"Then, I guess you should lead the way, Miss. Dark Elf." Livian said, walking in after Xaria. She sniffed at the air, trying to see if there were any strange smells in the air.

"agreed. but, for those of us who need light to see, it would help to have a torch or a magelight." Colson's voice shakes a bit, and he starts rummaging through his backpack for a torch.

Livian sniffed the air, smelling something odd. It smelled a little like Kobold creatures from within the ancient tombs, like they had recently entered the stone fortress.

"Don't be so worried, Colson! We will be okay. Just have to watch out for anything that might attack us. If anything, you might notice those sorts of things a lot better because of the fact that you are inside this place." She gently shoved him towards the door. "Come on. We want to help the dragon, right?"

"Wait. Don't light one." Livian said, holding up a hand. "I smell Kobolds. The scent is fresh, so they came here recently. We should scout to see how many there are, and if there's a light source further in. Zin, can you see somewhat in the dark?"

Zinder looked up and blinked. "Me? Yeah, I have dark vision." She turned back to Colson, still nudging him towards the entrance of the cave. "We could really use your help if possible, Colson."

Zinder finally just shoved Colson into the cave, then grabbed his hand and dragged him along behind everyone else. "We will miss the adventure if you continued on with searching for something you already know where it's at. I will try not to let anyone hurt you. Though I guess this means I should be the body guard now and you the monk. We get to switch places for a time!" Zinder laughed lightly at the realization and grinned at Colson, forgetting that he probably couldn't see her.
