A knock on the door followed by an entrance, the Mizukage's eyes flashed towards the door to see Alphonse entering the room. Yet another Genin was behind him, looking dirty and bruised but also excited. "I'm tired so I have no time to go over your strengths and weaknesses but Welcome to our ranks." He reached into his desk and threw them both headbands before sitting at his desk tiredly. "I need to think." He said, resting his forehead in his hands and sighing.

Alphonse snatched the headband out of the air before bowing to the Mizukage. "Of course, Enjoy your rest." He glanced at the boy next to him and noticed the two daggers at his waist. Perhaps he'd be able to spar with this one later. Right now, however, he needed to train, so he turned to face the exit and headed towards the academy.

Knocking upon the door to the Mizukage's office, Alphonse would let himself in. "I'm sorry to bother you again, Lord Mizukage. It seems there's an emergency at the academy." Alphonse would wait for a moment before giving the next bit of speech. "It appears one of our genin has died." Alphonse would be straight and serious with him, as this was no matter to be anything but. The genin from before was still here but Alphonse was not concerned with it.

xxxxxWwaiting until the fresh Genin and gotten their headbands and left. Only then did he return his attention to the Mizukage and thought about the offer that was presented to him. Chuunin? He had heard of Chuunin being placed in charge of Genin before but didn't see how it would help him more than even just placing him at Karu's side. But she was an ANBU and wouldn't have the time to deal with him alone. He nodded to the Kage's offer and crossed his arms over his chest.
"When can I meet them? I'd like to begin as soon as possible."

Through the thick veil of mist that was ever present within the village, strode a lonely man clad in white. A dress shirt partially buttoned up, and the sleeves neatly cuffed to the middle of his biceps; tucked into a onyx black belt with a shining silver buckle - the only other distinguishing color on his person currently aside from the pigment of his own skin, which could arguably be paler than it looked, and the piercing gaze of his icy blue eyes, that normally kept people quite a distance away from him. From the waist down, what appeared to be freshly ironed slacks with a strong crease down the middle of both legs, and dress shoes that didn't have a spec of dirt on them. Despite his attire being strikingly odd for the average Shinobi, this man was dressed to the nines.
To say that graduating from the academy was a relief, would be a huge understatement. Having to work and learn with other 'soon-to-be' Shinobi far younger than himself was one of the most annoying experiences, ever. And that was saying a lot, considering the overly talkative harlots and horrible gamblers he has had to deal with in the past. However, it was said that such a job came with adventures and dangers alike, along with a stable home and income, something he didn't have much of before he decided to take this journey. Despite how good it all sounded, it wouldn't enough to fill the empty void in his heart - at least, this was how he felt. Pretty pessimistic, others would believe. Yet, he needed something constructive to do, something to get his life back on track, and his mind off of all the crap weighing him down. Perhaps this Shinobi 'career', if anything, would do just that.
After getting past the masked guards at the entrance to the Mizukage's building, Yoichi ascended up the stairs with his hands in his pocket. Meeting the leader of one's village would have excited most, but Yoichi was never one to trust someone he had never gotten a chance to officially meet. The door to the office of the Kage's domain was wide open. It had become apparent that whomever was the last person to leave, did not have the decency to close it. Or, maybe the Kage preferred it left open. With a gentle knock upon the door's frame, Yoichi stood in the opening, allowing his presence to be known to the Mizukage, who appeared to be tired, and possibly stressed. There was no doubt that the duties of the Kage would bring one to such a state that Yoichi was witnessing at this moment.

This aura does not stretch far from one's person, and only the Shinsetsu and those in direct contact with him/her can truly appreciate the feeling. Because of this attribute, humidity is a foreign concept to the Shinsetsu, and only the most extreme of heats will cause those within tsumetai's effect to break a sweat. Additionally, this consistent cold has weathered their skin and innards, providing an internal and external resistance to freezing temperatures, unfortunately, the change in temperature makes them easier to find. Although not exactly topical, it should be noted that thanks to their relaxing aura, the Shinsetsu are considered some of the most desirable lovers in the world.

