Brayden took a glance to Kaya, hearing the falter in the prince's voice. It caused him more than a bit of worry, that certainly didn't sound normal.
'Ari... do you sense anything?'
'Hard to tell boss, there's too many people and Pokemon here, not to mention there's a couple of battles going on. I'm getting mixed stuff from every direction,' came the Gardevoir's response. Seemed her empath abilities weren't quite strong enough.
'Shall I try to keep tabs on him?' she asked.
'Ah, don't worry about it then,' Brayden reassured her, hoping it was just his paranoia.
A mewl from Cali drew his attention back to the battle. She was looking at him expectantly, waiting for the next call.
Brayden took a look at what Saturn had sent out next and smiled.
"Hey, Cali, how about sending a little Psychic energy right back at them?" Brayden asked the Umbreon, who smiled, before whirling, eager to give Saturn's Pokemon a taste of their own medicine.
The Psychic was quick to follow, as Caliga's rings flared for a moment, sending the mental blast of energy at the Toxicroak.

Brayden winced as Caliga was struck by the Extrasensory. He definitely didn't like the idea of her being attacked while she was helpless to counter.
"Come on, Cali," he urged, flailing his arms as he shouted, trying to get the attention of the snoozing Umbreon. He knew he must look like an idiot, but at this point, he was willing to try anything.
"Caaaaaaaaliiii!" he finally shouted, earning a twitch of the Umbreon's tail. Caliga blinked sleepily, looking a bit groggy as she looked to Brayden. A moment later it clicked where they were, and she leaped up, hissing at the Bronzor that had put her to sleep.
"Glad to have you back," Brayden smiled, relieved.
"Now, use another Dark Pulse on her Bronzor!" he called, motioning to Jupiter's Pokemon. Caliga was eager to comply, as she sent another blast of dark energy at the Bronzor.
