<I'm glad you are making acquaintances, we will need all the help to fight --!>
"Oh! There you are! Fluffy! Nemi has many things to ask -" The witch was interrupted. "Wish....? I made a wish with you? You know who I am, right Fluffy! Tell me! Tell me now! I believe you are related to this as other girls said they saw you too!" The candy witch was eager to know something about her besides her name.
<......fighting -- is much more important!....>
No way! You have to tell Nemi now! Or- or.....Nemi will squish you like - like this ghost!" Nemi holded the ghost up, pulling it back and forth from the two ends, as if it was just a mochi.
"Uprising? What do you mean?" The continued words of the creature made she halted her action. And soon, she found out what Fluffy meant.
Nowhere appeared a giant bizarre creature, it looked like it was horrible. The witch stared at the fluffy creature. "Y-you mean....this?!"
< It looks like our time has run short! Fight on and be strong, remember what you promised! >
"Promise? Promise what?! Nemi didn't remember anything! W-wait WAITTTTT!" Nemi yelled and tried to call the creature back as it suddenly disappeared, leaving the bizarre thing for them to deal with. How sly it is!
====
Puffed on her face, Nemi took a good look at the ?????. Girls started to attack it with their weapons and she saw something shimmering dropped from the ????? occasionally. The situation was like a mess, where some girls were hurt by the backwaves. Nemi felt she couldn't just stand there though she didn't even know how to use her weapon yet.
"You are alive, right?" She asked the dizzied poor ghost. "Tell Nemi how to use you please?" The witch shook the ghost violently.
[ Feed me candies ]
Candies? "You mean...this?" She picked up a candy from the floor.
[ Yes. Stupid Girl. I am a Candy Eater, put some inside me and you will see what happens. Now. STOP SHAKING ME! ]
Nemi immediately pushed several wrapped candies into the ghost's mouth and saw the flame inside it started to shimmer, glowing brighter and brighter.
[ OK. Now, face me to your target will do. ]
The ghost spoke again. The witch listened to it without a doubt and saw the candies being shot out like a shooting star. The momentum of the shot was huge that Nemi fell onto the ground. She opened her mouth widely when the candies exploded over the bizarre creature.
W-what was that?!

Alvar silently swore up a storm, but dodge as a tentacle whipped her way. She barely dodged it, letting out a small hiss. Thankfully, compared to some of the others, the damage she received wasn't deadly. Her vision blurred a little, but it wasn't so bad that she was out for the rest of the day.
She could hear Thalia calling out, and ran over towards it. Dodging a couple of attacks along the way.
"I'm fine." She shouted over the noise, "Just a scratch. How are you holding up? Thalia? Tat--"
The silver haired girl was on the ground.
"Tatiana!"
Alvar changed her destination from bee lining to Thalia, to bee-lining to the collapsed form of Tatiana. What happened.
Something stirred inside Lyra and she stopped in her tracks, focusing. Balls lifted from her hands and began to swirl around her. The speed whipped her hair around, flaring out the bottom of her dress. She took a deep breath, closing her eyes as she focused the light. It stopped and began humming and Lyra's eyes shot open; she pointed her arms forward, palms out and facing the beast.
"Reach for the stars! Supernova!"
The balls of light shot forward, all exploding upon impact. She squinted her eyes at the light that was produced and when she opened them she was pleased to see her attack had landed perfectly.

She smiled thinking she did good, She did great! She attacked the monster and even landed a few hits on it. Too bad her last attack left her open. A tendril hit her in the back.
Tears sprung to her eyes and she tried to back out of the fight looking at the wound. Black wisp was rising from it, but where she touched she only felt numb. This was bad, very bad. But she could still fight if she had to. Yes, she would. A little injury like this was nothing. Right? The cracks in her crystal said otherwise. But what choice did she have?
Why was she doing this? She still didn't know. Maybe she simply wanted to be helpful. Maybe she anted to protect something. She was beginning to realize what had happened to the others... they were all gone.

