xxxxKegan stretched a bit as he made his way onto campus. He had come quite a long way. He wondered if he would have a roommate or not. He hadn't even checked the rooms. His stuff would be here later sometime. He really should have been more prepared. At least he had his camera. He wondered if they had a forest around here. Perhaps a quiet area near a lake? He knew some things about school but had never been to one like this. He was mainly self-taught. He could already sense and see that there were not just humans here. This was quite interesting to Keegan, and he looked forward to finding out more about other species as well. For now he would look for a place where he could just relax and maybe read.

Struggling to get through the darkness, Tripping on the failures of the past, Chained to the façade of the memories, Ripping through the painted canvas of lies.
Zhen Lu watched the two siblings as they talked to one another. She had been told by the male that he liked to be called Richie instead of Rich, which was fine by her. Kiera snapped at him, speaking in another language. Was it Spanish, Italian, French, or some other fluent language? She didn't know, but it was nice to finally know people. When she offered to go to the main building, neither one objected and the three began to walk toward the school again. She slowed down a couple times to make sure that she didn't lose Kiera because of the latter dropping some things. As they were walking, Richie dropped to the ground suddenly, which made her worried. Kiera knelt down beside him and checked for his pulse after cursing under her breath about him being out cold again. When Richie got up again, there seemed to be concern in his eyes. As Kiera was saying something, Richie disappeared. This raised some red flags in her mind, but ignored them and focused on the situation at hand. Kiera suggested that they keep walking and she nodded, hoping that Richie would come back soon. Approaching the main office, Zhen Lu noticed that Richie had come back again. He seems fine. But why did he pass out? I hope he'll be okay...Zhen Lu wished that he would be alright for the rest of the day. There was a Meet & Greet orientation at six that night. Speaking of that, she would have to pick out an outfit for that. However, that was for later.
The scream tearing through the skies, Tears flowing down the smooth, ceramic cheeks, Questioning whether or not life is worth it But still having hope that the butterfly will lead the way.

"Oya oya," Yukina mumbled softly to himself in Japanese, shielding his eyes from the sun as he stepped out of his car, carrying his things. He exhaled and ran a hand through his waist-length hair, thinking to himself about how he needed to brush it when he got the chance. Grey slat eyes scanned the surrounding areas, pleasantly surprised at the amount of students that had culminated around the gate. Each of different faces, different backgrounds, different scents. In his thousands of years of living, he'd met many creatures. Those who sought to kill, those who sought to cause little to no harm. Malicious, benevolent, and everything in between.
Kou smiled and chuckled. How befitting all this was to an anthropology teacher. Indeed, he would enjoy such a class. Yukina made a note to visit the library later, he needed to do some research on the school and its students in order to properly make a class syllabus and course. He'd previously been traveling the word, observing people and their journeys. It wasn't so much of a lonesome existence if he could observe others. It brought his mind away from his past, his rage. Borne of hate and cursed to roam. There wasn't a day in which he did not sleep and remember of his past. Wake up feeling the stinging of a Katana in his body. The bitter taste of his previous master's soul, and all those who followed him. Those mere thoughts were enough to make him smile maliciously. How wonderful they were, in their death and stupidity.
But that was a different time, different place. Now, he was among people who (hopefully) weren't deserving of such hell. He was here to teach them and help them grow. Hopefully, in turn making them good people. More considerate. So Yukina's fate would not befall them. Being an Onryo wasn't all bad. He lived a considerable amount of time and got to watch the world change. For the good, and for the bad. There was no other person more qualified to teach anthropology.
He picked up his things and locked his car, quietly walking the path into the school. It certainly looked...large. He would need to roam the grounds and get to know the nooks and crevices. It wouldn't do Yukina and good if he got lost. "Excuse me," Kou said to a girl blocking his entry-way. She looked up at the tall, broad shouldered man and flushed. "Oh, sorry, dude," She mumbled, moving. Yukina smiled and bowed his head, entering the building.

