Okay, now it was her turn to come up with another riddle. She took longer to think of one this time, trying to think of one the cat wouldn't have heard of. Eventually she came up with one.

"What has a foot but no legs"

This time the Cheshire cat did not jump to answer, and after a while it gave her a answer that wasn't the right one. "Heh heh, nope, it's a snail!" mirroring the cherishes grin with her own, she was happy to receive a treasure chest for her troubles.

When Pumcat finished cheering the Cheshire Cat told her it was her turn to tell him a riddle she nods excitedly then tries to think of a riddle however she was far more excited then she should be while thinking up a riddle and ended up picking a easy one

"Ok what hops and always carries a pouch with it?" she asks excitedly the Cheshire Cat closes his eyes in throught only to open them moments later "A Kangaroo!" he answers confidently then flicks in tail in a pleased manner Pumcats excited expression dropped instantly as he guessed correctly "Aww... Yes... it's a Kangaroo... I guess that one was too easy..." she says she was actually a bit surprised the Cheshire Cat even knew what a Kangaroo was however she figured to be a riddle master you had to be quite knowledgable

"Sorry little one but I win so no treasure from me today unless... that is... you'd care to try again?" The Cheshire Cat says he was always in the mood for a riddle game and had no qualms agenst another round

"Glad you enjoyed it little one now it is your turn to tell me one again" The Cat says his tail curling happily in anticipation

"Ok!" she says excitedly before taking some deep breaths to try and calm herself then begins thinking up a riddle After a few minutes she smiles and looks to the patiently waiting Cheshire Cat "Ok got one!" she says then nods

"What creature hops but isn't a frog, flies but isn't a bird, and boxes but isn't a human?"

The Cheshire Cat grins then closes his eyes and thinks about the riddle for several minutes he stayed like this as Pumcat waited eagerly growing more excited by the second finally the Cheshire Cat with a surprised expression opens his eyes "I Don't know what is it?" he asks finally curiousity painted on his face "Yay!" She cheers then nods "A Hare! They hop and when they hop or run it's like they are flying annnd they are known to box with other hares by using their paws!" she explains excitedly

Pleased by her explaination the Cheshire Cat congratulations her as he does a treasure chest which opens on it's own appears at the base of his tree infront of her and she hears a victory ding from the card in her pocket indicating her level had gone up "Oh Wow! Thanks!" she says happily as she looks first above her at her new level then at the treasure chest infront of her "Hey Che- huh?" she says stopping short as she looks up to find the Cheshire Cat was gone

She blinks for a moment before smiling "That cat heh" she laughs then walks up to the treasure chest and peers inside there she found a new card for her deck her smile broadens as she reaches in and grabs the card she then slips the card into her deck and glances up at the spot where the Cheshire Cat had been before grinning playfully then turning to head on down the path

Back on the branch just alittle to the left of a sign a grinning pare of teeth appear and snicker playfully

"Now...you."

Mitfael stared at the cat before giving it a go. What would be a good riddle for this cat?

"What comes once in a minute, twice in a moment, but never in a thousand years?"

A moment, then two, the cat remained silent. It looked at Mitfael every time it thought it had the answer, but quickly turned around grumbling how the answer is much too easy. It took a while before the cat finally gave up and asked for the answer.

"It was the letter M." Mitfael replied.

For outsmarting the cat, he was rewarded with a treasure chest. Now that that's over with, there's no reason for him to linger any longer.

[ EXITING ]

Apparently that was not enough eh? BrotherOfWar gave a soft grunt then sighed. Ah well, he might as well follow through with this little game of the Cheshire Cat till the very end then. "The more of them you take, the more you leave behind. What are they?" It was a riddle that he used to overhear the other foals playing when he was their age. He never had been very fond of such things and couldn't quite understand the creature's seemingly unhealthy obsession with them.

There was a long pause and then the cat reluctantly hazarded a guess that wasn't even close to the actual answer which he gave with a shake of his head. "Footsteps." Having no choice but to admit defeat, the Cheshire Cat bowed then disappeared, leaving behind a treasure chest in its wake.

As the cat Manifested before him he noticed that the body of the weird translucent creature reminded him of one of the 'class types' he has seen wandering around.

Were they based off each other?

Waiting for the riddle to be given by the 'cheshire cat' didnt take long, but he did mule over it in his mind some.

A lot of things could 'turn around' but what did so slowly?

"Time." Was his reply, staring up at the cat.

[entering]

"A riddle huh?" The blue fox replied, tails flicking back and forth mischievously at the idea of a riddle game. Could be fun, could be disastrous.

Eh why not.

"Im game, try me."
