Matsuya's memory kicked in. "Wait.....wasn't Aro that cocky kid who tried to touch the graves? And tried to destroy the rest of the vilage?" Matsuya clenched his noninjured hand, so much so his knuckles were white. "I dont like anyone but you touching them, I thought I made that clear." Matsuya looked at the sun, his dirty blond hair reflecting some of it. He sighed. "I suppose if you dont like it, I wont hurt him. As long as he doesnt touch you or my graves. I dont want anyone touching my precious Ayame-chan." Matsuya's mouth curled into a stupid grin. He knew what he said would make Ayame mad, but in his mind that was fine.

Ayame noded as he remembered Aro."He only did it because of his kage's orders.He came back and appoligized because he didnt want to destroy the village."She said."Oh great now im Ayame-Chan.Again."She said rolling her eyes."If Ikaru were here he would so tackle you for that."She said irritated he had to call her his precious Ayame-Chan.

Matsuya chuckled softly. "I know, I know. I wanted to kill the last guy who called you that, but I didnt. I never got the chance." His eyes were still on the sun. "But it's true. If he touched you, he'd have me to deal with. And seeing as how long it was since we last saw him, I am assuming he's a chunin. I'd like to see how he stands up to the Swordsman of Storms. I didnt earn my title fighting weaklings. I had to fight Luo, which wasn't fun. And I didnt earn my rank by..........eeh." He didnt want to talk about the jounin exams, he hadnt when he originally came back from the either.

"Hm.Little protective arent you Matsuya?"She said."Oh and before we leave you should go see them."She added.He hadnt seen them since they came back.At least not that she knew of."Ranks.I used to love that word.Using it against you."She laughed softly and closed her eyes."I remember using it against you and you always got mad at me about it."She said smiling.

Matsuya scoffed. "You used it when we left, I remember. You took every chance you had to remind me that I was just a little genin. No longer. We're both jounin now. I think that might be a good thing." Matsuya moved the fingers on his injured hand again. They still hurt a little. But he had said he would rest them, and he would. "You know, Ayame, Im not so sure I want to leave just yet. Things could get complicated if we do. I think I would be happy taking a few days off from all this shinobi stuff. Just a few days, mind you."

"Ikaru will be happy about that."She said."I don't mind I'm ready to leave when you are."She added."I lay around here anyway.Hmm.Nikko's sounds like a great place to nap later."She said.She loved sleeping under a tree near Nikko's.It was peaceful.

A small smile broke Matsuya's face. "Then we won't leave for a little while. I might stick around the village while my hand is recovering, and I can pitch in when I need to." Matsuya blew the hair out of his eyes. "And I need to cut this thing. I hope my bloodline doesnt do this evertime I activate it."

"Sounds good to me."She said."Hanging around the village is what Ayame Mizuko does best."She smiled."Ikaru will be glad to know we arent leaving yet."She said.She stood up."Its amazing I became jounin.Im so lazy."She said stretching.

Matsuya looked at Hocho, stabbed into the ground with blood still running down it. He jumped off the hilt of it, landing on the ground. "I'll have to clean Hocho too." He tugged the blade out of the ground with his uninjured hand. He put it in its normal place on his back. Matsuya yawned slightly as he tied the sash of Shinsou to his waist. "Well we can wherever you want. Where to?" He picked up the black cloak on the ground, throwing it over his shoulders.

Gaijin walked up with Kaijin and Raijin his two wolves. He nodded to them as the kept guard incase anyone were to attack. He sat down at a tree and pulled out a note book. He had to complete his mission. He looked around to see if there was any Jounin here. Sadly he did not see anyone. So he got on Kaijin and him and Kaijin and Raijin walked out to a new place

A small hairy ball jumped through the trees around the prarie. It stopped by the drying pool of blood. As the sun shined upon it, it became apparant it was the monkey, Jima. Jima picked up the scrolls sitting by the pool of blood and jumped away again. He was singing some unintelligable song as he jumped from tree to tree.
