Personality: Upholi tends to be easily cowed by the more important pride members - which she regards as anyone not a Gatherer and older Gatherers. She's a little ashamed that she isn't as spiritually strong as some of the others, and she doesn't understand why she doesn't hear the Loa like some of the others do. She's got a bit of an inferiority complex, because she believes in the Loa with all her might- but they never make themselves known to her. She's convinced it's because she is a cheetah and not really good enough.

Why is this SoA joining the pride/how long have they been in the pride?: Upholi was found by some of the Gatherers while they were out hunting as a very young cheetah. She was raised in the pride, taught to speak by the pride, and remembers nothing of her mother or her life before them.As a side note, I'm interested in doing some backlogged RP for her in which older pride members can teach Upholi to speak and someone decides to call her "parrot" in her early days with the pride.

Pretty, pretty girl. The nickname "Parrot" sounds like something Sikitiko would say as an insult, amongst other various nasty words. Upholi's inferiority complex would work pretty well with Sikitiko's inherent racism, as well, if you wanted to promote that aspect of her personality. They'd make a good pair.

Also, Eski, when you aren't as swamped as you are now, do you think I could snag some cheetah RP with Ithambo? Cheetahs are scarce in these parts.

Personality: Very little is known about Laz. As a cub, he was always very quiet and shy. His role model in life was his older brother, Takis. When their parents passed away (their mother first from old age and their father later on during a hunting accident), Takis pretty much took up the parental role. It was little wonder that when Takis died, Laz become more withdrawn and less welcoming. It's assumed that the young lion is a mute, since none have ever heard him speak and Takis tactfully evaded the topic. He broodingly accepts his duty among the pride and serves the old Caplata well enough. After his duties are complete, Lazarus seems to vanish. Few know where he goes, even fewer care to find out.
Name of Parents: (DEAD) x (ALSO dead.)
What's their story?: Lazaras is the younger brother of the recently departed Takis and the pespete to the elderly Caplata. His mother died of old age when he was just a cub (though some suspect she contracted an illness shortly after cub birth) and his father was killed during a hunt gone bad. From that point on, he was raised by his older brother. Unfortunately, it was around the time of their father's death that Takis began serving one of the pride's elder Caplata's. He would vanish for days at a time, sometimes returning as if in a daze. His health began to fade, but Takis was significantly happier in the company of the elder female. He even brought Laz in to help the elder lioness and give him a position among the pride. Laz fully blames the lioness for the death of his brother but he's never outright said so. When she gave birth to a cub sired by Takis, he was only too happy to take the youth under his paw. The plan is to return the youngster to her mother when the time is right...but Laz is having second thoughts.

Personality: Basically he's a very proud male, he is going to find that he's very proud of the voodoo way of life and wants to protective it more than anything else. Which is why him and his brother get on each other's nerves. He could be the very serious about the pride man that also loves his family way too much and he's really protective by nature. So the older brother is always trying to make sure his younger is always safe and happy.

Why is this SoA joining the pride/how long have they been in the pride?: The two brothers were left to die as cubs and picked up by the traveling pre-pride group. They were brought up to be strong individuals as children of the whole pride.

Posting to say that I'm alive, this pride is alive, everything's good. XD
School has just been kicking my butt, so everything has kind of been put on
the back burner since school has to come first...even though it sucks. > A>
