Sin giggled as the two separated, apparently, Sanar's personality wrote her off as a kleptyomaniac most of the time. Still, it was amusing. She smiled, and raised a hand. "Gael, you need to tell Sanar you're sorry for hitting her."

Gael paused, before taking the pages from Sanar. Why did she have to say sorry to Sanar when she had been the one who had done the bad thing in the first place? It didn't make any sense to her, and she fumed as she tried to get the pages to lay back in the book they way that they had originally been there.

What was Sin going to do, yell at her? Gael pouted. She'd done nothing wrong and yet Sin was acting as though she was the villian. She was quite put out.

"Gael." Sin's voice took on a steely edge that rarely demanded use. "Say you're sorry. NOW."

"'mslory."

Sanar looked at the book whistfully, sad that it was apparently not meant to be.

Oh well.

Putting her bag back over her shoulder she regarded Gael for a moment before darting forward, tagging the girl on the shoulder and shouting "tag!" another simple word she understood, then darted away.

Chao gently shook her head at Sanar's apparent solution to their strife. Still, better playing tag than beating eachother up, hopefully Gael would accept Sanar's invatation.

Gael sood there for a minute, watching as Sanar darted away. What was she supposed to do? She assumed, from the way that Sanar was fleeing from her that she was supposed to chase her, but that seemed like an awful lot of work with little reward on the other side.

She moved slowly towards Sanar, not really letting on that she was moving too much, before, at the last possable second, she lunged forward and touched Sanar's back. "Tag back!" She shrieked happily, the previous incident with the books completely forgotten in her mind.

Sin watched as Gael's mood changed from dark and stormy to light and airy. "Wow," She comment to Chao, "Your little 'un there seems to have a real knack with not having people stay mad at her."

Sanar gasped as Gael tagged her back and quickly flicked around, nearly skidding on the flooring before finding her feet again and darting after the other Aerandir.

Jogging at first then, with a burst of speed, she caught the other girl's fingertips, "taa~ag!" she cheered and darted away again. Laughing gleefully, oh how she loved running!

"Believe me, I know," Chao replied with a laugh and a nod.

"Oh hey, Sin? Would you mind maybe teaching Sanar some basic knitting stuff? I'm crap at it and if she had something to keep her hands occupied maybe she'd be less inclined to tear apart my clothing."

Gael paused, fingers just barely touching her back, before springing into action again, this time heading for a more head on attack. She lunged forward, and missed. But that didn't stop her from turning around and trying again.

Sin nodded, "I can knit, but you have to not hold it against me if she becomes obsessed... knitting tends to do that." Sin smiled, thinking of her own knitting tendencies. All of which were slightly less-than-normal.

Sanar squeakclicked and attempted to avoid Gael's lunging hand and duck to the side at the same time. It resulted in her tripping over her own hooves and falling onto the other girl.

"Obsessive knitting tendancies are faaar more favorable than Sanar attempting to turn to a life a crime from my point of view," Chao replied with a warm smile.

Sin raised an eyebrow, but choose not to comment on Sanar's life of crime, she'd known enough of those types to realize very early on that it's best to be avoided. She nodded, "Right, knitting it is, when do you want to do it?"

It's always better to ask before just making a plan, because more often than not, you're messing with people's lives anyway.

Gael blinked, unaccustomed to the weight of ... someone else on top of her. What was wrong here? She was usually the one on top, and this was a direct violation of the way that things should be done. Fuming, she tried to push Sanar off of her.

Chao shrugged absently, "any time really." It wasn't like she had school and such to worry about here.

Sanar, for her part, was quite happy the way things had turned out. Gael had proved to be a fine cushion for the fall.

As the other girl attempted to push her off Sanar tilted her head and "Oh"ed. It was another game! Like the one she played with Loki and Rein.

Giggling she mock growled, or tried to, it came out like a low rumble and flapped her wings, trying to maintain her posistion on top.

Sin nodded, "Well then, I'll just have to drop by some time."

Gael struggled vainly to pull herself up from the floor, pondering the wisdom of socking Sanar in the head to get herself up and moving again. She supposed that it was a decent idea, but at the same time, she didn't really know - would Sanar like being punched in the head as much as Gael liked being squished?

