In his office on the sixth floor, the red haired headmaster, Armand Orion Parr, lounged in his chair, feet on his desk, one hand behind his head, and the other fiddling with a writing feather with ink freshly on its tip. On the headmaster’s desk was a parchment with some unreadable scrawl and what seemed to be a smiley with a tongue sticking out in the middle of the mess. It was truly quite an un-headmaster-like scene, but for this one particular headmaster, it was nary but a common scene. The magely headmaster sighed as he peeked at the beige parchment. Hidden beneath the scrawl, sometimes labeled chicken scratch for fun by other faculty, was a list of the students in the academy. Of course, there was another copy somewhere. Armand was sure Faraday had made sure of that because the uptight assistant headmistress didn't ever trust Armand with official documents.
The start of the school year had been rather uneventful in the headmaster's eyes. As usual, the headmaster had given his annual welcome to the
Nexus Academy in auditorium whether or not the students had finished moving in (They all had at least gotten their room keys though and thus discovered the note on their desks that said "Welcome to the School of Pranks"). Upon Faraday’s usual insistence to dress more formally and appear more seriously, Armand had donned the usual noble black majestic looking coat, which covered a nice shirt with a ridiculous ruffle neck tie. The coat was had a gold lining and the buttons were gold. His figure was covered partially by a long black cape just long enough for him to trip others with it … or himself. This year, the teachers had pranked him while he was giving that one speech where he had to at least
try to sound formal. As he was introducing the Nexus Academy, several pots started their descent from the stage ceiling. Of course, he would have revenge on those teachers.
“It is my erratic pleasure to welcome you to the one and only Nexus Academy as we begin together this wonderful new year at this campus. For those new to the Academy, you will find that your experiences will be exciting and of learning potential. For those of you naturals who are already acquainted with the Academy, do enjoy another interesting year and please feel free to mentor the new students. For those of you who do not know me, I am Headmaster Armand Orion Parr. Behind me—” CLANG POP CLANG. BANG. CRASH. He had paused with a curt grin at the students as the pots and pans collided with the ground loudly in cacophony.
“…are the school staff: your teachers, the doctor, and assistant headmistress and you now know their names. I challenge you to pronounce their self pronounced names.” And so, he had left it to Faraday to do the rest of the speech, whether she liked it or not. In the mean time, the headmaster had returned to...possibly his office. The red haired goofball of a headmaster was not the easiest of people to track down.

"Wait, I don't get it...why the pots?"
"Wait, what? What's School of Pranks? He just said Nexus, but the dorm desk says School of Pranks!"
Contest Rules!1. You get ONE intro post for Each character. So, if you have two characters, you get to post one intro for Char #1 and one for Char #2. They should not be interacting with each other since that would be unfair for people with only one character. (None of my characters will be participating in the event.)

Judging and Prizes1. To encourage everyone's participation, all members of the guild, whether they are or aren't already in the roleplay, will vote for the best introduction post.
2. Everyone who participates in the event will get a participation prize. I can't promise it will be an expensive prize.
3. The winner of the vote will receive a greater prize. The exact nature of the grand prize will depend on what I have in stock/gold. Do not worry. I am saving up! The grand prize should be more than 30k.
