Karin smiled. "I like romances, especially from Nora Roberts. Hon got me addicted to them. But I do believe that we have T. A. Barron as well." she says and leads him to the fiction section where most of the fantasy book were at. "Here, you should be able to find some in this area."

"Some romances aren't bad. I love fantasy, horror, and mystery novels, myself." Teithi said, smiling over at her. He looked around to see which books he had read. He noticed that they had the entire Merlin series, which he was glad to see. However, he wanted to read something new and he ended up grabbing Wolf Speaker, by Tamora Pierce, off the shelf. "Are you going to pick something out to read?" he asked her.

Karin nodded and scanned the shelves until she spotted Artemis Fowl: The Time Paradox by Eoin Colfer. "I have not finished this series, so I think I will continue from where I left off with the recent book. It looks interesting and I want to know how boy genius is going to fix the mistakes of his past. Got to love when actions come back to haunt the characters in books."

"It just goes to show that everything you do has an effect, even if you don't know it at the time," he said, looking contemplative. He sat down in a comfortable position, and then open the book. He was quickly absorbed into Diane's story, although he quickly realized it was not the first book in the series. He put it down and went to grab the first book-Wild Magic- and then began to read once again.

Karin smiled as she watched Teithi for a while before beginning to read the story she had picked. It was about Artemis having to fight himself from the past so that he could save his mother in the future and dealing with a girl genious who was the love of his life. Or something along those lines. Soon she was thirsty and heading over to a nearby corner, pointingn our an easy to use faucet and taking a drink.

He noticed when she went to the faucet and followed her over. He got a drink after her, he had not realized how thirsty he was getting because he was wrapped up in the book. He drank greedily and then sat by her, settling in to read again, but waiting in case she wanted to go do something else instead.

Karin smiled at him. "Do not worry, I do enjoy reading. So please, take your time and enjoy your book. Perhaps you will read the series I am finishing sometime. I am sure you will like it a lot." Karin settled back down and started from where she left off.

He nodded and then smiled, curling himself up once again to read. He read swiftly, as was his norm, and in about an hour, he stood-closing the book as he did. He returned the book to the shelf before going over to sit at the windows and look over the grounds. He looked over at Karin, happy, and settled by the window to rest as she was reading. He was content to lay there as he waited, and he was perfectly comfortable.

Karin had been reading for a good solid two hours and was no where close to finishing the book so she decided to take a break as she could tell that Teithi was already done his book. She stretched and stood giving the other fox a bright smile. "What would you like to do now? Explore, eat, rest?" she asked, the perfect hostess.

"You know, you really do not have to humor me," he said, sure that she was only stopping her book because he was done. He waited to see what she said, wanting to be sure she was actually done reading before he offered any other suggestions. He was perfectly happy to continue to watch out the window, he was amazed by the sheer variety of creatures he kept seeing on the grounds.

Karin smiled. "Do not worry. I like humoring people and besides, if I keep reading I am likely to get a headache. It is good to take a break once and a while. You know? Besides, you intrigue me and that doesn't happen too often for me. I am interested in you and that is what matters.

He laughed and then smiled. "Alright then, so how will we amuse ourselves now?" he said out loud, thinking to himself. "Any more specific ideas," he asked, wondering what she would come up with. He waited silently because he wanted to hear everything she said and not miss anything.

Karin smiled. "Well, there is a playground in the back of the mansion. Some of the equipment would be usable even with your injuries. And we can always try out the other equipment later when you are feeling better." she offered not sure what he would enjoy but trying to think of something new that she hadn't already shown him. "It is where all the little ones are found a good bit of the time."

"I am more interested in going to see the little ones, but I would love to see it," he said, a smile breaking over his face at the thought of kits. He had always enjoyed watching what few kits he had come across in his life, and he loves their company. He waited for her to show him the way, and as he did rolled his paws a few times to relieve a little stiffness from them.

Karin smiled and led the way. She was glad that he liked kids and seemed to want them as she did as well. It made broching the topic much easier and she was glad that she would not find difficulties there. They were soon at the playground when many young foxes were playing, some who lived there, and some who were only friends coming to visit the ones that lived there. There were also children of other species there as well.
