. Not being able to see would make him completely useless and vulnerable.

Gin walked up and smiled to his opponent. "Hey big guy, your so strong. I want to be like you when I get older. Are you a giant." Gin said with cute eyes and a cute voice of a child. He was a wonderful lier when need be and at this point Diplomacy was playing the guilt trip on the opponent. He was 8-9 (whatever) at the current time and he was adorably cute. He had blonde hair and that hat on and those puppy dog eyes. He was adorable but the truth was that he was just acting like a kid just to mess up the competition. He was quite good with charisma as he said earlier.
Formula: 1d20 + Diplomacy skill points + Charisma modifier. Vs Opponent’s sense motive roll or DC To change an NPC’s attitude.
1d20 + 8 + 4

Mike grinned at the young boy as he pulled a massive Kubikiri Houcho out of the bag. "I'm no giant child but I am a big strong man and I'm gonna show you what us big strong men can do!" Just after he said that Mike charged at Shinzu swinging the sword wildly at him, the weight of the blade seemingly barely noticable to Mike. Awareness: 1d20 + Awareness skill points + Wisdom modifier 2 + 0 + 0 = 2 Fail Sense Motive: 1d20 + Sense Motive skill points + Wisdom modifier 13 + 0 + 0 = 13 Fail Melee Attack: 1d20 + Melee attack bonus 3 + 13 = 16 (I'm gonna make a roll post in the Kiri Chatterbox since I forgot to do it earlier.)

Shinzu barely had time to react to the wildly swinging blade of the giant, and subsequently barely dodge the blade. Shinzu had jumped into the air to dodge the attack and midair he reached for his Fuma Shuriken. By the time he had landed he had it fully extended and ready to throw. Shinzu let the massive shuriken fly.
Attack Ranged: 1d20 + Ranged Attack Bonus
10 + 8 = 18
