As she walked along the street she noticed a smeargle sitting with it's back against the building, a small sign in front of it saying: Will draw for food. The fact that the sign was in english, and the fact that she had free food to spare made her cross over to where it was. As she was digging out the food, with the smeargle giving her a hopeful look, she was suddenly knocked off balance as something ran into the back of her legs. The unexpected push started to make her fall, but she leaned forward, and accidently over compensated, and the contents of her backpack spilled out across the ground. One pokeball hit the smeargle in the head and another hit the pokemon that had pushed her, and both were captured almost instantly. (Appearance 3/7)

Vhan rode on Aoi's back into the main part of tow before he stood up, still on the Pokemon, and looked around. Locating the clothing store before too long, he pointed the Metang in that direction and rode to it. Once outside, he backflipped down and and returned the Steel type to his ball.
He headed inside and looked around, soon finding a few things he liked, he went to the dressing room and tried them on. Finding that they fit nicely, he changed back into his "Spy" clothes and, carefully removing the alarm tags with a safety pin, he shoved them into his bag and went back out, acting as if he had put the clothes back and walked out. He'd learned the alarm tag trick from Requiem back in the asylum.
Heading out, he went to the PokeCenter on foot, so as to look less likely to be up to no good. Borrowing a room for a few minutes, he changed into his new clothes, a simple black shirt and some black jeans, a pair of purple, knee length boots, a pair of purple, fingerless gloves and a purple jacket. He grabbed a white hairband and pulled his hair up into a kind of punk style and checked himself in the mirror. He looked good, even though he hated his hair colors. With that, he walked out and simply wandered around for a while.

Felix entered Jubilife just in time to see the tail end of the spectacle. He stopped, one hand on his hip to watch the vending machine go mad. Since he was watching, he was able to duck the soda can that came flying towards him. He was too intrigued to respond as he usually would, which would involve throwing the can back at whoever had thrown it, so he was able to watch as the machine calmed down and a pokemon materialized next to it. That was a... Rotom? Old instincts from when he'd had a Snag'em machine flared, and his hand twitched, but seeing as he did not actually have one anymore, the legendary pokemon was safe from being snagged.