Ugh, she really didn't want to keep looking at it, though. She pulled her tongue back into her mouth and huffed. How was it still here? So many girls had already hit it! And some of them had less lame weapons than a boomerang made out of fu - she meant freaking! Yeah, definitely! - freaking bone.
Like guns. And a pistol sword.
Nevertheless, she raised her boomerang again - and, to her surprise, found herself yelling something that felt strangely familiar. Like, she'd definitely said it before! Probably. Maybe. Even though she couldn't remember it.
"Cracked Shell Refrain!"
She also wasn't sure how it had anything to do with...boomerangs. Her one glowed with a green light and seemed to be followed by a floating invisible (but green!) turtle, which headbutted it toward the thing that was probably a monster.
Her hesitation was probably what had made it glance off in such a weird way, too - she was pretty sure it had just hit with even less force than it just had! Although she wasn't sure, uh, quite how she was sure (hee hee!).
Dejected, Cassandra pulled the bone boomerang back around in front of her and glanced around to see how everyone else was doing.
The other girl was talking again, right. "Definitely sure! I'm so, so sure. I mean, I don't think I'd - I don't remember going to a store and buying a shell backpack thing. I'm very sure!" Of course that did not mean she hadn't bought it, but there was a chance her terrible aunt had given it to her for a birthday present and her mother had made her wear it out, right? That was what happened to heroines in cool stories.
Uh, she thought so, anyway. Actually she didn't even know whether she had an aunt.

Thankfully, the shield was no longer on fire when it returned to her side, and not a moment too soon. That thing looked angry.
She managed to slip the shield onto her arm as a tendril lashed out at her, the weapon thankfully absorbing most of the impact as it sent her careening towards the creature itself. At the close proximity, she flinched, and slowly tensed as she seemed to smell... flowers? This was...
Suddenly feeling light-headed, she stumbled backwards, a hand resting on her head as she tried to regain her bearings.
Maria glanced up when she heard a voice she recognized. It was the little creature that had been there when she first woke up. She had been in the middle of listening to her new friends talk when it spoke. Since the little guy was so kind to help her out before, she knew she should listen. The little guy was full of information. She stood quietly and listened to it talk. When it mentioned her and the other girls making acquaintances, she couldn't help but smile. "Yep. We've all made quite a few friends. It's good to know that were not alone in this." When it mentioned her making a wish she frowned. "A wish?" Her brow furrowed. "I... I don't know. I don't remember..." She turned to her friends to see if they could make anything out of it. The little creature continued. "Uprising? What uprising? What..." She trailed off as some kind of monster appeared. "Wha... What is that thing!" She gaped. It was big and ugly. She glanced over at the little creature. Fight? She glanced down at her staff as it glowed a vibrant white. She felt a warmth and comforting feeling flow through her as if to calm her. Not only that, but the energy gave her strength. She glanced toward the monster and her staff glowed brighter, as if to tell her to use it. It wanted her to fight. Closing her eyes, she held onto her staff and let the energy flow through her. After a moment, she opened her eyes with a determined look on her face. "I think I understand now..." She raised her staff in the air. "Lets see what I can do!" Her staff glowed as she gathered her Fear. Once she felt she hand enough, she swung her staff down in an arch. A huge burst of wind was suddenly sent out. Maria watched as it smacked into the monster like some kind of ram, almost like a fist! Though it didn't seem like it did much damage. "Well that was a bummer."

There was also something to be said about a book. Unlike another girl's shield that would fly and spin right back at her, that giant book was going no where. Ridley sighed. This was obviously so not cool at all!
So she made her way over to where the creature was warring with the armada of brightly clothed teenaged girls, hoping it wouldn't like see her and step on her or something and made her way to retrieve what she had thrown. She added a little spin and duck dive for good measure, unsure if she needed it - but it looked damn cool and since she felt she could do it, then why not. Her hands were upon the leather binding again and she hauled it back to her chest again.
And kicked the big thing with the hell of her shoe for good measure.
Okay, okay... she needed a new plan.

Magenta would've said more to the other ghouls, but it appeared Mr. Fluffy was making an announcement.
Bright pink eyes stared in awe- and admittedly, somewhat in terror- as the monstrosity formed before her. It loomed, creaked, oozed. It had a strange movement to it- and unnatural one. Magenta decided that she definitely did not like this creature.
The summoning of her axe was rhythmic, her FEAR reassembled in square, blocks of movements. She could feel the pulse of power in her hand, amplified like never before. She could feel the wind at her back, urging her into the fight, rallying a battle cry for the fight.
It was time.
"Do your best! I'll see you guys later, okay?" Maggie said chipperly to the other ghouls. "Stay safe! If you need a bandaid I think I have some somewh-"
A tendril of darkness lashed out in front of her, and out of fright Magenta smashed her axe down. Rocks went flying as her split reaction cascaded a chain of effects. Suddenly there were no bandaids, no ghouls. Just Magenta and the battlefield.
She lurched forward, heavy axe trailing behind her. She still wasn't used to its weight, the unsteady momentum of a heavy object, leaning back and forth, pulling her with it. She was young, untrained. Unfit for battle.
Yet Mr. Fluffy had said she was. His words echoed in the back of her mind, teasing her to lash out at the witch. Taunting her to fight. Repulse. Eradicate.
Destroy.
A ghoulish giggle escaped her mouth. She felt power, and power?
Power felt wonderful.

