Anekio scratched the back of her head. "Well now I wish I didn't make that attempt on him. Still, the important thing right now is he's got good defense. That's what I had planned to teach after the bell test." She admitted, smiling. "Lucky Fuki didn't have to interupt. The kid looked confused enough when he figured out who I was."

"That look was priceless!" Tori said, laughing. "Now I wish I had my own team. Then again, my luck isn't as good as yours. I'll probably wind up with a bunch of brats."
After sleeping on the ground for a short while, Kei found the energy to move again. I don't think I'll be able to look Sensei in the eyes after that fight. She was probably going easy on me too. He got up off the ground and brushed himself off. Yuhi's gonna chew me out when I get home, I know it. Kei slowly made his way home, not looking forward to how his brother was going to react to this news.

((I haven't been on mucj. I'm working on a project and yesterday I had a slam I had to go to. Tinight too and then I have to work on my project somemore. That's why I have Mai-lin training on her own so that no one has to interact with her until I can get back on for longer then five minutes.))

"Doubt it. The other to probably will be like my father and Naruto-sempai." She smiled slightly, remembering hearing stories of how much they hated each other when they were Genin. "Besides, you'd probably have a better chance of getting your's to be Chunin if you taught them."

Mai-lin sighed as she and Hina walked back to the appartment. She pushed open the door and closed it with her foot when they were both in. Her hair was a mess and her sleeves were ripped. "I told you to stay still, Hina-chan. But you had to keep on fighting." She growled, sinking to the floor of the bathroom as she turned the water on. When the tub was full she placed the dog in and locked the bathroom door. "Stop fussing, I need to clean you up before we can bandage your cut." She cleaned the pup until she was whte again and then pulled her out. She drained the tub then went to drying her dog off. When Hina was dry Mai-lin grabbed some gauze and started to wrap it aroubd the dog's left front paw. "There you go, Hina-chan."

Ran had fallen asleep on the bed after finishing eating, the fan in the kitchen still going. Her head was nodded forward, and, miraculously, her body was still propped up in a sitting position. She didnt stir as Mai-Lin and Himi came in. The fan tugged at her bangs a bit, and kept the apartment a little cooler then the outside.

Mai-lin placed Himi on the bed, next to the other girl and walked into the other room. SHe turned on a light and sighed as she sat on the couch. Himi whimpered but Mai-lin sushed her before closing her own eyes and going to sleep also, enjoying the somwhat cool breeze that filled the appartment.

Tori smiled. "I guess I do have more patience than you. After all, I work with birds and they're nothing like people." When they got to a split in the road, she stopped walking. "I think I'm going to go to the tower for a while and check up on my other friends. I'll be at the club later so I'll see you later, Anekio." She then turned down the other path that lead to the tower where the birds nested when not being used.
"I'm home!" Kei called as he took his shoes off before going farther into the house. As usual, his father was gone and his brother was on the couch cleaning his weapons. "How was your mission, Yuhi-niisan?"
Yuhi shrugged. "Nothing too exciting happened. I had to take care of a few foolish people who tried to attack me while I was protecting the feudal lord, but other than that, I could have done it in my sleep."
Kei made a face. "I think you brag too much for a ninja, nii-san."
Yuhi picked a pillow up and threw it at his brother. "It's something you're picking up yourself, Otouto." he smiled at the look his brother gave him. "Anything interesting happen to you?"
"Uh, not really." Kei avoided his brothers gaze.
Yuhi stared at him for a moment before shrugging. "Whatever. I'll find out later if anything happened. You're horrible at hiding things from me so I don't know why you bother."
"I'm not!" Kei snapped back and watched as he brother got up from the couch.
He chuckled. "If you say so, Otouto. Anyway, I'll be out late tonight so don't wait up for me."
"You're going to the club again? That's the third time this week!"
"I work my a*s off on missions and I deserve time to relax and have fun. Remember this Kei, being a ninja is hard work. Never pass up an opportunity to relax while you can." With that, Yuhi disappeared out the door.

Anekio chuckled and nodded. "See you there, Tori!" She waved lightly, running off the to the outscurts of Konoha. Geez, now I have to talk to weird perverts...Grand. Anekio thought sighing softly. "Why do all the good clubs have to be out here anyway?"

Ran opened her eyes and stared blearily at the floor for a bit. Blinking, she raised her head and winced, as it was stiff from the way she had fallen asleep. The fan was still going, and it seemed Mai-lin was back because Himi was beside her on the bed. Yawning and stretching, she stood quietly and padded softly into the kitchen, throwing away the trash she neglected to do before.
Looking around, Ran glanced over at her sleeping room-mate. Feeling like she wanted to go wander around a bit, and hoping the weather might've gotten cooler during her nap, she went over to where Mai-lin's note was from before and flipped the paper over, writing a note of her own.
Shouldn't be too hard to find me. If you need me, I'll be wandering around Konoha for a bit. If you leave, please turn the fan off. Giving one last stretch, she slipped out of the apartment and began wandering, her hands in her pockets.

When Tori reached the tower, she looked up at her second home. When not off on a mission, this is most likely the place you'd find her. She opened the door and made her way up the winding stairs to the top.
"Hi guys, I'm back!" The many birds inside began chirping and whistling at the sight of their friend and trainer. "I hope everyone's been good to you while I was gone." Fuki flew in through one of the windows and landed on his perch, giving a loud screech as he did so. "I guess I better clean things up a bit. I leave you guys alone for a few days and I come back to a mess."
After cleaning up after the birds, Tori went into the room below the floor she was on. There was a hammock set up and a few other things but not much else. With a sigh, she let herself fall back into the hammock to take a short nap.

Anekio sighed. "Which one do we normally meet up at...I'm normally to drunk to remember..." She mumbled, looking at the flashing signs. "Hm...That one." She said with a nod, walking to the closest one.

Ninchein mumbled to himself as he ate some ramen "been more then a month, how come they havnt come for me" he said, he finished his ramen and walked outside wandered into Ran "hey Ran how are you?" he asked
