Random comment warning. cheese_whine I can't believe how fast this RP is going. eek I think I need more people to sign up as villains - I'm jabbing PMs at people I know to be good RPers... More sub-storyarchs are needed, badly. sweatdrop So far we've already gone halfway through my overarching plot! Can you believe it!? I can't. Yeesh. Also, anyone heard of Nanowrimo? I think it's www.nanowrimo.com Anyways, it looks interesting, and I've been tickled into signing up, so November might be... very ninja -esque. I've calculated that basically I need to do 7 pages a day in order to make Nanowrimo's deadline. *shrug* We'll see what happens. Last comment... I'm not passing two classes. This is bad. Very bad. Bad me. My mother doesn't know as of yet, but I have a feeling my physics teach is going to be a b*****d and send her my grade sheet through e-mail, aka no chance of hiding it away. Therefore... I dunno what will happen with internet. My mom threatened to take it away before. I might disappear completely for a month. gonk Dammit. I lied, one more comment. I love these Post Styles. 4laugh

The outside of the courts appear to be nothing more than a meer tree but from the moment one enters the court any traces of it being a tree seem to vanish instantaniously. The floors are layed with what seems like light pearl pink marble with large pillars linning the hall vines trailing a long the floor like a path way the vines creeping up the pillars giving hold to exotic flowers as large as a person. Almost any flower one could picture seems to line the pillars vibrant red roses, pure white lillies, sunflowers that seem brighter than the sun and many more that didnt exsist outside this court.
The roof was high arches and dome shapes with paintings inscribed on them. Rushing whiring lights started to settle along the vine like paths lighting up the direction they needed to go to find what they had came for. Upon closer inspection they were tiny little pixies all of them sparkling and dressed uniformically. The further down they went the halls were lined with full length mirrors etched with pure gold and equally large windows that let in radiant light that seemed to have mysterious sources lined with the finest silks and satans any could have hoped for. The grandest part of the whole court was when the hall came to an end with two heavy oak doors that were reached by climbing elagant rounded steps like an antham to a stage the same pure pink marble linning these as well. The doors were etched heavily with so many drawings it would take two life times to look at all o fthem completely.
The doors swung open at what seemed like their own accord revealing a large spacious opening that appeared to be a gigantic feild with waterfalls and various animals. Music and heavy fragance of flowers rushed the nostrils and ears upon the entrance. There were faye busily talking and cattering all around seated upon what looked like giant flowers and stones each of them appearing to be bards busily scrawling down new songs or playing exotic instruments the names impossible to pronounce even if one knew the name of which they possesed. There was a single large throne in the middle of the throng of faye it could have easily seated several people but only one person sat on its perch. It had heavy curtains laying off to the sides of it and rich velvet red apulstry the person perched in it obviously faye. SHe had long red strands of hair like fire curling and wavering around her face her skin white as snow and equally as fair she wore a rich green emerald garment made of silks and velvet that clutched her body showing off her valumptious chest and curving figure she let off a melidious laugh that seemed intoxicating as she sat up looking happy to see those who had arrived. "Welcome to my court ... please seat yourselves and tell me why you have come..." She gestured and plants seemed to sprout out of hte ground the flowers blooming lusteriously into comfortable chairs one for each of the guests.

Everything was bright and whimsacle i n the court except for one dark cloud that stuck out something terrible. A tall gangly boy almost 6 ft was standing not to far from Symphony seated on the floor in the grass he held a withered old book his hair dark black the hair swept over one side of his face completely obscuring his left eye and went down to about his shoulders. He wore all black as opposed to the rich vibrant velvets the rest of hte court seemed to adorn his clothes were a pai rof black baggy jeans and a tight fitting black muscle shirt with fishnet underneth it equally black. He was awkward looking very thin and pale but he still seemed handsome all the same. His eyes or at least the one that could be seen was a peircing blue his body lightly muscled. Pixies were buzzing around the young boys head trying to put flowers atop his head and he grumbled waving his free hand around to bat them away while the other was writting something on his paper. "Who the hell are they?" He muttered looking up brefily before looking back down at his paper.

Dipping down the stairs Elly hopped down the last one, catchign a wiff of Sarya through the liftign the of the tree roots. Starting in he slowly grinned. He finnaly knew where they were. "Gramma gramma!!"
He called delighted, ducking bewteen taller fey to catch sight of the throne and his grandmother. Maybe even sarya!
"Gramma!" he bolted up to the thrown and threw himself into her lap, face hidden in her chest. "..grammy..." His voice took a squeaky edge.

