Toso tugged at his collar. He knew this would happen. The ambient heat wasn't going to get any lighter as a headache started to form. A war of attrition, this what Toso typically defaulted to. That was something he could do but it would undoubtedly be his end if that were the case. Well. What Belamos wanted was a display of power. Very well, that is what he'd get. Two of Toso's tentacles convulsed as what seemed to be a massive amount of chakra flooded into them. This was when Toso's chakra manifestation occurred. A massive monochromatic squid erupted at 30feet hight flailing its tentacles...and then right as Toso was about to be struck the convulsing tentacle like a fly swatted it away and what seemed like a grotesque occurrence happened then after. Bulbous and vein-like were the two tentacles. Toso refused to turn around....and then it happened. A sickening sound. Like a Hydra splitting its heads one became two, two became four, four became eight. A total of sixteen mouthy tentacles had erupted from Toso's back like an eldritch horror all looking directly at Belamos, eyeless horrors.
"I'll have to be quick. About this then bloop." Immediately with this string of words all sixteen tentacles launched themselves towards Belamos. Each one just if not more vicious than the last. Some in groups, some alone, some at maddening angles, binding him, thrashing him, with unconventional mixing and mashing. While they'd assail Belamos Toso, in turn, would try to alleviate the heat he was enduring by encircling himself with pillars of water. While he himself seemed rather calm. This was the strength of the Kage Arashi was entrusted to by the twins. Hopefully it would be enough to satisfy him. Of course if for ever some reason he'd yield they'd stop. As his Divine Form faded, Belamos grinned. Toso had been hiding some interesting techniques after all. He had never encountered an ability which could drain his opponent of their power- it gave him ideas for some new moves of his own. Maybe this would be more intriguing than he originally thought! This was seemingly confirmed when Toso created a mass of slithering, slimy black tentacles which lunged towards him moments after their creation. It was an impressive, overwhelming, attack. Had Belamos been any other Shinobi, this is where he would have met his end. No man could fend off this many attacks at once. Well, no ordinary man. Unfortunately, while Toso owned the world in which they did battle, Belamos was a master of controlling the battlefield. He had learned how to make it work for him and how to defeat his opponent over time as well as outright. Still, the fact that the shop-keep could push him to use so much of his strength was commendable.
In response to the mass of incoming tentacles Belamos simply tapped the butt of his spear on the ground. In response, the flames around Belamos seemed to move in command to his silent will. Shooting out from the fire on the ground, fifteen dragon-shaped fireballs arced out to impact with the newly formed tentacles. The fire would burn the appendages severely unless some drastic move was made to dodge the overwhelming hailstorm of fire. Simultaneously, a small orb of fire rose from Belamos's palm and arced high into the Sky, exploding outwards to form a bright Sun. It's rays bore down on the land below, increasing the heat even further.
As the multiple fireballs were launched, Belamos threw his spear towards Toso himself with a might effort. While the spearpoint honed in on it's prey, Belamos cared little for the result of the weapon's Strike. For whether he dodged or not, it mattered little. For as the spear neared its mark, Toso would find the flames near his own feet rise up and encompass him- enclosing him in a cage of fire. This fire, however, was unique. It glowed a harsh golden and was blindingly bright to look at. Furthermore, the heat of this fire was even greater than that of the flames it was born from. As Belamos's spear sailed past, a keen eye would notice it was only aimed to make a glancing blow. The spear would cleanly slice a cut on Toso's upper arm were he not able to escape both it and the flame cage. But, again, it mattered little to Belamos. For when the spear neared the Arashikage he activated one of the weapon's most powerful features. Regardless of if it hit or miss, the spear would seemingly explode outward- changing into a rainbow pillar of fire a dozen feet wide and over a hundred feet tall.
As the pillar erupted, Belamos swept his arm upwards before bringing it back down, dropping the hammer on the attack he had been preparing since the beginning of the fight. From the concealed ball of light that had been hanging high overhead, a large Pillar of Pure White Energy shot down to the ground. The Hammer of Daen descended upon Toso with unrelenting force. It would meet the Flame Cyclone and sandwich the Arashikage between the two attacks.
While, normally, most of these attacks were powerful individually, Belamos held all fo them back so that the Arashikage would survive even if he were hit with them all- of course, that's not to say he would walk away without a few burns.

Hiroki Uchiha slumped into a chair in what could only be described as a profoundly uncomfortable posture. He'd come to request someone free him from his self-induced academic purgatory, but his boredom had drained him almost to exhaustion on the way over. If he looked any bit as competent as his last name would seem to imply, then his prolonged enrollment at the Academy and lackluster performance would easily whittle away that perception with prolonged scrutiny. He was, at best, profoundly average. No Uchiha talent manifested in him, and for the most part he found that revelation rather pleasant. All he cared about was slowly inching his way forward with as little annoyance as possible. With that in mind, however, he'd clearly overstayed at the Preschool for Precocious Preteens. And so here he sat, awkwardly wedged into an awkwardly shaped, but quite nice looking, lobby lounger, awaiting attendance by literally anyone who might so much as mutter a few syllables in passing.
