It is kind of like Harry Potter, but not Harry potter... It sounds be fun though to have a simple kind of hs theme rp...would you play that if it was in a thread, like one of the advertisement threads?

And I must say, I don't like twilight at all either. They made vampires gay and retarded. I wish they never ruined something that Bram Stoker created. This is a sad sad world. ;-;

Well we could make it different than Twilight. There are many kinds of vampires.

Nothing was ruined by Twilight. It just gave us another, more sparkly, interpretation of vampires. Bram Stoker's interpretation is still intact.
Besides, sparkles are AWESOME! Major Armstrong proves this.

Also, my vote would be a vampire concept derived from Blood+. I once had a character that came from the concept of the "high-level" Chiropteran (a modification of the humanoid form of Queens and their Chevaliers). It would be neat to flesh out that idea.

It's quite awesome. Really dark, and somewhat depressing at times, but lots of fun. A Chiropteran girl (named Saya) fighting to save humanity from her horribly mistreated sister (named Diva (best name ever)) with the help of a secret organisation (the Red Shield).
Excellent music (composed by Mark Mancina, who also worked on August Rush), and I loved the violent action sequences.

Are you kidding me?! Twilight is a mockery to all vampires. May I remind you MOST sparkles are not nice nor are they close to nice. Twilight falls into that most category and the people who think Twilight was good, they have failed in life. I say bring on the Bram Stoker type vampire stuff. Woot for darkness!!!

I think you underestimate sparkles, and overestimate Twilight. If Twilight is as bad as you say it is, then it poses no threat to the other vampire interpretations. No single book (or book series) can destroy an entire idea. Riddle me this... Does a bluegrass cover of Call Me the Breeze ruin everything Lynyrd Skynyrd? Does a Dragonball movie ruin the rest of the franchise? Not on your life.
On second thought, let's just agree to disagree and change the subject.
