It looked like Amarus needed to go speak to the (nice?) individual: Mischief, ahoy! She thought, briefly, that she wished her name was Mischief; it would be fun to have a name that said what she meant. She was no longer sugar high, thankfully, so she was able to approach calmly: "Excuse me? I believe I won some... well, prizes."

They'd decided to leave the noisy machine behind, and this time Molan was careful NOT to find the wrong place. Well everywhere was sort of wrong, but this one he didn't know about. So it wasn't intentionally being incorrect this time. Thus, he slowly wandered up to the area and... watched people smacking what appeared to be cute little minipets. Which his response was a small form of saddened panic, until he noticed something. There were no squeaks of pain, no noise at all.

...plushies.

And then it hit him, the noise. Whatever was running this booth liked noise more than the machine did. His ears fell low as if the world had just exploded around him as he tried to adjust to the sudden random bursts of noise. His tail might have also poofed up more than usual at the initial shock of it all. Not. Ok. One noise storm to the next. Well at least it hushed for a short time before it started again. Oh god... he wanted to get this over with.

Well then. This game was just fine as long as no action pets were being his, which meant giving it a go obviously. Maybe he'd have as good an aim as he did with those darts. Thus, he picked up the plastic... gaudy looking mallet. Fine. Fine. He'd use it. Just... get it over with and no more noise.

Though while she was here, it wouldn't hurt to have another go at hitting some poofs. One could never have too many prizes from a game.

This was about his third time wacking the small plush thing, he didn't understand how this was suppose to be amusing but he shrugged. He would do it anyway because it was something to do.

She was kinda happy that there were plushies, because then she'd have to hear their poor whimpers every time she hit them.

Since they were toys, all she heard was a squeak.

Ooh, this booth again.
She remembered this booth.

Picking up a mallet, she looked down at the contraption, and was about to smack down on one of the poofs when she noticed Molan's reaction.
... Oh. These were... he was...
Wow. She was quite oblivious to these things, wasn't she.

"Ah... don't worry, they're not real, and I doubt such a thing would hurt them."
She looked at the rubber mallet and frowned. She wasn't doing a very good job, was she?
"Well, hopefully the next booth will be better."

A poof was given a half-hearted smack.
