Gaara shook with laughter at the thought of it, but then sobered up at a thought. "You don't think Orochimaru-sensei will be coming with us tomorrow, do you? Sasuke wouldn't let Naruto do that..."

Kiba looked up. "Hey...don't I get any?" He pouted and tried to make puppy eyes at the older boy. "Pwease, Kan-kitty."

Deidara froze, and shuddered at the thought. "Ugh, I hope to god not, un. Orochimaru-sensei rapes little boys..." He held back a laugh and whined, "Hurry up, I wanna see your costume, un!"

Kankuro pretended to concider it, even though he knew he would wind up sharing. "Maybe, if you're good!" He stuck out his tongue and took the last bite of his pizza before disappearing back into the kitchen as the microwave beeped. Soon, he was walking back into the livingroom with a bowl of popcorn with a small smile on his lips. He sat next to Kiba, the popcorn in his lap as he settled down, pretending like he was going to actually eat the entire bowl of popcorn.

Kiba pouted and stared at the popcorn then at his friend. "Kan-kitty....?" Hepouted some more and held out his hand. He then got an idea. And not knowing just how bad this idea was went ahead with it. "If you give me some, I'll kiss you!"

Kankuro put a handfull of popcorn in his mouth at that comment, trying to hide his blush. What should he do? Many pleasant, and... uneasy thoughts came to mind, but... this was his chance. He swallowed his bite and looked to Kiba. "Alright..." He muttered, offering the other boy the bowl, a tinge of blush on his cheeks.

"I know...fine, fine!" Gaara smirked good-naturedly. "I'm going, I'm going."
The redhead walked into his bathroom (minus gourd cause he'd just wear that later), flicking the light on and proceeding to change into his Kazekage costume without looking at himself in the mirror. He didn't really want to know what he looked like, in case he looked bad in this and got embarrassed and...well, chickened out of this whole thing. He blushed at the thought. But soon enough he was finished and timidly stuck his head out of the bathroom.
"Promise you won't laugh?" He asked shyly before stepping out into the light.

((Ish going to be a very dead Kaji tomorrow. So if I never get on again, I am most likely dead cause Dark killed me.))
Kiba blinked. He hadn't thought that would work at all. He shurgged and grabbed some popcorn, shoving it into his mouth. When he was done with the mouthful the teen leaned over and quickly kissed Kankuro on the lips, a blush forming on his face as he pulled away.

Kankuro remained where he was for a moment, the blush on his cheeks darkening a bit. He went back to leaning his back against the couch and watching the movie, though, he left the popcorn bowl in the middle, between he and Kiba. A small smile was on his lips as he wondered how Kiba got his lips to be so soft...
((Gotta go for a bit... might be on later, definately will be on tomorrow!))

Deidara blinked. "Sugoi, un.." he mumbled. "You look just like from the manga, un..." A slight blush trailing over his nose, the blonde looked down. In his costume, the redhead really did look just like the Kazekage Gaara, even holding the same aura of strength and nobility. Shaking his head, he quickly passed Gaara the gourd. "Strap it on, un! It complete's the image!"

Kiba smiled happily to himself and started to eat some popcorn. He had pulled his hand ful away for the 5th time when he stopped and looked at the food in his hand. he frowned and put it back in the bowl, before going back to watching the movie.

Naruto sighed, kicking the door shut behind him. Today was one hell of a day. Tossing his bookbag into a corner--forget homework, who does homework on the day before Halloween anyway?--and trudged into his bedroom to change into a pair of comfortable pants before prancing around half-naked in the living room, a needle and thread in one hand, a piece of orange fabric in the other.
The truth was, he never learned how to sew. Rolling his eyes, he threw himself onto the couch behind him, instruction book in hand. Feeling like a girl, he stringed the needle, poking it through the fabric to see if it worked. When he had confirmed that yes, indeed, this was how to sew, he began, piecing a black piece of cloth and an orange one together. For the next hour, he repeated this task, yawning from bordom. This would probably take him all night...
He squeezed his eyes shut, blinking the sleep out of them. Without thinking, he poked the needle through once again, meeting his finger on the other side.
Oh, s**t! He dropped the cloth he was working with, sticking his index finger into his mouth. He looked down with a pouty glance, dismayed at the now red-stained orange. Unless he could get the blood out of the fabric before tomorrow, his costume was ruined.
He decided to give up, leaving his work lying on the ground--needles and all. Walking towards his kitchen, he wondered what there was to eat. He didn't even bother to check the fridge with its missing contents, rather choosing to skip right over to the ramen. Realizing there was one packet left, he made a mental note to himself to stop at the store tomorrow. Or ask for ramen while trick-or-treating; he doubt it would work.
As he waited for the water to cook, he glanced back at the half-finished shirt sitting on the ground. He walked over, scowl on his face. The shirt seemed to glare back. He snatched the needle off of the ground, holding it like a kunai. No, he will persist! For the good of everyone, and his friends, who were also making their costumes! For the sake of friendship, he would not let them down! Yosh!
Not realizing how much he'd sounded like Lee just then, he attacked the shirt.

Gaara looked up to see a faint blush passing over Deidara's face and wondered what it meant as he put on the gourd. "Do I really look like Gaara from the manga?" he asked unsurely. "And is that a good thing? Because I don't really want to be a former crazy and psychotic killer turned Kazekage...I'm just content being me, living my little life."
Temari walked up the stairs lightly, humming some random tune. Dinner was ready and she wanted to tell Gaara and his friend to come down. She opened his door without knocking, just to stop and stare. Gaara was...-squeal!-
"You're so cute! Being all dressed up for Halloween and stuff!" Temari ran in, crushing her surprised little brother in a fierce hug. "I love your costume!"
After a moment, she let go, seeming to realize her original purpose. "Oh, and dinner's ready. Come down after you change, and I guess Deidara-chan can come down now."
She skipped out of the door again, leaving a disbelieving Gaara whispering, "Cute?"

Deidara snickered under his breath. "Maybe it's a sister thing, un? I wouldn't know..." Smirking, he wrapped his arms around the smaller boy from behind. "But the costume really does look good, un. Just like him. Which means, of course, that I get to kidnap you, un!" Smiling innocently, he followed Temari downstairs. "I'll see you down here in a few minutes then, Gaara-chan, un!"

Shino bit his lip. He was glad it was dark in the room now. He stared fixedly at the television screen. He watched it so hard, nothing processed through his mind. Only what had just occurred right in front of him. A drop of blood beaded his lip due to the very hard clamping down on it to prevent himself from doing something he knew he would regret. The pain that shot through his lips when his tooth nearly went through it caused him to stop chewing on it. He now sucked on his own lip, trying to stop the bleeding without having to leave the room. Tears welled up in his eyes. Shino let his head drop to the cough cushion. Kiba's head was in his line of vision, but, it wasn't like it mattered anymore. It felt like his world was crashing down on him, like he was being crushed by the sheer weight of one tiny thing.
Shino shifted and stared at the light that the t.v. had reflected. He stared at the wall next to the television and let a couple of tears slide down his face. He knew if he spoke now his voice would crack. It was best to just be invisible. He had gotten so good at that. He would be invisible for the rest of his life. It's not like it mattered. The image just wouldn't go away. Shino finally blinked, which allowed the tears more moisture to form and fall. For once, he was glad he was a silent crier.