He had been thinking up ways to train his genin, and there was scattered balls of paper surrounding him, pieces of torn parchment before him and his candles were burning low. He had electricity of course, but candle light helped him think when he was brainstorming. Sighing at the knock that made him realize the time, he sat up and flipped a light switch located just beside his chair. The darkening room lit up brightly and Tozuki saw a familiar face.
"Hello Yoichi Shinsetsu..." Tozuki said, opening a drawer and pulling out a file and a headband before he slipped the one non-crumpled paper into the next drawer up.
"You are an interesting person. You have a very basic grasp of all the techniques you should be learning. You seem to have a keener interesting in your clan abilities, the Yukiton... Ah yes, you are a gambling man, you're susceptible to the eye of attractive individuals, and naturally, snow is weak to fire, so that you cant really temper that... As for your gambling habits, and the physical attraction of others, I have just the teacher for you. Or should I say teachers..." Tozuki said, reading off from the list his teachers wrote up for him. Tozuki stood up and walked the headband over to the male and smiled. "Welcome to the ranks of Kirigakure."

Shauna inspected her fresh tattoo just above her heart it was still writhing with dulled pain. Shrugging it off she smiled as she made her way down the path, the mist quickly building up with each step she made. She kept her eyes forward as she walked through the mist passing by barely visible masked men. 'This part of the village must be a hassle to guard down on the ground.' She thought to herself, waving gently at one of the anbu before making the trek up the stairs to the buildings entrance. The wood felt cool to the touch, the dew rolling down against her hands as she pushed the large door open. She quickly made her way to the receptionist for directions. "Helllllooo! Would you be a dear and tell me how I might get to the Mizukage's office?" She asked her voice sweet like honey. The receptionist looked up at her in a slight confusion, "Uh sure? Its at the top of the stair well. Could have sworn new Genin were told at the ceremony." The man returned to his paper work almost embarrassed for her.
Shuana's cheeks reddened slightly as she bowed to the man and made her way for the stairs. 'Were we told? I probably should have spent more time paying attention...' She thought to herself, making her way up the stairs. She adjusted her hair while walking the stairs making sure she was presentable for the Mizukage. She spotted the open door, hearing the quiet sound of voices echoing from inside. She peeked her head into the doorway, spotting the Kage and a young man talking she decided to wait her turn. She turned on her heel and leaned against the nearby wall. 'Well I guess I just have to wait...' She thought to herself cracking her knuckles before inspecting the empty hallway for something to do.

Xaiyou and Akito walked along the streets, they weren't really speaking to other people. Wearing normal clothing fit more for working in the red light district, Loosely fit dress shirts on the twins that hid their forehead protectors that was on their biceps. the black dress shirts was mostly buttoned up but was tucked from their black dress pants. They also had leather thongs holding up their hair in a low pony tail.
They reached the Mizukage's office, Xaiyou nodded to the guards downstairs and began their ascension to the correct floor. Using energy here was a waste to them. Especially since they were probably going to need it later that evening. The plan was to go back to the Red Light District and see what was going on there.
Looking at a girl standing in the hallway of the Mizukage, their eyes sharpened. Akito had even taken to unbuttoning his Sleeve on his dress shirt and revealing the summoning symbol on his wrist. Xaiyou however, a bit more trusting simply walked up to the girl. "One would think that a spy would find a better spot to listen in on the Mizukage. Shall we go to him together?"
Akito stood behind the girl smiling waiting on her to join everyone else in the office. Xaiyou However moved on to meet the request of the lord Mizukage and thus had entered and appeared behind Yoichi and bowed respectfully with a mere. "Lord Mizukage you requested us?" Xaiyou took a few more steps to be in line with the man who was in front of the Mizukage. Akito would still be there in a way since they had a telepathic coonnection and Xaiyou was streaming the whole thing to Akito's brain. Akito however was going to come in with the girl to make sure she wasn't a spy and if she was, well someone would have a mess to clean up.

