Water Elemental Gills of a fish? Michael didn't know that there could be such a possibility so it amazed him yet scared him at the same time. Would he be able to breathe out of water?

Jace looked at the doctor and smirked, it was a devilish smirk "Aww is the doctor getting mad" he cooed trying to annoy him more, this was pay back for slamming him against the wall and becoming a crazy person and trying to make him into an experiment. "Now there, it wouldn't be a good idea to make me into one of your experiments" he said giving him a bright smile. He then looked at the blonde guy who was getting injected, he heard Rieux say that he might get fish gills, "The hell....." he mumbled, but he was slightly interested to see what was going to happen.

tiny14xx 1 - Success! // 2 - Pain everywhere! // 3 - You choose what happens! // 4 - Bleach chooses what happens!  Rieux smirked, obviously flattered by Michael's praise. " Yes, well, I've made quite a few serums in my time." he chuckled then pushed his thumb against the end of the syringe, pushing the serum into the boy's body. He pulled the needle out and leaned back, carefully examining Michael's neck to see if anything happened.

Water Elemental Michael chuckled softly in response to the man's comment. "You can't really be that old Dr." The boy looks down at his arm as the man injected the serum, flinching slightly when he removed the needle from his arm. At first, he didn't feel any change at all until suddenly, he felt a searing pain fill his entire body that made him drop to his knees. It was worse than anything he had ever felt before and he found himself dry heaving. Breathing heavily and wrapping his arms around himself, Michael looked up at the doctor. "I-Is is supposed to f-feel like this d-doctor?"

Jace's eyes widened when the guy fell to his knees, he ran to him and kneeled down next to him, he then looked up at Rieux, "what the hell, what'd you exactly inject in him!?" he yelled. He then looked back at the blonde guy, he wasn't looking to good. "Damn it Rieux!" he yelled the doctors name. "Your damn serums, always cause problems" he harshly send, not meaning to actually say that though.

Water Elemental Michael whimpered as another wave of pain went through his body. "N-No...I'm f-fine..." He tried to stand but only fell to his knees once more as the pain continued to course through his body.

Unlike Michael's pain or Jace's worry, Rieux seemed at ease, simply watching the boy fall to his knees and quiver in pain with an amused glint in his eyes. Unsuccessful. How disappointing, though he wasn't too far off, he just knew it. He slowly reached behind him and brought a clipboard to his front, scribbling a few things down before looking back at the two. He was just about to get out the antidote when he heard Jace, his eyes darkening. Rising from his seat, the doctor strode towards the two and swiftly backhanded Jace. " That's Doctor Rieux to you. You know nothing of my research, and unless you're a doctor with many years of experience with chemicals, I suggest you get the hell out of my way." he seethed then knelt down to better face Michael. He pulled a syringe out of his coat, a yellow liquid in it, and injected it into his arm. " There. You should feel relief-" He glanced at the clock on the wall for a second. " -now."

Jace's eyes widened when the doctor backhanded him, Jaces eyes narrowed and it started to turn a dark shade of blue. He grabbed the doctor by the collar and slammed him against the wall, "If you are a experienced doctor, then why the hell did this serum not work" he said in a angry tone, "And that was a bad idea, backhanding me" he said as he threw the doctor tot he floor, using all of his strength. He started to breathe heavily, "Damn...." he said as he felt his chest hurting again.

Water Elemental Michael startled when the doctor slapped the boy named Jace. It was unexpected but the pain his body was enduring took his mind away from the incident. Before he knew it though, the doctor injected something else and the pain was replaced with relief and a feeling of weakness. "Ah...Yes, the pain is gone." Doing his best to sit up straight, Michael took a deep breath. "I suppose it didn't work this time eh doctor? " Suddenly the other began to attack the doctor which also surprised him. Did everyone at this school attack each other all the time? He would have moved to check on the doctor but his entire body felt rubbery and just wouldn't cooperate yet. "D-Doctor? Are you alright?"

Rieux returned the glare when Jace pulled him by the collar. " That's because I made this one, you twit. There are no instructions for it like in science class!" he seethed before hitting the ground with a grunt. He growled viciously at Jace, tempted to take advantage of his weakened state. He probably would have if he hadn't heard Michael. " Hmm? I'm fine." he muttered and slowly got to his feet, dusting off his coat. He noticed Michael's expression. " What? What is it? Are you feeling pain still?"

Jace glared at the doctor, "Forget this..." he mumbled and tried to walk out, his breathing started to become very heavy, he tookone step then all of a sudden his heart stopped. Jace fell to the ground with a huge sound.

Water Elemental Michael shook his head slightly with a small smile and a soft sigh. "No, the pain is gone...my limbs are feeling a little numb so I can't really move." Michael slowly lifts a stiff hand before flexing his fingers. "I should be fine in a minute or two." When he managed to stand up straight, the boy began to leave and suddenly fell. His legs felt like lead but he somehow managed to walk over to him to see if he was okay. "Sir?"

The doctor grunted down at Michael when he heard a thud, turning to see that Jace had fainted. Still looking unamused, Rieux walked over to him and picked him up firefighter-style, and with relative ease, too. " Foolish brat overworked his body." he muttered and walked him to one of the free beds, setting him down on it. He pat his body for a syringe, cursing under his breath when most were already empty. " Michael, get me a glass of water, a wet towel, and a syringe. The syringe should be on my desk, make sure the serum inside it is golden." he instructed then looked back at Jace. He stuck his gloved hand into his pocket and pulled out his bottle of pills. Muttering about how stupid the boy was, Dr. Rieux got out a couple pills then waited for Michael to return with the water.

Water Elemental Michael nods before doing as the man asked and grabbing the items instructed. As much as he wanted to drink a glass of water to restore his energy as well, he refrained from doing so and brought the doctor the items he had asked for. "Will he be alright doctor?"

Jace was in deep darkness when he collapsed, He didn't what was going on all he knew is that his heart stopped, maybe it was his time to die.