This was indeed Toso's world...the truth of that matter remained. No matter what Belamos did. He could have left his world at any time and come back to leave it all behind. He could have bent it to his will, shut out all light aside from the light Belamos himself was capable of producing, create creatures to fend himself from his assaults, raise walls and warp the world with a mere snap of his fingers, but what would that prove to him? In this battle with a Sun God in the world, they were in Toso was Sarutahiko Ōkami the Virtuous god married to the arts. He wondered if Belamos realized it, that despite being in a world of his own creation he had only used it to make changes in scenery. If Toso truly wanted, the Sun God would have experienced likely a number of disadvantages fighting in his world. But to Toso, this was unrighteous, perhaps it was his kindness, that kindness that could be a weakness, yet even when refraining from manipulating the world to his advantage he'd hoped Belamos respected that he was holding his own so well without it. He'd asked Belamos for a handicap but truthfully Toso was the one providing him with one out of the sake of fairness albeit to Say Belamos wasn't also doing him said favor would also be a disrespect to his strength.
His tentacles would all begin to withdraw themselves a pain would be running through his spine. All of them would be scathed by the assailment of flames they could not defeat in full. Even now as a spear was thrown at him, as the heat of the world increased to borderline intolerable levels, he would not do the logical thing and simply flee, and he would not have the world conform where in reality outside his dimension that would not be possible. As the cage rose with the final tentacles withdrawal and the spear flew Toso had already come to a conclusion. The angle of it was not meant to be debilitating. Hard to tell with the light in his eyes. This was either an act of kindness or to what he'd deduce a ploy. Toso would close his eyes to try and lessen the pain in his back back. The spear would strike causing the sound of tearing fabric and a fine wound in his upper where it was aimed. When he heard the roar of the flames and the sound of coalescing light his glasses would glint.
Belamos's attack would immerse Toso to a degree in which the Sun-god could not see the man inside. It would begin raising the questions of perhaps he'd gone too far. Saiken, before hand expressed her concerns. To which Toso had dismissed. As the fire of the attack quelled and started to lessen and the light of the Holy Hammer faded from the center a wild amount of liquid tentacles began to break through the remaining flames and began filling the air with moisture. The Arashikage would be seen looking to be... unharmed and unphased with the formerly bleeding arm from the spear holding up a mass of water lashing out liquid tentacles to put out the surrounding flames.
Upon closer inspection however, he injury he'd sustained from the spear was very real. As what was coating his skin appeared to be a metallic looking crust which was starting to flake off. This crust would then begin to flake off the rest of the squid man as steam looked like it was venting as it did so. His skin was looking red and irritated like a steamed crab but for the most part it started to slowly begin returning to it's natural color. Toso would then go on to say. "My Taiyo-kami, bloop. Those burns would have been at the very least third degree and here I believed we were supposed to be holding ourselves back. bloop. I think this is a good place to end for now don't you think, we've a need to conserve our energy for the real fight."
Toso would say as the tentacles of the large watery sphere continued to moisten the area and keep him hydrated as it would send a tentacle flying to rid the harsh heat of the Desert sun. Toso's current injuries thus far were a collection of his tentacles having suffered second degree burns. The black surface skin on them peeling away to reveal that beneath them were flesh and veins. Following their attaching to Toso's body their grins from before had a majority shifted into frowns. A few had begun convulsing an began receding back into the main tentacle from which they were spawned. Two of his true limbs had been nastily injured. While his face did not show it Toso's back and limbs themselves were enduring a seething and irritating pain...he wondered if enduring the pain of bringing them back after possibly severing them himself would be more tolerable. "Perhaps one more exchange at most if I've still yet to convince you I'm competent enough in battle." The large Orb of water he kept above him continuing to swirl. Truthfully while he was still physically sound Toso was indeed growing mentally exhausted. Saiken picking up on this and although he did not ask, and did not realize, decided to give him a slight donation of her own. Seeing it only fair as she was aware that Son had donated some his chakra to his host. Of course if Toso was aware of this he'd have scolded Saiken for it. His final attack hadn't been quite as effective as he had hoped- and even then he was holding back. Toso was quite adept and defending and misdirecting but Belamos found his offense lacking. All in all, he was capable, but no match for Sandayu. When the Arashikage voiced his concern at the intensity of the fight, Belamos's pleased expression deepened into a frown "Please. That little light show was nothing compared to what's coming" As the Hammer of Dawn was getting ready to fire again, Belamos snapped his fingers. All of his attacks, including the field of flames in which they now stood on, vanished.
