Cloud watched Daemon talk with Ayamae. She saw him glance over at her, and she perked up. Cloud was very anxious to hear how the conversation went. All her things were put away, and she was ready for a nap.

She glared at her with narrowed eyes. "What shall I do first?" she hissed through clenched teeth. Ayamae glared back, her eyes flashing red with ferocity. Her reply was low and dangerous. "Firstly, you may lower your goddamn tone when addressing me, and secondly, you may do the potion that was assigned." Ayamae points at the board, her finger shaking. No impudent little snot was going to shriek at her in her classroom, that was for damn sure. ((Go back a couple pages, you'll find directions and ingredients.))

Ayamae smirked evilly as the student turned her back. She couldn't wait for this fight. She pulled her flask out and took a swig, eyeing her back intensely.

Hufflepuff First Year
Rose walks into the room."I'm sorry I'm late professor,I'll get started on the potion."
She copies down the instructions and began.
First she puts doxy eggs and minced caterpillars into her cauldron and mutters"Incendio".She let it boil.
After five minutes,she added the unicorn hairs.She started to stir 35 times counterclockwise the adding a clockwise every 3 counter.Then she let it stew for ten minutes.

Meiko noticed that professor Akahana's eyes were on her. She knew that the professor wouldn't want her to get hurt. She buried her cheeks on both her hands as she just stared at the pages of her book blankly. She thought as a small sigh came out from her. "I should stop this, being single isn't so bad... I should be focusing on my problem first."

Gryffinclaw Quidditch Captain Sparrow say at her desk and was reading through a potions book. She had finished her potion and it was safely tucked away in her bag. She wondered if she would ever be able to use the potion for she didn't have a crush and nobody had a crush on her....

 Eriena Emm – Gryffindor – 5th year
She was feeling good about her completed potion, Eriena thought as she cleaned up her cauldron and put all of her ingredients back in the storage cupboard. She wondered briefly whether this potion stopped working after a time. Did potions have expiry dates? Five years of learning magic and she wasn't sure about that at all...

No new assignments had been assigned yet so Lena continued on to read. She had read quite a bit about potions now and felt like reading something else so she got from her bag a book about Quidditch she had borrowed from the library and began reading this instead.

Aludra Yvette... Aludra had filled her cauldron with water and threw in her doxy eggs and minced caterpillars. She leaned back in her desk and set her little potion timer she had recently got to 5 minutes.
After a cat nap of 5 minutes, she added her 4 unicorn tail hairs to the mixture as it had begun to simmer, as it had become a lovely pearly pink. It was a little discouraging that she smell her own potion or any of the others... but she would rather have it this way then smelling the dragon dung all class period. She took out her owl feather and began the painful process of doing 35 times counterclockwise stirs, with one clockwise stir every 3 stirs. Out of the arts of potion making, it was the stiring she didnt like. If she knew how to charm her owl feather to stir the potion herself, she would. After stirring, she leaned back and set her timer again, this time to let it stew for exactly 10 minutes.
10 minutes later and some time for her potion to cool, her potion was completed. Aludra took out a rather large vail and filled it to the brim before corking it. She would apply it later when Kenneth was around her. "Im done Professor." Aludra called out. ...7th Year Slytherin

Having finished her potion, Cloud got up and walked over to where Aludra was sitting. She sat down next to her, and grinned as she was hit with a wave of nostalgia, of them being close friends the year before. Cloud sat back in her chair.
Getting everything okay? I know you haven't been here for a while...
