True, but then she wouldn't be able to protect herself. It's a wide world out there, and it is no less dangerous in our world than in yours. If not in some ways it is more dangerous.

And as much as I agree that taking care of animals is a wonderful thing I draw the line to having ducklings in the bathtub.

If she still does that... hm... she might.... Kara probably has a lot of pets by now.
He could see it... cats, dogs and birds.... it would be like him and books all over again only books didn't chirp or meow.

Well... she might be... or at least have a unusually long lifespan.... I never asked Luna what type of angel she was percisly, so I actually don't know.
He realized he also hadn't thought of that during his planning, but then again the man would be reborn... so it wasn't like he had to worry about his daughter being alone for the rest of... however long her race lived.

Well.... angels lifespan vary upon race and creation.... Angels generally are immortal or have a very, very long life span, in which even when they age they do so very gracefully I might add. Luna was young like me.. she was around my age, so it never occured to me to ask her how long she would live when she was alive.
Daemon explained sheepishly.
Yume and I were not overly worried about it, we knew we would evenually after a period be reborn. Kyoko was a demon her life span was going to be just as long as Kara's. There was no worries about either girl being alone.

Daemon was silent for a moment thinking about it.
As long as they've lived a good and happy life I'm fine with it.

I'm sure they're fine.... though I'd imagine Long will be in for a surprise.
He wish he could see... just a glimpse at what his work had done.

If Daemon had fingers he would be playing with them at this point.
Oh well... you see.... Long wanted to put the girls, especially Kara under his family's protection, worried about job conflicts putting the girls in danger... I once told him that if any threat did come from his family, that Kara would remain untouched... I just kind of neglected to tell him it was because there's a red thread connecting her and his son.

To the East it is believed that people are connected by a thread red you cannot normally see. It connects two people across time and space, no matter how many times these two people are reborn, no matter what form they take from one life to the next they will meet again.
Daemon then added after a pause.
Granted there are a lot of different types of threads that do this, but red is for soulmates.