Shauna perked her head up as she noticed the two men approaching her. Twins it would seem, attractive twins at that. She was genuinely hurt by their comment to her. "Me? A spy? Why I never." She said puffing her cheeks up in a pouting manner. She watched the first walk past her, the second staying behind to seemingly keep an eye on her. "Well I suppose if we aren't waiting our turns." She said softly, turn from the twin behind her and making her way into the Mizukage's office. She stopped behind the first twin, she looked around the room. She was expecting something fancier from the kingpin of the village. 'Well I did not expect my day to go this way. The mere mention of his full name brought Yoichi's attention back on the Kage, as it had wondered elsewhere during the mere moments of silence after his arrival. He went on to explain his learning progress and his higher inclination for the use of his Kekkei Genkai the Yukiton. Following that, a few of Yoichi's 'weak points', despite some being a little more personal than others. An eyebrow rose in suspicion at the mention of two teachers... why he couldn't have one like everyone else, he didn't know. As the Kage approached with his headband, he retrieved it from his grasp and tied it around his right bicep. He would find some way to personalize the emblem on his headband at a later date.
Another male came into the office, much taller than he was, but dressed in almost the same manner as he. Following behind him was a shorter redheaded female, and another male that mirrored the exact same image as the first one to come in. While both were equally attractive, he could only assume that they were twins. He turned to the three for a moment, before turning back to the Kage. "These two must be the teachers you were talking about?" Yoichi inquired, tilting his head just slightly.

He sighed a bit as in came one of the new Genin's teachers, Xaiyou Kageryuu. Shortly after, Akito came in with another Genin who took her place beside both twins. "Indeed. The whole squad is here. Shauna Toshi, you are now a Genin. You however need to work on some of your weaknesses... Your teachers say that you're too trusting, and you refuse to learn Genjutsu... You may have your reasons, but you will have to learn it eventually, even if for simple things." He stood up and walked to the desk, pulling out yet another headband before walking back to Shauna.
Tozuki held out the headband to her before turning to the new Genin's teachers. "Xaiyou, Akito. I asked for you two here over an hour ago and now another has accepted your mission for me. Now, instead, I am assigning these Genin to you. Don't be too rough on them and keep me informed of their progress. If you need medical help because you get carried away, call out for Karu. She'll be around and more than likely will hear you." He said, knowing the twin's methods were more personal than most liked. "And another thing, don't make them not like you and if they tell you to stop, stop. That's an order." Tozuki said, going back to his desk and replacing the candle stubs around his desk with fresh candles from a drawer seemingly full of them.

Xaiyou and Akito nodded as the Mizukage spoke. He could understand why these Genin were being assigned to them. The guy seemed to understand that you could use more methods other than brute force to get close to the target and the girl doesn't like Genjutsu but has to atleast learn some of the basics. As experts in Genjutsu they would be likely candidates to teach these people.
Xaiyou and Akito spoke at the same time. "We apologize for our lateness. we got tied up to say the least." Let us know when you have a mission for us. Till then we will do simple exercises." they bowed to the Mizukage before stepping ahead of the other two and pivoted on their heel to face their students.
"Let us meet at the seaside at daybreak....."They walked towards the window opening them..."and please be dressed in mission gear." the twins smirked and vanished out the window.

Shauna smiled as she received her headband from the Mizukage. Tying it loosely around her neck, she lifted her dress shirts collar over it. "My thanks, lord Mizukage." She said softly, adjusting her headband until it felt right. Her ears perked up as he began to list some of her faults. She tried her best not to take them to heart since they were observations made about her, and she couldn't really disagree with any of them expect maybe needing to learn genjutsu. her attention turned to the twins as they began to speak to her and her fellow genin. 'Seaside at daybreak. I assume mission gear means be dressed for combat... jumping right into it.' She thought to herself nodding along with their orders. "Yes sirs!" She said, bowing as they vanished out the windows. She bowed once more this time to the Mizukage before waving to Yoichi, "See ya there." She turned on her heel and made her way out of the Mizukage's office and into the hallway. Making her way down the stairwell she held her right hand against the headband. 'I did it, I'm officially a Genin! And I was placed into a squad so fast! Excitement!' She thought with a small smile dancing on her lips. Reaching the bottom of the stairs she made her way to the exit, walking out into the mist.
