[Chakra Control: -2 posts for training, -1 Rank off Jutsu chakra cost, only for jutsu up to one rank higher than your current rank, Kage level jutsus never recieve a decrease in jutsu rank for the purposes of chakra cost.]
[Ability Control (Bloodline): +2 ranks in strength of attacks for abilities *ex. ppl who use bug jutsu only, bug jutsu attacks increse in power*, jutsu not of the chosen type are decreased in power by one rank, can only have two base elements]

Raiden watches as the two converse and gets sort of disturbed by the human puppet comment. "You can do that? That sounds awesome." but he closes his mouth quickly to avoid getting yelled at.

Sosay nodded as she looked back out the window. "As you wish Suou." she replied. A few seconds later a yawn escaped her mouth. Sosay raised her hand to cover her mouth as she yawned. Tears formed in her eye's from the yawn. "I didn't think I was this tired." she thought as she wiped the tears away. "Suou. There is one more thing I wish of you." she began.

"What is it?" Just as he said this, a hawk came in through the window carrying a letter. It was from the ANBU at the Gates. Suou quickly grabbed it and read it. "F***!!!! We have an intruder!!! And they're a member of Akatsuki!!!"

Sosay quickly stood up. "WHAT! Raiden! Find Aoi and make sure she stays out of sight!!" she quickly snapped. "Suou! I want you to find this person's where abouts and discover their plans here. Now!" she ordered Suou. She had suddenly snapped into a different mood, forgeting about being tired.

Sosay quickly moved from her desk to where the secratary sat. Not having to say a word, she passed Sosay her katana and gave a weak smile. Sosay quickly desended the stair. Reaching the bottom she soon left the building. She too headed for the gates but she was going to approach them in a different way.

"Tell anyone who comes here to just enter!" she ordered her secratary, who nodded. Storming on by, Sosay slammed her door shut and stood by the window, her hands balled up into fist with anger. Lockdown?! Even for her the Raikage?! There was something wrong and Kumogakure was in need of help. The secratary could be heard placing a note on the outside of Sosay's door.

Shou walked up the stairs and through the hallway. He looked at the secretary who pointed him allowance to meet the Raikage. On here door, a note said that he should just enter. Shou was a little nervous but he quickly found his courage and opened the door. Shou bowed deeply. Then he looked at the Raikage. "I'm sorry to interrupt Lady Raikage. I'm not sure if I'm supposed to be here but I'm just very curious of the situation that's going on.." Shou said respectful.

Sosay kept her back to the newly arrived person, knowing fully who it was. "Shuo. Your the first to arrive so if you want you may sit while we wait for the others to get here." she explained to him. She continued to stare out into the clouds. "Where are you Suou?! You never leave without an update." she thought to herself.