"We'll call it here. Come find me if you ever wanna do this again" Keeping it short and sweet, Belamos would create a portal to the outside world and walk through it, exiting the Ink World and the Kage's Office both.
The large spiraling orb of water did to vanish. The struggle with Belamos did prove something. That perhaps not always one should restrain themselves for the sake of being polite. Isekai-junsei with its cheering crowd so to did vanish. There was a menagerie of ways he could have approached everything but all of them involved evasiveness and careful planning. Something he believed that wouldn't impress Belamos. It only made sense that when it came to feats of strength Belamos was the superior. It was GOOD that this was the case. If Belamos had been defeated by his most straightforward approach it would have made him unworthy of the the title 'Arashi's Strongest.' Toso learned a harsh lesson today, he can't win in battles involving strength. Of course he likely already knew that but he had to convince Belamos somehow he was strong enough. The rest of the replicated tentacles vanished as they'd all withdraw back into his body.
With Isekai Junsei leaving and Belamos beginning to take his leave he'd ask him to hold momentarily. "Hold on Taiyo-kami." The sound of a key being placed in the desk of which he was now in front of again turned as a drawer opened. "Do find someone to put a use to these won't you and make it so that they're proficient in their use." Two large scrolls were tosses towards Belamos one for each of his hands written on their seals {Kabutowari} and {Hiramakerei}. "I should sure hope it was nothing Taiyo-kami. Afterall we weren't trying to kill each other then were we?" Toso would say stating if death was on the table it had likely gone significantly different. But how much different could it have been? That would be the question likely imposed on Belamos whose was likely only just on the cusp of thinking his kage 'strong enough'.
Now Toso would pause, alone in his office...and call someone out. "Sai-chan...are you restoring my chakra? bloop. You really aught not to." After being dismissed that the slime dame will do as she pleases the squid would concede. "Ah...I really should brush up. My memory of techniques is rather poor now that I've been so lax." Reproducing a shadow clone to manage office duties and another to dispatch to the academy. The mentally exhausted Squidman would lay back in his chair and nod off for a bit. "If I wanna do it again he says...bloop." Modoru Gumo would return to whence it came and now business would proceed as usual. Hopefull Kenshin was getting his assigned mission done.

It had developed into a growing level of awkward at this point. Cerno who was still on shift at the time kept giving the Uchiha boy waiting in the lobby glancing looks. He was trying to wrap her head around everything that was happening. It may lead to her eventual retirement if things were going to continue being this crazy. She'd then address the boy in the room in a secretarial manner as he seemed to just solely be loitering. "Uh excuse me? Do you need something young man? Are you a graduate? Do you need a headband? Are you waiting for someone or a meeting with the Kage?" Belamos had made his strides out the door now likely with the two large scrolls in hand bearing the names of famous blades. Whether that proved interesting or not to the Uchiha would be anyone's guess but seeing as he hadn't asked the secretary anything she figured she'd initiate.

The Uchiha blinked in bewilderment as he was unexpectedly addressed in the middle of something happening in the office. The barrage of questions was hardly fitting to hurl at an Academy student, especially one as absent minded as Hiroki. "You have a preference for which one of those I answer first?" He asked, settling back into a borderline sleepy posture. "The Academy says someone needs to test me before I can graduate." Hiroki did his best to seem unconcerned with the outcome of this particular conversation, but if he was being honest even dog walking sounded like an upgrade over the unoriginal Academy kids and their elementary pranks. At least as a genin he could get up to some real trouble, even if he didn't feel like working. In the Academy, the best he could do was fleece a few rubes into giving up their sweets. A spark show only earned him the little kids' snacks so many times before it wore out its welcome.
The girl blinked twice. As she crossed his arms over one another pointing to the academy and the office simultaneously in what could only be considered a moment of confusion. "Wait...so...you need someone to test you to graduate and the academy sent you here when the very place you need to graduate is the academy which is supposed to have the teachers therein to give you the graduation exam?" Cerno's eye's narrowed in suspicion. If the academy sent this boy here to 'find' someone to help him graduate then it boiled down to one of two things. This kid was either A. Not ready to graduate or B. A delinquent that those at the academy sent just to get him out of their hair. He seemed the delinquent type. Loitering, a lack of work ethic, a glazed look that spelled 'just give me something to do' as opposed to 'I'm gunna do something!' In short a clear lack of guidance. Placing a finger on her Chin, Cerno stood and ran over to where her hands would grab, yoink, and pull Hiroki up and out of his chair dragging him along until reaching a door next to the kage office that said 'Common Records'.