Symphony's head snapped around to look to the young man her lips thinning and her hand clutching the arm of her chair her gaze was that of a person staring at a bug. "Thats what were finding out dear. Please allow me to introduce my son...Opus" she seemed pleasent enough when she spoke but her voice curttled when she said the name Opus. The boys head lifted up as he nodded slightly before going back to writting he stood up making a dramatic stab at the paper to end whatever sentance he was writting. "Mother you should hear my newest poem" he said proudly. "Not now Opus!" Symphony snapped at him. "You never have time to hear my poems... This is why I became a barbarian! You never beleived in my talent! I'll show you I'll become the dirtest, foulest mouthed, and well reknowned barbarian anyone has ever seen!!" He screamed stomping his feet. The very idea that such a scrawny specimine could ever be a barbarian was laughable his gestures very feminen. Despite his all dark demanor he seemed like a spoiled brat his wings were even dyed black to try and pull the whole look together. "Fine read your bloody poem!" Symphony said rubbing her throbbing temple vein. "Misery is all I know, sparkling pleasentries fill my eyes, LIES LIES THEY ALL ARE LIES!! FED TO THE INFANT FROM BIRTH WHAT HAVE I BECOME--"Opus shouted the poem at the top of his lungs and as he spoke the words seemed to depress everyone around them even the travelers who had only just now entered the court and heard one of his horrid poems for the first time. "Yes yes dear thats nice read the rest to mummy later okay!?" She cut him off short looking appauled when he had read his poem. Opus didnt fight her that time but sat down muttering something that sounded like "You neve rhave time for me.. You always say later...later Opus later.." HIs muttering died down as he settled back on the ground.

"Eh!? Oh hello there!! Its soo good to see my little grand babies! Tell your father Dirk he needs to bring you all by more often I never see enough of you all. But dont call me grammy..." She seemed irratated by the idea that she could be old enough to be called grammy. In fact she didnt look a day over 20. "So anywho w hat brings my lovely grandchildren here and...Well hello who are you?" she said looking at the others who had entered that she didnt recognize.

Sarya was nowhere in sight. Then again, the court was immense, filled to the brim with bards and courtesans or stuck-up fey who acted above their status. Since richness was within the imagination, creative swirls of fashions - fitting to Her Majesty Queen Symphony's pleasure, of course - blossomed everywhere. Here, in the Court of Fashionable Symphonies, all was creativity and imagination; mortality ruled in Her Majesty's partial blood, and the fey fed off that power to change their minds into new, fresh ideas. With such an enticing promise, few fey interested in the arts kept away from here... it would be easy for a child, the size of most small-sized fey, to be lost within the brilliance of the great crowd.
((There's only one child there. Sorry Laur! sweatdrop ))

Sighing in fustration all of her guests not havin gassembled she had no idea where htey might be and so she picked up her thute, a long flute like insturment made of silver the only difference between the instrument she held and a regular flute was the curl on the end. It was intertwined with painted green vines and she held it like a flute playing it the curled tip would flex outward uncurling to certain lengths depending on the note it sounded like a flurry of flutes instead of just one solitary instrument. Upon these notes being played the flurry of little pixies would spread the crowd making a clear path to where Symphony sat the pixies pushing and hurrying the guests to their seats. "Ah there much better. Now please if you all would be so kind as to introduce yourselves?"

Lahn found himself in the court, not quite sure when they had arrived. He simply followed everyone else. The place was stunning to say the least. He saw the supposed "grandma" the kids were blabbering about earlier and noticed the intriguing instrument she held. The effect of her notes sparked his interest and he meant to ask (as politely as possible) where she had come about the item. He tried to shake off his uneasiness due to his confusion and displacement from the events that were taking place.

Her Majesty Queen Symphony's thute playing had magically assembled her court, with the assistance of her pixie Chamberlains. The Court of Fashionable Symphonies was also well-known for the fact that multiple Chamberlains served Her Majesty; this particular Court was the first in [what was remembered of] fey history to do so. Then again, Queen Symphony had always been eager for "first"s and "well-known"s...
Far in the back of the throne room, which had swelled with the arrival of free visitors in both Fashionable Symphonies and the Arbor Harbor, a beautiful nymph with strangely dark skin, like drow, had slid into place with an enamored expression like all the rest. Her hair was cropped close to the head and wild, with roots and twigs and tiny herbs shuffled beside her skull in all places. Two blackberries ripened on the edge of her eyelashes whilest miniscule white rose petals smoothed the high rise of her cheek. Dropping from her actual earlobes were large black tulips, a rare sight in the mortal world for its unnatural existence and also rare in the Realm of Faerie for the singularly creative existence of it.
The thing that Elly, at least, noticed most about the woman was her pungent mix of smells: amongst the herbs, fruits, vegetables, skin, and cloth was a noticeably strong scent of the missing Sarya. To most others present, this fey was as natural as all others, odd in creative appearance from Her Majesty's inspiration and masked by illusion to make such an appearance.
((Don't take note of my rolling, its a preemptive thing, nothing to worry about yet. wink ))

Elly pulled back from his grandmothers lap as she turned her attention to her son and her guests. When he attention contiuned to be else where he sighed heavily and sniffed about at the air for his lost play mate.
If gramma was goign to yell at uncel opus this was going to take awhile, it always did. Slipping away from the throne he delved into the crowed and worked his way closer to the strange nymph. "..pardod me ma'am.." He started rather shyly.

The faerie ran her hands along the sculpted shape of her upper body almost nervously, eyeing the strange ears upon Elly's head. "Yes, half-brother?" She answered, in a very deep voice for a woman. Before he could elaborate she asked instead, "are you a prince, kit?"

With a small ear twich at half-brother he nodded. "Mmhm, my daddy's a prince so that makes me a prince....I think." he added at the end unsure. Royal politics confused him terribly.

"That's right," she finished, and left it at that, trying to ignore the small fox-boy by watching Her Majesty Queen Symphony with a yearning look.
