I think that I edited the learning jutsus section of the rule book a while ago explaining what people could do if there wasn't someone in their village that could teach them something, or if there isn't a clan/bloodline head that they can find to teach them their stuff, though I might not have gone over bloodline/clan things, but anyway.
If there is no one in your village, or if there is no clan/bloodline head for your respective bloodline, then you can pm a crew member in your village and ask them to play an NPC to teach you what you need to learn.

ok, I'm just wondering because I think I saw it somewhere, can I have more jutsu than the three starting ones? I think I read somewhere I can as long as it is approved by my kage, and the guild captain. I'm really wanting just a small Raiton jutsu so I can actually charge me Wired senbon

I believe all the Auto-rank spots are taken up currently.

Dont even THINK about trying to become a perfect host if you've never even used your demon. Your a genin, you have to be patient

Okay, a Genin wants to learn a Chuunin Doton jutsu from my Jounin who has no affinity for Doton. If my characters gets a scroll and 'leads' the Genin through it without actually using the technique (as that would be impossible, post requirement would still be fulfilled) would that be sufficient for the Genin to learn the jutsu?

I'm gonna say no. Upper ranked techniques MUST be learned from an RPC

That's what I thought, but I thought I should just make sure. Thankyou.
Perhaps that is something that should be specified in the learning rules section.