"Alright how about while I get ahold of the academy to find someone to help you 'graduate' you do me a favor and reorganize this mess. That whole business with the core compound caused us to salvage the records there and just place them haphazardly in here. Should be simple enough. Anything involving the police force goes in the filing cabinets, alphabetically on that side. Anything involving the general village census and registries goes alphabetically on that side. Alright, have fun." The door would shut behind Hiroki. What else better did he have to do? The secretary was essentially giving him the work she didn't want to currently do. He could just leave although Cerno was using this as an opportunity to see whether the kid was just a layabout or not who was even deserving of graduation.

Hiroki's eyes narrowed. "There was no one in the Academy." He responded tersely, picking up a stack of papers. "So I came to the place that should have an idea of where people are." The Uchiha's protests were met with a back and he haphazardly chucked the stack of papers he was holding into a corner. Picking up another he began the process of actually sorting things, which he did with an equal amount of recklessness. The files would get in the right letter, at least down to the first. Beyond that, Hiroki didn't care. [ Sorting Monkey 1/1 ]
"No one, or, No one interested? Nevermind." The secretary would say fingers turning back from locking the door. She'd look at the boy who was lackadaisical if not rather lacking irritable when it came to the sorting of papers. To believe that the academy with the number of shinobi they had, had 'no one' there was doubtable to say the least. It's true numbers were thinner what with the impending threat of war but there should have been someone there. Even if it was a faceless proctor that the village itself hardly recognized like the several other hundreds of faceless nin that patrol the village. He also wasn't really resonating that 'can do' vibe either. When it came to the first impression regarding levels of competence this boy in front of her oozed everything but.
Cerno paused but was willing to give him the benefit of the doubt. In her time as secretary, plenty of people came and went. Some with colorful personalities and others without any. Those who typically didn't show it outright that they were competent usually meant they were to some degree intelligent. Unless you were the current acting Kage then you'd come off as lacking in both on first impression and now there he was today sitting in the office. SOMEHOW.
Cerno would walk past Hiroki and approach one of the cabinets pulling it open. Removing what was essentially a copy of a former police force final exams. This exam sheet would contain questions that were typically harder than those found on the graduation exam and consisted of multiple pages but she would only remove this first sheet. "Here. I'll handle your 'graduation exam' then if that's the case. Pass this with at least an eighty percent or its back to the academy with you to get learnt." Cerno would produce a clone of herself that would then leave the room. Moving a chair in front of the door while the clone Cerno would continue her secretarial duties. Providing Hiroki with a pencil to fill in the questions on page one she'd watch him intently. There was, of course, something important regarding this sudden pop quiz. If one could deduce such, the answer key for the questions was likely in the same drawer as where she pulled out the question sheet. The questions as follows. Anything between brackets being ooc.

Cerno herself just sighed as if this sight had been a common one. Even though this 'dynamic duo' had just been instated. From here he would see a bespectacled man intently doing paperwork before a loud thunk beneath the desk as water seemed to slide across the floor. "BLOO! WHA! WHEN? WHO?" The voice coming from beneath the desk as two squiddly appendages made a ploop and plip attaching to the upper desk a sound of wetness to them. A groggy looking squid? In all sense of the word about the size of a kitten would pull itself up, bringing along with it a fishbowl large enough to accommodate its size. It was...wearing glasses? While the bowl was unnecessary being on land did cause the skin to dry. Toso had been taking himself a fine nap whilst multitasking with his clones. The clone behind the desk whispering to the squid to catch him up while it returned to paperwork.
Looking intently he did indeed see the emblem of Uzugakure on full display. "Ah. Right then." The doors of the office shut closed and firm. "So then bloop. What does a member of Uzugakure have business with us then, is it to provide compensation for the damages you've caused? Perchance a warning? I've already been made well aware and have already long repaired said damages myself no thanks to your villages kage bloop. Ah, but I suppose that was in poor taste of me saying so soon. My apologies. Still wakening up you see." The squid floated in the bowl while despite being submerged his words came out clear. It could be said while submerged it proved to produce the clearest of his words. He'd be welcoming in giving Koutetsu the time to adjust he was talking to a squid in a fish bowl. But to Koutetsu's partner he'd find the squid was radiating the aura of the 6-tails.

Standing up straight, he introduced himself, "My name is Koutetsu no Kajibamaru, Genin of Uzushiogakure, your," he paused briefly before trying with, "squidliness. I apologize, Squid-sama, I am unfamiliar with the events you are referring to. Last I was aware, we had a relatively stable relationship." Koutetsu bowed.
Deep in the recesses of Koutetsu's mind, trapped within the seal on his chest, Kokuō stirred awake from her nap. Using her tails to help stand up, she stretched deep and low, before trotting around the circumference of her cell . The cove she inhabited was large enough for her to run on the water, but sadly kept her from the beach and forest beyond. While there appeared to be no bars separating her, Kokuō would find herself back in the center if she attempted to cross the threshold. Still, like usual, the sun was shining.