When everything around her finally stopped spinning, she noticed something on the ground. A... crystal? Reaching over to pick it up, the familiar seemed to reappear again.
< Hang onto those, those are important! They will help replenish your Fear. Why not try using one right now? It is pretty simple, put the crystal next to your Fear core. > "My... FEAR core?" Oh, it meant that little egg-shaped thing...
< Helping replenish your Fear will make you more stable as well.> Well, she did still feel kinda woozy... < Speaking of Fear, do you remember your wish now? >
"My... wish..." She closed her eyes and tried to focus. It didn't help that her head ached slightly, but besides her name, everything was still just a... wait. Maybe... it was...
"I... I still don't know... but... I think it had something to do with..." She trailed off, and froze as she saw a figure lying on the ground. Another girl. One who seemed to have a massive wound in her chest, and... was that her FEAR core? Why... why was all cracked and... what...
"N-no, I..." Before she could stop, she found herself running towards the girl, dropping down to her knees when she was by her side.
"H-hey! C-can you hear me? Wake up! Y-you're fine, y-you'll be ok...." Who was she kidding? Her voice was trembling, and she bit her lip, trying to calm herself down. ... wait! Didn't that thing say this crystal could replenish their FEAR? Then maybe... if...
Not wasting time pondering the outcomes, she reached out with a shaky hand, picking up the girl's FEAR core and touched the crystal to it gently.
Her attack didn't end there. Just as quickly as the scythe's blade entered the creatures body, it was yanked free again and pulled into another spin. This time, rather than a single strike, Isabelle moved through a series of spins. All of which struck shallowly at first, but with each round got progressively faster, and deeper.
"Don't worry about it!" The mage chirped, delivering a hail of lithe blows on the thing. She had to do this to protect...them. Yes, all of the other ghouls around, all attacking the abomination. She needed to attack it and beat it, for their sake's.
A smile to the ghoul she'd helped before. "Let's do this together, yeah? Unity will definitely help us win!"

Landing back on the ground with a mass of dissipating tentacles writhing in her wake, Milo gasped, staring at the sword in her hands. Had she really just done that? She whirled around quickly, ribbons bouncing, to stare at the other girls that were pummeling the hideous creature with similar ease. A nervous little smile spread across Milo's face.
"Oh. Oh! Hahaha. Okay, n-no biggie!" she babbled.
With another springy step, she bounced into the air again, swinging her sword down with a tiny, high-pitched warcry.

Ridley found herself jumping a few lengths backwards as more of the girls were bum rushing the creature. Such impressive feats of strength from these girls, if anything she could be a little proud if she wasn't massively jealous of their abilities.
Well, maybe. Tamara had mentioned something about spells and perhaps it was high time to see if any of her theory was true. Ridley snapped open the book again as she crouched down against the ground for cover. Her eyes searched all over the pages for a clue of any sorts of help from the tome in her hands. Nothing.. nothing. And then, suddenly. It was like it all clicked. Just like that small little rabbit thing had said.
They would know their fear and these weapons.
And she did.
"qɯo┴ ʎlɥʇɹɐƎ" She said in a clear, confident voice. Her eyes from the pages and right at the creature. A wicked smile spread across her face as an orange glow radiated from the book and around her, calling upon the forces of nature as the sprung out from the ground. The creature seemed to big to be rightfully entombed by the orange energy but there was enough to provide some damage upon it.
The girl smiled. Okay, the book wasn't so bad... maybe.

It sort of looked like a person but upon closer inspection, not at all. Perhaps Arietta might have simply stayed behind, leaving it to the other attackers until a stray attack hit her---
Her hands moved before her mind did, her hammer suddenly enlarging for an attack. It hit squarely on the mark, a large aftershock of energy rumbling along the ground.
