Rygear's smile turns a little sad. He shifts his gaze so it isn't exactly in her eyes. "It's the elven blood. I'll remain this way for at least another fifty. Maybe even sixty." His gaze finally falters completely and he looks down. "I'm sorry I didn't tell you earlier."