"I'm not too sure I really want to do this, I just don't feel natural in this dress." Ellie, a college transfer student dressed in a dark blue dress emblazoned with flora of varying shades of the same color, was awkwardly strolling beside her childhood friend, Kiora. A pair of glasses highlighted Ellie's worried brown eyes, her rather plain brown hair and the way she almost hobbled in her high heels lent themselves as evidence that Ellie was not used to her current attire.
"Hey, what happened to changing your attitude? Y'know, when you're a hopeless romantic, it's usually better to be more romantic than hopeless. At this rate, you'll never find a boyfriend period, much less a 'soul mate.'"Kiora, dressed in a fiery red dress emblazoned with a dragon coiling around it, snorted at her helpless friend's comment. She wore her own attire with confidence, walking towards the academy gates in strides in contrast to Ellie's stumbling clumsiness.
As Ellie was about to reply, her attention was momentarily captured by a graceful man that walked by the two. He had on a simple suit and a cravat around his neck. His attire was, by no means, modern, but he wore it well and had an aura of awe about him. Watching the man was like watching a prince at his coronation. Unfortunately, Ellie's gaze lingered on the man for too long and she immediately regretted it as she looked over to notice Kiora with a wide smirk playing across her lips."I-I... Uh..."Ellie stumbled over her words as she attempted to come up with an explanation, but it was too late.
"Don't try to act like you weren't ogling that guy just now," Kiora grinned mischieviously,"So, are you going to talk to him? Or do you want me to talk to him for you?"She sped up her walk, pulling ahead of Ellie, but was caught by Ellie before she could get much further.
"A-alright, alright, ok? I'll go talk to him, just don't do anything to embarass me."Ellie pleaded and, thankfully, Kiora slowed her pace to a stop and indicated towards the man ahead with a motion of her head. Taking this as chance to not have Kiora butt in on her behalf for once, Ellie quickened her own pace, pausing only to look back at Kiora who gave her a thumbs up as if to urge her on.
As Ellie neared the man, a stumble due to her obvious inexperience with heels caused her to fall forward, forcing her to catch herself on the man's arm,"A-Ah! I'm so sorry, I just lost my balance and- and..."She immediately let go and scrambled to regain her posture, but her speech slowed as she was captivated by gentle emerald green eyes.
"It's quite alright, but you still seem a bit flustered. Are you ok?"The man spoke to Ellie in a gentle voice, causing her heart to skip a beat."Y-yeah... I'm fine. Ah, um... My name's Ellie."She replied, offering an outstretched hand and taking a wobbly step forwards.
"I see... My name is Marque, it's a pleasure to meet you."The man replied with a small bow of the head. The name sounded familiar, but before Ellie could continue, the man spoke up once more,"Would you perhaps be headed towards the meet and greet...? And would you perhaps be in need of an escort?"He asked, offering his arm to Ellie.
Ellie could feel her face warm up and, unable to give a reply, she simply takes the man's arm and walks alongside him. As they walked, Ellie would steal a glance at Marque every once in awhile, but would then quickly look away for fear of him catching her. Thoughts ran through her mind at a few thousand miles per hour as she thought of what kind of conversation she ought to bring up to break the silence."I trust you can take care of yourself from here?"The man's voice suddenly cut through the silence. Suddenly aware of her surroundings, Ellie found herself at the front gates of the academy.
"W-wait!"Ellie stopped Marque as he began walking away,"Do... Do you happen to have a date to the meet and greet? Or anything?"She felt herself blush once more as the words escaped her lips. Again, her heart skipped a beat as she witness another smile cross the other's lips.
"I apologize for any misconceptions I might have made, but I'm sure that aside from possible age differences, the academy most likely has regulations against such relationships between its students and staff. But please do enjoy yourself at the meet and greet."The man replied and then walked off. Ellie simply stood there, dumbfounded. She'd been so sure that Marque was a student here... Suddenly she begins patting herself down, looking for the printed copy of her class schedule, having forgotten that she'd left it in her casual clothes at her dorm. She didn't really need it, however, as she began to remember now that the reason Marque's name sounded so familiar was because it was the name of one of her professors, she had just thought that the man's name was "Mark" or "Marc." It hadn't occurred to her that his name would be "Marque." And she still didn't know whether or not having him as her professor was a positive thing or not...
You can't save everything...
... you must choose what you'll sacrifice...
... and what you'll destroy

In & Yo
They ran out of the building, one after the other. yo threw a popper at a random student and watched him jump. "Ahahaha! It's still funny!" In giggled and threw one into a group of mostly girls, who were standing around, most likely gossiping. Yo and In high five-d one another and kept running around near the front gate. Yo pulled out two sticks of gum and gave one to In. They opened the wrappers and Yo took them back, igniting them in his hand to get rid of them. Now, they were just looking to make some harmless pranks on a defenseless student or passerby.