Pulling her fist back, she decided to find out.

Chao smiled, glad Sin was up for it.

Sanar yelped sharply as Gael's fist struck her in the cheek, falling backwards off the other girl. For a moment she just gaped at Gael from the floor, ears flicking and hand pressed to her cheek. That wasn't how the game went.

Sniffling, tears pricking at her eyes Sanar swiftly got to her feet and fled away from the girl and back to the room where Sin and Chao were, calling back "bad game!"

Chao blinked as a tearful Sanar was suddenly at her feet. "San? Honey, what's wrong?" she knelt down, loosening Sanar's hold on her pants and scooping the girl into her arms. Noticing the bright red mark on the Aerandir's cheek she gently brushed it, provoking a "don't!" from Sanar as the girl buried her head in her mother's neck.

"Sanar? What happened?" she looked over to Sin then around to see where Gael was. Had the two been fighting again?!

Sin blinked as Sanar came towards them, what had happened? She sighed, most likely, Gael had given up on the more traditional aproaches to the tag game that Sanar had started. She looked to where Gael was picking herself up off the floor. The child looked as confused with Sanar's reaction as Sin felt. What did Gael do?

Sin moved away from Chao and Sanar to get closer to Gael, who looked more and more confused as to Sanar's reaction as she moved towards Sin herself.

"Gael what did you do?" Sin asked, loud enough that Chao would hear as well, a quick glance drawing in the large red mark on Sanar's cheek.

Gael blinked, suprised at Sanar's reaction, she hadn't even hit her that hard. The whole thing was blown out of proportion. "She... She won't ... off."

She turned and faced Sin. "I hate tag." She proclaimed, knowing that she understood enough of the language to say that.

Chao sighed and looked towards the ceiling.

Sanar humph-sniffled into Chao's neck, mumbling something that her mother couldn't understand.

"Maybe I should take Sanar home?" Chao ventured, looking to Sin, "give them some time apart before anything else happens?" she didn't quite know what to do in this sort of situation, but space seemed like a decent option. Maybe Sin would know of a different one.

Sin nodded, not wanting to know what would happen if either Gael or Sanar made another move. It was just too... frightening. She walked over and picked up Gael, who was still glaring daggers at Sanar. "Yes, we should head home too, it's nearly dinner time anyway."

Gael narrowed her eyes as Sin carried her past Chao and out of the lodge. Oh yes, revenge would be sweet and final. Just you wait!

Sin shook her head and waved goodbye to Chao and Sanar as they left. Gael was clearly angry about something, it was now a matter of finding out what.

Chao shifted Sanar and waved back to the duo as they left.

Sanar wings fluffed and she returned Gael's glare as the other girl was carried off.

Chao sighed, "really San, we need to work on your social skills and learning how to read other people so you don't get hurt..." the guardian mumbled, still wondering what Sanar had done to provoke such a reaction from Gael.

Sanar didn't even attempt to reply, simply burrowed into her mother's shoulder.

Chao waited a few minutes before heading off towards home, Sanar bouncing in her arms.

It had been a while since Wyv had visited the lodge. She had planned to scoot over to post a list of Makai's questing items on the bulletin board, but the impromptu pinic between the islanders of Ar'Idil and Cetalu had suprisingly taken care of the need for that.

Returning here hadn't been quite so pressing after that.

She was, in truth, a little woried about Makai. Wondering if he'd associate the lodge with the volcano that had taken place the last time they were here. She hoped not, he'd finally seem to gotten over his over-dependancy on here with his transformation to wisp form.

This wisp in question bobbed and floated along happily beside her. His pretties were in a box and they were going somewhere different! Different was always fun. He bobbed a head, passing through the lodge doors as his guardian opened them and let herself in. He didn't really recognize the place, having only been here a few times before and not rememberig much from his extended stay during the disaster.

Wyv kept a discreet eye on him, pleased he didn't seem to be trouble. Satissfied, she called out a greeting. "Yo, anybody here? Anthony?"

Makai ecchoed this as best he could. "Tho-neee!"
