Well, that one wasn't even close. If you had to lose, it was better that way. She gamely retrieved the ball for her third turn.

A 98? What was with this game? She facepalm'd her helm. Looking through her fingers to get the roulette ball back for her final turn, she took a deep breath and chucked the ball back into the ring. "Do better thisss, time!" was the cheer... or order.
Win! The results were a little better this time and Ys was suitably placated and grinning again. Gathering in the poker chip she had just won, she tucked the lot of them away for later and went off to dance some more.

Moure had finally realized that the games weren't just for show, and had made his way over to the slot machines. He looked one over carefully, then sat down, trying to figure out if he actually had to put coins in to make it run.
Slowly, more of out of curiousity than otherwise, the patchwork reached out and pulled on the lever. To his surprise, the numbers/shapes on the screen actually started spinning.
The numbers rolled, then stopped. Seems it wasn't a winning combination. Oh well...time to try again?

Moure looked at his apparent fail of numbers, and then reached out and pulled on the lever again. This was actually rather amusing...
Maybe he'd get a win this time?

The numbers on the screen slowed down, and then stopped again.
Another loss. Oh well, it's not like it cost anything, right? Maybe he'd get a win if he kept trying? With that thought in mind, Moure pulled the lever again. Watching the screen carefully.

Nope, Moure had failed again. Actually, he was kind of happy no one else was around, considering how badly he was doing at this 'game'.
With a slight sigh, Moure pulled the lever again. Perhaps this will work this time? Maybe? Oh well, whatever. Time to try again.

With a sigh, Moure watched as he failed again.
Wow, he was REALLY bad at this game, wasn't he? This was going to be his last time trying, at least for now. This was just embarrassing how bad he was doing at these Slots.

Moure watched as he again failed at the slots, then stood from the game and made his way over to what seemed to be a wheel...? Well, anything was better than those slots. He'd failed so horribly at those slots...
Anyway, this didn't look to bad, plus it was a wheel. Wheels were like transportation and Moure liked to think that he and wheels were slightly similar. Maybe it would help him in his wheel spinning? With that thought in mind, Moure picked up won of the little balls and rolled it onto the wheel.

Moure watched as his little ball rolled, and then stopped on the sixty panel. YES! Victory, finally! The patchwork was awarded two poker chips, which was more than he'd won at all during the slots incident.
It seemed wheels did like Moure more than the slots did. Moure felt the same way. He picked up another ball, and rolled it out. Maybe he'd do well, again? That would be fabulous, actually.

Moure watched as the ball slowed then got caught between the eighty and eighty-one spot. And then it flopped over into the eighty-one spot. Moure frowned. Oh well. It was still closer to winning than he'd been with the slots.
Moure picked up the third ball, and rolled it onto the wheel. Maybe this would work, this time?

Again, the ball rolled so close to a win. But alas, it moved to the sixty-four space. Oh well. So close.
Moure grabbed his fourth and last ball for now, and slid it onto the wheel. Come on, he could make this work, right?
Moure smiled as the ball rolled into the ninety-five space. YES! Another win. Sure, it was a small win, but still! He'd won! Satisfied, Moure stood up and left back toward the rest of the dance.

"We meet again, roulette wheel." Junko glared down at the wheel. It mocked her. She could hear it laughing.
Junko has never claimed to be right in the head, okay?
"I'm going to win this time. Or else." She told it with a dark glare, crossing her arms across her chest and putting her weight into one leg. "Spin it." She told Her, not wanting to touch the damn thing herself. A longer piece of hair slithered out to curl itself around the top of the wheel, another picking up the ball. The wheel was turned, the ball was dropped...

Damnit! No! This was not how this was supposed to go! Junko puffed out her cheeks and pouted, making an irritated little growling noise. This time she reached out to turn the stupid thing herself, though She still dropped the ball in for her. "How. Can my luck. Suck. So. Badly!?" Everyone else had such good luck with this stupid thing! Why couldn't she win?!
