Arch the Angel The phone rang a few times before it was picked up, followed shortly be some fumbling and a curse. "Pride residence." Samuel answered groggily, sounding as if he had just woken up. Kat let out a sigh of relief, leaning against a tree as if her whole body moved with the sigh. "Thank God, are you both all right? Did either of you have anything to do with the school?"

"Uhhh..." Sam paused on the phone, sitting up. "Who is this again?"

"He's still unco... asleep. He's sleeping right now. Should he call you back?"

"No, I'm coming over. What's the address again?" She pushed away from the tree, starting to walk, despite not knowing where she was suppose to be walking quite yet.

Sam sighed, moving around. "Hang on, I got it written down." There was more fumbling before he got back on the phone, reading off the address. "We're crazy over here, so don't start nothin either."

"I should be there soon," Kat said, saying a quick goodbye and hanging up the phone. She started heading in the correct direction, sticking her phone back into her pocket.
It took a fair amount of time but Kat eventually found the right street and the right house. She moved up the steps and knocked on the door quickly. "Sam, it's Kat."

Again the sounds of fumbling around and movement from inside before the door was unlocked and opened. Sam stood in the doorway, shirt off, blinking at the sun.
"Hey, what's good?" He yawned.

Kat pushed past Sam, looking less than pleased, "What have you been doing last night that you'd be still asleep in the late hours of the morning? Where is your shirt? Where is Jeffery? And who the hell blew up in the school?"
Kat's eyes had gone a silvery gray, "I've been trying to call all morning, and when I saw the news with the school blowing up, it scared me half to death."

"Uhhh..." Sam said, moving out of her way. ""Uhhh, why would we be at the school that late at night? We were asleep by midnight."

Kat pushed into the kiss, sweetly flavoring it. After about a minute, she broke off the kiss and smacked him on the back of the head. "What the hell were you thinking?! They could have killed you, both of you." Her eyes narrowed as she moved into the house, looking through the rooms to find Jeffery. "Jeffery! If you are hurt more than the boy believes, I swear I will skin you alive!"
