Sapphye, that sig is utterly tasteless. That person has obviously never had the privelege to get to know anyone with a disability. What these kids lack in raw intellectual power they more than make up for in a sweetness and compassion that they keep their whole lives, long after other adults have become bitter and cynical.

It's been reported already thank god, and I believe the person has changed their nick stare sorry about not making it into a link sweatdrop was out for a little time. Just needed to vent to mature people on how some people are just stupid and cruel stare

Some of the coolest people I've met have been autistic. I want to see one of these people think them inferior after they see a great work of engineering my friend matt can do, or an ice sculpture that makes you truly regret the fact that it wont last forever. I used to be a chatterbox person, until I saw some pretty stupid people, so I moved up to GD, and then I saw a girl ask nicely if anyone else had a kid only to have 20 people call her a slut within 5 minutes... (which is how I got linked here, from there went somewhere else, where I saw Kasumi's sig ^^). So then I thought, ok, I'll go to ED... but was bored + it seems alot of other people really like to troll there... So now I just stick to my own threads and only go out to other forums when needed :/ *sigh* we need like an anti people guild of some sort for people like me who have are mad at how most other people are -.- Thank god for this guild! >.<

Everyone get ready for a Grammar related Parenting rant!
You know what really irritates me?
The acronym WAHM, it's supposed to mean Work At Home Mom and it's apparently the OPPOSITE of a SAHM which is a Stay At Home Mom.
But It makes no damn sense.
If you are a work AT home mom doesn't that mean the SAME as stay at home, or at very least work at home like telecommute, or say run an office from home or something. Meaning you work AT your home whether it is taking care of babys or doing that plus something else?
Shouldn't it be Work OUT of Home Mom? Because it can not be Work AT Home Mom, or even Work FROM Home Mom because both of these signify either exactly the same as "I'm a mother and that's my only job" or a modified version where mom also does another job while being a mom.

A Stay At Home Mom rarely stays at home, and quite frankly I don't see where anyone gets off saying SAHM's have it easy. I've detailed a normal day for me in the past, so I won't bother anyone with those details yet again. Suffice it to say, my day begins at 5 or 6am and usually ends anywhere between 9pm and 2am. Depending. Hell, I'm so busy I haven't gotten to shave my legs in almost three months now!!! I could go on, but I won't.

I've just spent the last 2 days trying to clear my computer of the stuff, and although my Ad-Aware says it's all gone, I'm sure it's lying, as it had told me it had all gone yesturday, but I still had exactly the same damn stuff on it today). I will be going onto the ad-aware forums later, but I just wanted to rant here, as it's ****ing me off.

Ok Ill do a little ranting ...
EDIT BY GPG MOD: I have deleted the offensive content, but I would like to address what was written here. You need to understand that some people do not view abortion as you do, we even have members who have had abortions in the guild. Also, racial bigotry is not appreciated, considering we have a wide range of different races and cultures represented here. There are people who have serious weight problems and have their own struggles with it, without narrowminded people judging them on their appearance.
This post was completely offensive to all kinds of people. If anyone saw this, I apologize for her lack of consideration and tolerance.

Okay I have to vent about stupid people right now Im going to cross post this to my LJ. Anyways.
Yesterday at my till, a lady came up, and started putting her groceries up, which is fine and dandy, then she puts up her eggs, and right ontop of them a 24 pack of coke.
SPLAT.
Where as she looks up at me and shrugs "Oh I didnt think they would squish"
I cant stop laughing about it now, but I was just livid when it happened. Im gritting my teeth as I tell her, oh its alright, Ill get it cleaned up and we will get you somemore eggs and coke, just a minute there.
Yeah gross. Sometimes how stupid can a person be, goes too far.
